The best asset at this hotel are the staff. They were kind, engaging, and would go out of their way to assist you and see to your safety and satisfaction - this was despite the aftermath of typhoon Carina! Boracay is a costly place to live in and so we hope this lovely staff are well seen to, to be able to deliver the great service they’re providing. It’s the staff that makes the place and the experience - and they’ve got a great bunch here! The resort is in a quiet location (which is why we chose this place) quite a distance from the main hub (D’Mall) but is walkable (20ish minutes) via the beach if not high tide. Otherwise, there is hotel shuttle running at designated times, or trikes at 150pesos at a time. Restaurant menu is good, and so is the bar menu and service. They make great cocktails and the happy hour is worth going for! We had a slow drainage in the shower which was swiftly addressed (albeit not fully rectified) We were offered to change rooms but we chose not to. It wasnt a deal breaker overall and we were too comfortable to move! A few missing tiles on the main pool (by the far end) would need addressing but should not deter from the overall experience. Thank you to Dennis and team - you guys have been fantastic!

However, it does not have direct access to the shore, towels and mat are provided if you ask at the concierge, take 3 minute walk downhill, set-up by the beach sands for sunbathers, or simply chill out. The bar is very small, ideal for a friendly conversation over a drinks.

The hotel itself is fresh and clean with modern rooms and lovely staff. However I was very suprised in other reviews that nobody has highlighted that the walk to beach or main road on both sides is very dark and uneven. You have to walk through two local stalls in a narrow uneven path to get to the beach which has no lighting. This felt unsafe at night. There are multiple stray dogs and local stalls/ shops and housing. The breakfast was good but the chef was very over helmed and I actually felt bad ordering eggs as it was so visible that they were under significant pressure making noodles and soups and pancakes all at once. It would be better to have more options readily available so people didn’t have to wait 45 minutes or more for there order. In addition the pool area only has around 15 beds and given that this is a large hotel it is difficult to get a pool lounger if you want to get one in the afternoon.

This is a beauty with a few drawbacks. Tv selections terrible. Spring for some cable channels to watch. Restaurant ok but need a less formal shop and snack and soda store. Employees ok but have seen better. Shuttle drivers excellene. Desk people efficient but no personality. Service in restaurant fair but not attentive.

Nice hotel. We chose the room with access to the lap pool. The water in the lap pool was very very low. About 2ft. Location was good, especially if you want to be away from the chaos of station 1/2. I do not recommend the transfer service the hotel offers to book, it was incredibly timely and expensive.

Station 1 is the best option for staying in Boracay if prefer in a quiet area. We got the premium room with private use of the lap pool just through our balcony. Amazing! We also got free dinner for two nights. If you need a massage just ask the concierge and they will book it for you, you won’t have to leave your room!! Amazing experience and the beach is a 5 minute walk. Great service! Will return again with my whole fambam to better enjoy! Gym is great as well.

The staff are very courteous and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We had a nice clean room with good toiletries. The hotel is located in Station 1, a quieter area away from the action of Station 2. However, the hotel has a free scheduled shuttle service to take you to Station 2, D’ D'Mall, where you will find the different restaurants. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the beach. We’ll stay here again if we ever go back to Boracay.

I booked a pool view room, got a get to facing room with broken aircon. Moved the next day to what was booked. You would swear it was coming out of their purse. Far from accomodating and care factor 0. The air con in that room also was faulty. Ridiculous gas filling noises every 20 mins. Gets hot then some what cold. Again on check out not a word as to how was your stay. I am a loyal Marriot/Sheraton guest for 30 years. This was the worst experience. The pool area freaked of sewerage, the building musty wet smell. Total waste of money.

Advertised as mere steps away from the beach but in reality at least 5 mins walk (uphill walk going back to hotel). Guests need to take a free shuttle to Dmall with schedule arrival/departures. Property nowhere close to the beach. Hotel hallways had no air conditioning, body wash Dispenser not being checked-run out of body wash soap in the middle of taking a shower. It took a couple of hours wait to get our room. I would not recommend this Four points Marriott Boracay to anyone.

The room was spotless and the staff was exceptional. All and I mean all were pleasant and smiling. They really take care of you. The breakfast was good. Getting meals in Station 1 is a challenge and I recommend paying extra to just be able to grab a bite at the hotel. If you don't want to walk to the beach. Just cool off in the pool. Really the staff stands out here. Just amazing. They all deserve a raise. The security, the concierge, the restaurant staff, pool attendant, house keeping, and the front desk agents. They were all exceptional. The walk to the beach is short, but could be a little challenging if you are older as it goes downhill then uphill to return. Just a fair warning. Even with that I'm giving 5/5 for the amazing staff.

Had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the room was clean and spacious, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the early check in and the delicious breakfast options. And the pool… a perfect place to unwind after a busy day at the beach.

The beds are about as uncomfortable as they come. The sheets were scratchy. AC unit is so loud at all hours, i have a video of the sound at 1:35 am, and the hotel has failed to address any of it. I didn’t sleep for 4 days, made it hard to enjoy Boracay.

Boracay is a costly place to live in and so we hope this lovely staff are well seen to, to be able to deliver the great service they’re providing. It’s the staff that makes the place and the experience - and they’ve got a great bunch here! This is a beauty with a few drawbacks. Tv selections terrible. Spring for some cable channels to watch. Restaurant ok but need a less formal shop and snack and soda store. Employees ok but have seen better. Shuttle drivers excellene. Desk people efficient but no personality. Service in restaurant fair but not attentive.

Bed is as hard as a rock. Not comfortable at all. Few regular staff mostly OJTs. Very seldom someone is by the door to help you out with your luggage. If they see you from afar, they do come and help. Not beach front.

Property nowhere close to the beach. Hotel hallways had no air conditioning, body wash Dispenser not being checked-run out of body wash soap in the middle of taking a shower. It took a couple of hours wait to get our room. I would not recommend this Four points Marriott Boracay to anyone.

The staff are very courteous and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We had a nice clean room with good toiletries. The hotel is located in Station 1, a quieter area away from the action of Station 2. The room was spotless and the staff was exceptional. All and I mean all were pleasant and smiling. They really take care of you. The breakfast was good. Getting meals in Station 1 is a challenge and I recommend paying extra to just be able to grab a bite at the hotel. If you don't want to walk to the beach. Just cool off in the pool. Really the staff stands out here. Just amazing. They all deserve a raise. The security, the concierge, the restaurant staff, pool attendant, house keeping, and the front desk agents. Even with that I'm giving 5/5 for the amazing staff.

The hotel itself is fresh and clean with modern rooms and lovely staff. However I was very suprised in other reviews that nobody has highlighted that the walk to beach or main road on both sides is very dark and uneven. You have to walk through two local stalls in a narrow uneven path to get to the beach which has no lighting. This felt unsafe at night. There are multiple stray dogs and local stalls/ shops and housing. The breakfast was good but the chef was very over helmed and I actually felt bad ordering eggs as it was so visible that they were under significant pressure making noodles and soups and pancakes all at once. It would be better to have more options readily available so people didn’t have to wait 45 minutes or more for there order. In addition the pool area only has around 15 beds and given that this is a large hotel it is difficult to get a pool lounger if you want to get one in the afternoon.

My special appreciation to their chief Mr Gilbert for taking into consideration that we are Muslims and ensuring that we have Muslim cooked food always available at our dining table during our stay. Very clean, great buffet bfast, and just mins walk to station 1 white beach. Staff very helpful & the pool was very clean. They also have complimentary van rides that took us to d mall to enjoy other areas in boracay. Definitely will go back to this resort and recommend them to my friends.
