The property is nice. Everything appears to be new. Beds are comfortable. A lot of amenities. However, I did not appreciate the surprise parking fee when I was checking it. It was like $22 per night to park - this is misleading as there was no mention of this prior to booking. Misleading.

Cleanliness was good. Bed was pretty comfortable. Bathroom floor had dirt here and there on the floor. Getting out of the parking garage was challenging, especially the day we left. Had to get someone from the checkin desk to get out, as were we bring charged for parking despite the fact the hotel had already charged us.

The hotel was great. Close to several places I would highly recommend this hotel, the parking garage how ever was a no go. We were one of at least 5 vehicles that were vandalized and broken into. We were parked on the first floor in the second stall from the hotel entrance are car suffered a broken steering column and lock, and several stolen items although I consider us lucky some people had broken windows and 2 were unable to drive there’s because of the damage. Please be wary of the parking garage.

The employees were all so friendly and helpful The fitness facility was nice and up to date The hotel seems brand new. There are lots of little stores to shop at and nice restaurants everywhere. Very nice stay!!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The food in the restaurant on the top floor was excellent but a little pricy. The only problem during my stay was that 6 cars were broken into in their parking garage. Nothing stolen, vandalism only. Luckily mine wasn’t broken into but the car beside mine was. Otherwise, the hotel was great and the area, NULU, is cool and fun.

I spent this past Monday and Tuesday at the Tempo Hotel on East Jefferson in Louisville,Ky. the first night I had to change rooms at around 11 pm due to the AC shuttting down in my room. The next night at around 3 am the AC in that room shut down and didnt come back on. also the smoke detector in the room has a light that flashes on and off so when the lights are out and its dark in the room the flashing light is a very irritating and makes it hard to get to sleep. the property is nice and clean but I had 2 miserable nights. mentioned this to the person at the desk when I checked out but was just told I'm sorry. no effort to try and make it right by getting a credit for a future stay or one night on the house or anything. very disappointing stay.

The room was way too small for the furniture installed. The side chair was stuffed up against the wall and the bed. I had to put towels on the bed frame brackets that were sticking out from under the bed foundation after I whacked my leg on it. The sliding bathroom door squealed and was way too heavy to open from the inside with that small latch opening. Management should spend a night with 2 ppl in it. Very tight.

Best room I've stayed in around the country for the price in ages. Beautiful, solid, quality fixtures, decor, bathroom, lighting, sufficient light lighting and electrical outlets and USB etc ports, EVERYTHING in the room and hotel done right. Parking and unloading a bit confusing but I will give them a pass on this. Very Tasteful decor, CLEAN, updated, new. Very Comfortable bed, linens, pillows, black out shades and drapes. OUTSTANDING hotel, would stay here in a heartbeat again if my travels take my back to Louisville.

I had a really good experience staying here. It was very nice: the bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, the room was very bright and spacious. I had an issue, and, at first, it wasn’t resolved, but the staff came through and it was finally fixed. I really appreciate the kindness of the staff who waited on me. And they made sure that I was comfortable and doing well. I will definitely stay here again.

Property was great. The only thing I didn’t absolutely love was the shower. It was very spacious, which is usually nice, but the water pressure was so weak that it barely got warm and didn’t fill the entire shower with hot air, so I was freezing the entire time I showered. Other than that, very very nice hotel. I will be back!

Stayed this weekend for my first time. Best thing about this property is the location. It was new and clean, but there’s a lot to be said about friendliness of the staff. We went to the rooftop bar five minutes before it was open- the chef rudely acknowledged our presence and told us to leave and come back when they are open (again- this was 5 minutes before opening). Went back down to our floor to get ice and the icemaker was not working. Went to the front desk and they asked me if I turned it on??? Didn’t realize that was my job We stayed for two nights and though the cleaning staff obviously came in the room to change trash bags. They didn’t even remake the bed.

The staff, particularly Shawn, was very helpful in accomodating me during my stay. I added an extra day and although Shawn was busy with another guest, he assisted me in a very professional manner. The hotel is conveniently located in a super cute, safe area of Louisville and my stay was great! Thanks, Shawn and the whole staff!

This stay was so great. The cafe downstairs had great coffee, the front desk staff were amazing, they even let us check in early as we got into town earlier than expected and after being in the car for a long drive, I can’t tell you how much we appreciated that. It was something that made my stay!

The location was great and the hotel itself was very nice. The parking was confusing and poorly explained, multiple times. Mostly, though, my real disappointment was with the staff. My only interactions were checking in (for three rooms), getting parking validated and trying to change a payment (for one of the rooms, which staff did not do properly). Yet almost all these interactions were met with blasé staff at best and contempt at worst. The staff was not nearly as professional as I would expect from a hotel like this.

This is a new hotel, and I love the layout of Hilton’s Tempo in Louisville. Great design, beautiful room. However the front desk is problematic- they NEVER answer the phone. My second morning I spoke to Dalton at the front desk (who was great) and he discovered the ringer had been turned off. The person on the night before, who did pick up the phone but who really didn’t want to answer questions and was yawning the whole time apparently decided to not only turn of the ringer but also never confirmed my room for the next day. Additionally, housekeeping knocked on my door, at least four times during the day while I was working to see if I needed anything. They apparently we’re not informed that I had booked a second day, and even though I told the housekeeping Director when I did open the door, they aren’t passing that information along to the staff, it would be a great hotel if they can just get their internal together

Asked front desk where to park. They directed me to the parking garage. When I asked how much it cost they said I could park there and just bring them the receipt to validate. At no point during my entire stay did they tell me that they were charging the parking fees to my room. They led me to believe that the parking was free after being validated. Surprise 100$ parking fee after my stay. Their front desk won’t answer their phones when I tried to resolve the issue. Called Hilton corporate and this location ignored their calls as well.

Beautiful property with two restaurants on site. We opted to stay in and eat both dinner and breakfast the following morning at the smaller one in main lobby. Food was great! The room was very clean, well stocked and comfy!

First day they were out of everything at the breakfast counter - on the third day the lady at the breakfast counter yelled across the restaurant at me for not dumping my napkins in the trash after I bussed my on table! Unbelievable! The desk clerk was nice! Rooms were perfect! Both ladies in the breakfast area were rude!

Easy to find, park and quick check in. Felt safe in the area and hotel. The bathroom supplies of shampoo conditioner and body soap were empty. The temperature of the shower water did not get hot it was luke warm at best. The bathroom door was a sliding barn style door with no lock. Bed was comfortable and the temperature in the room was good. The breakfast in the morning was not adequately stocked. Went to the cafe at 9 am on a Wednesday and they were out of 3 of the food options on their menu. Parking was $22. Wish there was a microwave and a freezer/refrigerator in the room.
