This place has bugs in the bed and flying around the room. The ice machine has mold. When I brought this to the attention of the facility they tried to tell me I brought bugs and threw my ice away. I have a video of the bugs. I would never stay at this place again. I was told that they were waiting on the health department to inspect their pool, but the pool area has not been functionable in years. There’s all type of debris tarp over the pool and broken chairs and tables. The elevator doesn’t work.

The noise was horrible after 11pm. The rooms are horrible, stained sheets, holes n walls, tv kept going in and out. The olanes all night were extremely loud. Breakfast was tasteless. Pool was out of order the whole week. The gym was 2 bikes and 2 treadmills only. All around horrible experience.

Easy to get to, but rough area. Needs some work. Door to our room only shut when forced, room service came to freshen up our room and took all of our towels and didnt leave any clean. Our sheets had stains on them. Parking lot and landscaping looked unkept. When I asked at the desk to cancel our last night they told me I had to do it on booking dot com, but that isn't who I booked with and when I had called before arrival and asked to cancel our last night they told me I could do it upon arrival. Overall it gave us a place to sleep but definitely not a place I'd choose to come back to.

There were dead bugs on one of the beds and stains on the linens. We weren't using that bed, so I didn't complain, but the overall cleanliness of this facility was subpar. It was okay, for the short stay, but I'm not sure I'd stay here for an extended period, or more than a night.

Pleasantly surprised by cleanliness of property and room, bathroom was spotless, freshly caulked. Gave 2 bottles water at check in which was nice and you didn’t have to guess if it was free or you would be charged. Bed and pillows comfortable. Not much in the general vicinity but there is a Shoney’s, White Castle and Outback with a couple of gas stations immediately nearby. Close to the airport yet we didn’t hear planes taking off which was nice. The only minuses: TV, you had to download apps and log into your own but they wouldn’t work and several stations that the guide says you have, show not available when you go to them. There was also an odd clicking/clanging mechanical noises from the heater and fridge overnight. Not constant but might want to look into. We stay at a few hotels every year in Louisville and this was our first in this area. Overall, pleasantly surprised and would look at staying again as it is only a few miles from our son’s house.

From the outside it looked as if they are remodeling with things from rooms outside the back. However, the inside still looks dated. The room smelled musty upon walking in but got used to it over time. There were holes in the wall that my girlfriend jokingky said we were probably being recorded. The small fridge made a loud noise from time to time as well. The bed was a bright spot and wasn't bad at all even though the pillows were very old and small. The carpet looked old but the entry way tile looked new. The furnishings looked used as well. It looked as if they remolded half the rooms with used furniture. The worse part of the stay was whoever was upstairs were being loud as if they were jumping up and down and dropping things throughout the night. I called the front desk several times and it rang so much, it would just stop ringing. Luckily at about 2:30am I finally fell asleep.

The front desk staff which was a guy, was not customer friendly at all. Our toliet was not flushing properly upon check in and when i went to report, he stayed playing on his phone during the interaction, no eye contact, apologies for inconvenience or anything. I will not stay at this property again. And be aware they have no elevator and we had to drag suitcases up and down stairs.

Staff was rude refuse to refund my money after I checked out, breakfast was horrible gravy cold juice was hot pillows smelled like body odor ,pool is down and the manager wanted to argue about me checking out because of the filthy room n a pool that didn't work,so he trying to argue with me about seeing a sign that was never there til after I complained , other ask about the pool and complained about the food . manager doesn't care and want to argue just poor management and dirty
