Have zero complaints about my stay! Nice room, restaurant was great, staff was helpful, and the shuttle service was great! The man who drove the van was very friendly and went above and beyond when he saw me walking. Would definitely stay again!

Parking was really the only issue. The entrance is one way. The issue is as you drive around there were giant trucks blocking the only way out. We had to turn around and go the wrong way. Maybe reconfiguring the parking lot would help

The hotel itself is very nice. The room was clean and nice, beds were comfy and room was spacious. The pool was the biggest disappointment. This property is huge but the pool is small and overran with rowdy teenagers rough housing, diving in (its only a 4ft pool) and running. Id say the max capaxity on the pool is probably 20 people but there were about 80 people in it. We had a little one that doesnt swim so well so my anxiety was red lining. There was an employee sitting as a "lifeguard" but she did absolutely nothing. The same rowdy unsavory characters were throughout the lobby and the overcrowded parking lot. The parking lot seemed to be the hangout spot to smoke weed as well. Dining was another let down. Breakfast buffet is $23 per person....most hotels of this calibur provide breakfast. Not here. Overall I would give this place 2 out of 5 stars. Room cleanliness and location are great. Safety, larger pool, safer/better parking and better perks are needed to make it more enjoyable. Probably will not book again.

Limited parking availability when there’s an event at the expo center. Yet when we checked out at 8am there were plenty of spaces. Should do a better job with policing the parking for those staying at the hotel.

The beds were very comfortable, a major update was completed last year, but paper was peeling, and the A/C was very noisy. The shower was nice and the soaps provided were decent. Breakfast was not included and the price to add was unreasonable. The pool was closed, but was supposed to open later in the evening. We arrived and swam for a few minutes and they closed it again for maintenance issues. It is too hot in this area to not have a working pool during the summer. Staff was very friendly, I reported that the cleaning crew missed garbage under chairs and in the bathroom, under the vanity.

I booked this hotel in hopes of one last swim trip with my kids. No where on the website did it state the pool would be closed! Very disappointing especially since it was too late to cancel and get a refund! The new bedding is not so comfortable. Felt like a basket weave blanket.

Great stay. Only complaint would be housekeeping. Didn't leave any tissues in the room and not enough wash cloths and face towels. Sheets were not properly tucked so at night the would ball up around your feet. Small issues but other than that, a great stay. Excellent staff and beautiful hotel. I will definitely stay there again if in the area.

Check-in was fast and easy. Staff was very friendly. We did not utilize the pool or breakfast due to very early checkout. Room did not have toilet paper, floor was not vacuumed, and food left in the refrigerator that was beginning to smell. I’ll find a cleaner place for less money next time.

I went for a convention, I checked in but directly went to the ballroom where my event was going on. After a long day, I was tired and headed up to my room at around 5pm, the room was trashed, it had bear cans, wrappers , food in the fridge, make up stains in the bathroom, bruh left in the bathroom also , lots of trash on the floor. I go down stairs tell them About and let them know I am Going to dinner , if someone could please clean it, they apologized and said it would take 30-40 minutes. I come back from dinner 2 hours later and I kid you not, It Was Still Dirty!! I had to ask one of the housekeepers I found in the hallway if the could please clean it. This is after an 8 hour trip there and I just wanted to rest. I’m sure they are better than that, the staff was super nice as restaurant was good enough if you don’t want to leave the hotel.

The hotel seems like it was really clean except for the bed it was really musty we had them changed the sheets still smell bad it was the mattress cover it needed to be changed . It was definitely feces on the sheet. Gross . But what made the stay enjoyable believe it or not it was a young server at al table named Izzy. We seen her every morning. She was very sweet and her southern hospitality was just so beautiful. If u (Izzy)can read this we were trying to say bye but u did have other tables. And thank you , u made the stay geat!!!!.

It was very messy on the hallway of the hotel, evening and the next morning. The room next to the elevator was loud every time the elevator ran. There were many mirrors so it was convenient for girls to get ready in different places of the room. The staff member were nice, just the area was not clean.

The entire hotel has been renovated and looks great. Unfortunately we found pretzel, hair balls and Benadryl tablets on our floors in the bathroom and main room. Appears no one vacuumed. Also, there were nice matching dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, etc but only hand soap had contents. We were also sad to get a partial room of TP, but got more from a maid in the hall.

The room was very nice. The only staff we spoke with was our check-in and she was great. The room was very comfortable. We had travelled to Louisville for the Jack-O-Lantern spectacular. We would very much recommend both the Crowne and the Lantern show.

Overall I felt a little underwhelmed by my experience. Nothing to do with the guest service. The bed didn't seem as comfy as it could have been and the sheets felt rough and scratchy. The toilet in my room ran throughout the night and was so slightly louder than normal.

Hotel is a stay and play hotel for the Run 4 Rose National basketball tournament. The front desk was not adequately staffed to meet the volume of check-ins/check-outs (one person running the entire desk). The closeness to the airport and the shuttle service is great! Unfortunately, on the one night I was there, there was what seemed to be a fire drill just before 11pm, not the best experience having to evacuate in my pajamas. Now what is really upsetting is the fact that despite having paid for my stay via Expedia, and having confirmed this upon my check out, I got double billed by the hotel. Already left two messages with their Billing team in the past 5 days with no response.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I wouldn’t stay here again if you PAID me. -Restaurant has very limited hours and no other food options within walking distance. -The airport shuttle is a freaking joke. -The beds didn’t have anything on them other than a top sheet. -Ice machine was broken. -Staff was extremely disrespectful. I booked this place specifically for the airport shuttle. My partner and I landed after a 15 hour day of travel, EXHUASTED. They left us waiting outside of the airport in the cold for 45 MINUTES after we had communicated VERY clearly with them when we landed, got our bags, and arrived at the pickup location. Other shuttles had come by 3 times by when they dragged their way to us. We had to speak to other shuttle drivers because we were so confused about why it was taking so long. I called a couple times during our wait, because they kept giving us different time estimates that they missed, again and again. At first they said 5-7 minutes, then after that time had elapsed, I called again to make sure they didn’t go to a different pick up location. They said 10 more minutes, I called again after 20 minutes because I was confused, and the front desk lady was SO RUDE?? Remember, we were promised a 5-7 minute wait, and at this point it’s been over half an hour. I asked her what we were supposed to do, because we had a very long day and we had been sitting outside in the cold for half hour with no real information.

The property itself was very clean and well kempt. At check-in time with multiple events happening, they had one person at the front desk. There seems to be no unaccompanied minor policy in place, causing many issues with screaming, banging on doors, playing in elevators, etc. We were woke up right before midnight to teenagers kicking our door and screaming in the halls. I called the front desk from the room three times with no answer. Once I called from my personal phone, they answered almost immediately. Security was overwhelmed. (One security guard working) We saw the guard as we were walking to our vehicle just after midnight. He was running more masked minors out of the parking lot. Would not stay here again, nor recommend, to anyone.

The hotel was ok. Probably wouldn't stay here again though. We were suppose to have a shuttle service to pick up from the airport and shuttle service never came so we ended up paying for a Lyft. The hostess at the hotel told us the restaurant and bar were closed when we arrive at 10 pm, however we later found out the bar closed at midnight and the restaurant was in fact open until 11. We just wish the hotel communicated better. As far as booking with Expedia the rates that we reserved our room at or more expensive than the rates available on Expedia the night of check-in.

Shenna at the front desk was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Dinner at Big Al’s was delicious and very well priced. The hotel is beautiful and the transportation to the airport couldn’t be more convenient. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was a HUGE disappointment. NO buffet so had to wait 45 mins on first day for ALC table service... Lukewarm coffee, single orange juice NO REFILLS or TOPUP.... Seriously This was unexpected and really unacceptable. Too busy the next day to enjoy the breakfast we had paid extra for. Would not book again. Airport hotels should be super-efficient with breakfasts as people have flights to catch. Handy location, good airport transfer. Modern rooms. Disappointed also in lack of amenities (no cotton buds, no makeup remover pad... just wall mounted shampoo, conditioner, bodywash you cant reach from the bathtub.

The total experience was fantastic! Very clean, wonderful view, and quiet. We were there for Louder than Life, staff was very nice and helpful. The food in Al’s was terrific, recommend the burger!

The bar is awesome the hotel staff is great the restaurant and the breakfast need to get worked on. $23 for the buffet breakfast or even the ordered breakfast was terrible. You are really missing an opportunity to sell good food before the people go to the show.

Hotel was clean and staff was amazingly friendly. Everyone was willing to help with luggage etc. Bar was very clean and ready to serve. The restaurant was amazing! Dinner we ordered prime rib which was a large piece and cooked perfectly. Also ordered the meatloaf which did not disappoint. One thing for breakfast they do not offer buffet if occupancy is low(totally understandable) please add that to your menu so customers know in advance. Did not ruin our breakfast there were other breakfast choices we were just looking forward to the buffet. Definitely a must stay!

Transportation to airport was very good. Bed was comfortable, food at restaurant was not very good. Food was cold and priced way too expensive. Service was excellent.
