Location is perfect in the city, rooms are clean and warm, beds are super comfy. Is the best Guest House I have stayed so far. Highly recommended if you're staying in Grantham. Kept high standards 💯 👌

Lovely place to stay- self contained accommodation with walk in shower, cloakroom, and generous bedroom. Room was cleaned daily. Lovely outdoor spaces, set in medieval Grantham. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We ate at the Piggy Bank which was about 5 mins walk away. 100% would stay again.
