It was a great place to stay. Bed had busted support legs, but we were able to still use the bed. One night was noisy, but we received an email the next morning that went to all guest reminding people to respect the quiet hours and it was quiet that night. Liked the pool area to hang around when we came back from the beach. Tried to get an early check-in, they said it was not available. So we waited by the pool. Kept checking but the cleaning people only returned around 3:30 and were done in 10 minutes. Overall would recommend:)

The property was a little small to my taste but it was fine for the price. Directions to our actual apartment was confusing as the apartment was tucked in the corner not visible from the street as they had me thinking, the map given was not helpful at all, and the parking spot that looked like was allotted to it was on the complete opposite.

Great little apartment with access to pool and in quick driving distance to everything. Kitchen had everything you needed. The steps into the bathroom were a bit awkward at night but overall a fun place for the money and it felt very safe for a single female traveler.

The staff were very responsive online, a little difficult to find in person though. Rooms were nice and location was nice. They were even kind enough to let us check in a little earlier. The pool and lounge area in the back was very nice. Unfortunately, the laundry machines were not functional.

Room was excellent and very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Unhappy about parking issue, was blocked in by a double Parker. And had someone try to enter my room at 11:30pm one night..a bit scary. And bring your own soap.

Excellent! Very well-managed facility, great communication with the manager throughout our three night stay. We’ve got a spacious one bedroom apartment with a walk-in closet for a very reasonable price. Clean and quiet. Easy parking, laundry on site, fully equipped kitchen. By far the best place to stay among 7 places we’ve stayed at traveling for a month.

We stayed here during our stay in Ft. Lauderdale. Our family of 4 stayed in a studio apartment and had plenty of space. Pool area was nice and clean with warm water. Washer and Dryer onsite. Would use this company again!

This property is located in a great part of Fort Lauderdale and convenient to the airport, beach and Wilton Manors community. The units are redone and parking is free! I find it good and could be great with a few improvements. They’re not an environmentally friendly company, relying on paper towels in the kitchen, no low flow shower heads, and recycling that’s really just trash. It’s disappointing, but could be easily improved if they cared. I’ve stayed here before and shared this feedback with no changes, so perhaps a public review may spark more response?

Inside the property was neat was not what I was expecting not enough bedsheets or hand towels available to use. Outside was not too clean. The pictures that was shown online was not what I seen when I got there. And the mattress you could fill the wires was so uncomfortable to sleep in.

The unit was a kitchen with a bed in it. The bathroom is tiny house ready. So small that there were no towels. Just as i was about to contact mgmt I found a shelf in the entry way where they put the missing towels. You can see it it the upper left corner of the picture. Major construction was going on and there was jackhammering on the connecting wall of my unit. I had to contact the office twice because it was 7:30 pm and you could still here workers sanding and hammering. You live and learn but I would not use this place again.

The Lowkl team was exceptional, and the property was exceptional and very reasonably priced. The slight negatives were all of the pictures and documents that had to be provided (maybe this was an Expedia requirement) and things like no towel racks in the bathroom and no dish towels in the kitchen.

Terrible area and service not as advertised. I had to call property management team to get code for entering numerous times. We didn't feel safe due to next door neighbors arguing and physical fighting. I had to call the police at one a.m AND tried to contact management to explain circumstances. After staying just eight hours we felt it was not a safe environment and left at two a.m. We were not able to find a hotel so had to sleep in our rental car. When management finally contacted us the following day they refused to refund and cancel the reservation. They expected us to stay in an unsafe environment! DO NOT STAY THERE!
