We had a nice stay at Fosshotel Vatnajökull. The hotel is in a great location, conveniently close to Vestrahorn and perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Our room was cozy, and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a decent selection to start the day. Overall, a pleasant stay and a great base for exploring southeast Iceland!

Loved this hotel. 15 min driving distance to Hofn. Sits at the base of a mountain. Views are beautiful. Restaurant and bar were terrific. Would stay here again.

We love Foss hotels. The friendly staff, happy hours, breakfasts, optional dinners, locations with stunning views, and overall comfort of the rooms were all perfect. So quiet! I also like the values of the island hotels chain, of which Foss hotels is the biggest, are portrayed in our experiences with each stay.
