Parfait pour rejoindre l’aéroport Nous avons eu une chambre et une salle de bain en meilleur état qu’en mars et la dame à la réception était très sympathique, L’arrivée était plus facile, connaissant le chemin à prendre pour arriver sur le parking (au rond point, suivre le petit panneau campanile)

Pictures looked much better than the reality was. All carpets were stained, some places bleached. The furniture was worn down, the wall paint was old and yellowish. Some light bulbs were blown. It was a non-smoking room however it smelled like it was a smoker room, it generally had a bad smell to it.

Das Hotel war eine Enttäuschung. Die gesamte Einrichtung wirkt alt und heruntergekommen, und die Sauberkeit lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Besonders die Toiletten waren schmutzig, was den Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm gemacht hat. Insgesamt kein Ort, an den ich zurückkehren würde.

Where to start. When we arrived the staff was professional. Unfortunately when we took the elevator up there was a foul smell like a dirty gym. The elevator itself was outdated and looked like it was about to fall. On our way to our room you could see the hotel needs to be fixed. Once we arrived at our room we found a dead bug plastered on the wall. Upon entering the bathroom we saw that the shower curtain was full of mold. On top of all there was a foul stench coming from the rooms carpet that was intolerable. We could not stay the night. Even though it was a non refundable rate we had to leave and get another hotel. I will never recomend this hotel.

Das Zimmer war wohl recht neu möbliert worden und hatte eine wirklich angemessene Größe. Leider waren die Fenster seit Monaten oder Jahren nicht geputzt und auch dem Zimmermädchen wurde zu wenig Zeit gegeben, so dass sie offensichtlich nicht alles schaffte. Am Frühstück und der Bar gab es aber nichts auszusetzen und das Personal dort hat einige Missstände ausgeglichen.

Hotel is very old and worn out. Rooms have very old and dirty furniture, small black flies/insects in the room and dirty carpet. The pictures show more modern rooms and a hard floor. Shower curtain with mold, dirty black caulking around the shower. Receptionist was non-informative, we had to ask for directions to the room and breakfast room ourselves. The elevator buttons on 1 side of the elevator did not work, but no sign saying you needed to use the other ones. Based on the pictures we chose this hotel, because we wanted a room with a hard floor (no carpet) because of dust allergy. The room was so dusty we did not sleep at all.

Bagno del 1900 antico con tante macchie sporche sulle pareti e la tenda di vasca da bagno. Il pavimento moquette molto sporco di macchie grattate. La tenda non si chiudeva completamente per il fatto che era rotta. La tv non si poteva guardare perché a quanto pare non c’era nessun antenna collegata. Quindi si utilizza come un arredamento sulla scrivania. Non ci sono le prese ai lati del letto per poter ricaricare il telefono e portatile quindi bisogna lasciare tutto vicino alla scrivania. Non siamo riusciti fino alle 04:00 di notte perché la camera a fianco ridevano e urlavano fino a tardi nono stante dovrebbe esserci un muro spesso per dare il comfort agli ospiti. La colazione non valeva assolutamente 13,50€ a persona per il servizio che offrono. Il caffè è cappuccino fatti dalla macchinetta che sembrano acqua sporca. Insomma ho prenotato con aspettative di un hotel da 3 stelle visto che segnato sul portale Hotel.com ma non ho visto nulla da 3 stelle.

It was an okay place. Pros: well located. It’s right next to Vilvoorde station which is quite convenient and also near the airport. In terms of quality though, the room rugs were very dirty, the room was cold with no obvious way to increase temperature and the phone did not work. The bed and blanket was fine. The bathroom did not have shampoo either. Overall, I did not have a good experience. The noise level at the property was also very high. Half of the morning, doors banging noise was happening around, the noise of dragging furniture from the surrounding was also quite loud in the room.

De kamer is erg gehorig. Mensen hoor je over de gangen net als je buren. Daarnaast was de trein ook goed te horen. Verder geen stopcontacten naast het bed. Dus je moet je bed uit als de wekker gaat.

À fuir !! À mon arrivée je reçois une chambre qui était carrément occupée, au rdc un billard avec des personnes douteuses fumant du hashish... Je descend me plaindre on m alloue une seconde chambre qui elle sent carrément mauvais, un mélange exquis de cigarette et insalubrité... Finalement, j ai une troisième chambre qui elle a le chauffage qui ne fonctionne pas avec moins deux dehors...

the staff here were fabulous and went out of their way to be helpful. I would definitely stay here again as they were so good. Also, plenty of free parking outside the Hotel. The rooms are a bit dated, particularly the bathrooms but it does have everything you need, fabulous water pressure in particular. I don't like paper cups - would be better to have china cups and wash them up - instead of just throwing away the paper ones and the silly 'stirring sticks'. The location of the Hotel is perfect for access to the airport and in my case, my trip to Antwerp University for work.

the staff here were fabulous and went out of their way to be helpful. I would definitely stay here again as they were so good. Also, plenty of free parking outside the Hotel. The rooms are a bit dated, particularly the bathrooms but it does have everything you need, fabulous water pressure in particular. I enjoyed my stay here. It was pleasant. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is very well situated near Vilvoorde train station. I would to make a special reference to Myrna who works in the kitchen. She was very kind to me and attentive. She was nice enough to cook me some boiled eggs to my liking. Thank you to all staff I meet however, all very pleasant and professional.

Het verblijf was oké. Simpele kamer. Enkele beschadigingen. Dit weekend was het laatste weekend dat het restaurant geopend was. De keuze was daardoor beperkt. Er was zelfs geen frites meer. Dat kan. Maar schnitzels krijgen die nog half rauw zijn, is smerig. Handdoeken moesten wij zelf vragen. Wel fijn dat de honden mee mochten.

Very handy for train station and town centre (Vilvoorde). Free secure parking. Lovely quality and range of food at dinner and breakfast. Helpful staff. Although rooms and corridors are ageing, the facilities are very good.

The bathroom could do with updating. A simple use of the silicon gun around the bath would make it look better. And please get rid of the paper cups!! Get proper mugs for tea and coffee. Pleased there is a bath. Food was excellent but restaurant only open after 6. Excellent location for the airport and good, free parking. Have stayed before and would stay again. Not much choice of food places nearby.

Room was clean but beginning to show it's age. Staff were friendly and helpful and neighborhood was nice. You can walk to Vilvoorde station (to get back to Brussels) and grocery store and restaurants. It is outside of the city but much more quiet and relaxing.

The hotel location is in a industrial location, in the lounge there is no coffee or any machine which we could enjoy. Room was OK but for the price expected a bit better, though convenient for train location from where to visit Brussels Central
