Been her before in 2014 it was nice then, but has moved with the times. It is now a modern stylish hotel with 3 pools and good choice of restaurants. You will not be disappointed. Ron and Julie P.

We chose this hotel partly because of the indoor pool. At check-in, we were told it would be available the next day. However, when I checked it myself, a major renovation was clearly underway and there was no realistic chance of it reopening anytime soon. Our first room was in a secondary building across the road that was not clearly represented in the booking photos. The building had a strong damp and sewage smell. When we complained, staff claimed the smell came from outside and affected the whole area, which was clearly not the case in the main building. When we asked to move rooms, we were told it would cost an extra €10 per night. Only after we complained about both the room and the closed pool, and refused drink vouchers as compensation, were we moved free of charge. The problems continued. The AC worked poorly, the safe was broken, and although staff promised to send someone to fix both issues, nobody ever came. Breakfast was disappointing. We found both plastic and metal fragments in the food. There were flies around the outdoor breakfast area and ants inside. The outdoor pool is surrounded by tall buildings, leaving much of the area in shade even during the morning. We also saw people smoking around the family pool despite the hotel having an adults-only rooftop pool. Overall, the lack of transparency and poor handling of complaints left us feeling misled. We would not stay here again.

Overall the hotel was great. Its in an excellent location with beautiful surroundings. The hotel is clean, air-con great and restaurants and bar excellent. We particularly liked thee rooftop restaurant. The hotel's layout is a little difficult to navigate at first, but with a bit of trial & error you get use to it. The main negative for me was the quality of the Wifi which i found to be quite poor - this is quite a surprise given how good everything else is, but i kept having to switch to my phone data as the wifi was either too slow or kept cutting out, this for me was disappointment
