Nice room, beautifully landscaped property with lots of options for spending time outdoors working, talking, birdwatching, or napping. Would be a great choice for a group of travelers because the common areas enhance the experience of being together. Nice al fresco restaurant area with average food. Not a whole lot to do in the surrounding area, but quiet at night. Volcancito’s microclimate is drier and warmer than many areas of Boquete. Long walk or taxi to restaurants. There is an infrequent collectivo bus available.

Property was beautiful, staff were great! The only thing to note is the distance from town centre, a vehicle or other transportation is required.

It is a small, cosy hotel in a quiet and beautiful area with nice views to the mountains which was perfect while we were few guests. The staff and owner were so helpful and accommodated our wishes even for earlier breakfast. When the hotel became crowded, it was very loud in the room from the hallway. Also, as an animal protector, I was not a fan of the rabbits, turkeys and chicken kept in rather small cages/runs. The overall experience was good.
