It’s our second time here. The property is in a great location, and the staff is excellent. It’s a bit older and could use an update, but it’s a good value for the money. We loved the pool and pool bar, and there were fun events on the weekends (like themed salsa dancing). Only complaint is that the breakfast buffet isn’t very good. Still worth it.

When I checked in i waited 1hr, front desk is slow. They didn't give me the room in booked. The room was dirty and sheets stained. The gym was closed during my whole stayed, wasnt avle to use it. The waitress was so slow by the pool area. The only good point id give it was the door men which helped with grabbing vehicles.

I went there in May 2024 and everything was much better: condition of the premises, service, etc. We had a problem with the hot water and we didn't have a coffee maker. On the other hand, room service quickly rectified the coffee maker; it took longer for hot water (30 minutes). This hotel needs a facelift!! On the other hand, the restaurant where we have the included breakfast is truly sensational and you can see the swimming pool above the statue (a big head - see picture)!! But for the price paid this time, the quality was not there. Also, a negative point, you have no real parking space... they park your car at the same place than the shopping center. It's a bit risky as the car is not in a supervised area.

Nothing to write home about. Generally ok and clean but building is aging, pool opens late & closes early (10am - 8pm), sauna not free. Room missing some basic amenities & light bulbs, had to request. Breakfast buffet is decent but a bit disappointing in food options and presentation. Sushi restaurant is good though.

I paid extra for a view room & was not disappointed! The breakfast included was very good! I did not like that even though my room was available at 1pm. I was not permitted to check in early without paying extra $20! The spa is horrible there! I was told I needed an appointment ok, so I tried setting up for various times and they didn’t even acknowledge me!! Go to the mall next door & there are 3-4 other massage places that are not rude! It sucks that jacuzzi & pool close at 8pm too early! The restaurants were absolutely divine & very reasonable for such high quality food & service!

This hotel was ok. Although we asked to have our room cleaned, it didnt get cleaned. Finally I had to talk to a supervisor to get our room cleaned. Also the hallways were not cleaned regularly. There was nobody tending to the Spa/Gym area so it was closed most of the time. The Jacuzzi bubbles also did not work. The location for us was good.

I was excited to stay at this property based on the reviews. However, when I arrived on Friday, 01/17/25 my experience was a complete disappointment. My first room had broken furniture, the room appeared as if it was not properly cleaned and/or sanitized. The floor was sticky with black dirt spots, it looked as if no one mopped in days. I immediately went down to see the receptionist 2/3 times to share my concerns and request a new room. The next room also appeared unclean, dusty, and the flooring was the same as the first room. I decided to just stick it out because I was so tired , hungry, and had a long day of traveling. I just wanted to shower at this point. I headed straight to the bathroom of the 2nd room to shower. The bathroom did not have any towels or washcloths. If there are no towels then the room could not have been cleaned properly (which was visible) or checked. I was truly disgusted, tired and experienced a long day. I just wanted to shower at the least. The front desk staff was very accommodating but this was very inconvenient on my first night. I was informed that the manager will be present the following morning so that I can share my concerns. Next morning (Sat) I was informed that he no longer had plans to come in. I spent my entire morning searching for a new hotel instead of experiencing the beauty of Panama for my birthday! I LEFT SAT Morning 01/18/25! I May have to dispute charges with my bank if they won’t refund me,which they said they will do.

The check in was very hectic , the first room that they gave us was very dirty and smelled! Been there 3 nights and I never seen a house cleaner and my room was very untidy and neither of my sheets were changed , the breakfast options is limited and the seating part was also difficult to get a seat to eat , the hotel it self needs to be taken care of , the hotel it self was very dirty to me , I’m so upset that I did a hotel Hop, I should have stayed were I was originally it was way better than that dump.

Great location. Nice hotel, friendly and accommodating staff, great breakfast, lovely pool and restaurants. However, rooms are dated and smells stuffy. Airco in room wasn't working well. Lighting in the room was insufficient. I had to request more lighting. I switched to a handicap room because the tub was very high in a regular room and extremely difficult for an elderly person with mobility challenges to get in and out of the tub. Unfortunately, the drain in the shower stall in the handicap room was blocked and caused water to overflow on the floor around the toilet and into the living area. We reported it and someone came to unclog it but it made no difference. I had to call twice to get housekeeping to mop the water on the bathroom floor and outside of the bathroom in the bedroom area. Not good at all for me who uses a cane to get around.

We did not stay at the Decapolis since they were overbooked. We along with a lot of people trying to check into The Decapolis were rebooked at the adjoining hotel, The Megapolis. Overall, I did not think the hotel was a great value. Checkin was a real task. It took ~1 hour, and because we were there too early for checkin, we had to cone back and wait again >30 minutes to get our room key. The wifi was intermittent, loosing connection too frequently. The nice looking floor tile was cracked and chipped in many places. While we had been advised to have the hotel get a trustworthy cab driver, the concierge basically told us to just use any cab in front of the hotel. As a result, we paid too much for our first cab ride and switched to Uber for the rest of our trip.

Lo mejor quizás sea su ubicación, el hotel se nota antiguo. Habitación, no funciona muy bien el tema de la climatización. Ropa de cama se nota muy desgastada, colchón duro, nada de cómodo, habitación oscura. Dos de la mañana alguien trataba de tirar la puerta de habitación de al lado de la nuestra, llame a recepción, supuestamente fue alguien de seguridad. Pero una hora mas tarde, se repite el hecho, llamo nuevamente y me dicen que ira seguridad, pasada media hora salgo veo la habitación con su puerta rota, entreabierta, bajo a recepción y me dijeron que había ido seguridad y que todo estaba normal, conclusión, nunca fueron por que de lo contrario hubieran visto la puerta rota. Nos cambiaron de habitación, nos dieron un upgrade, pero la verdad que la inseguridad ante esa situación no nos dejo tranquilo para el resto de días que pasamos ahí. El desayuno muy bueno, personal de recepción, atención regular.

The hotel is centrally located, secure and very close to shopping centers. The staff was excellent, very friendly, and I especially apreciated the easy access to transportation. The room was always spotless and I truly enjoyed the view of the bay. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it.

We ordered Door Dash and were in the lobby waiting on it. We were at the bar which is next to the reception desk. When the delivery came my nephew went over to collect it. The agent at the desk told him he could leave it there until we got our Togo order at the bar. As we did that and returned to the desk. The food packages were gone. The same agent gave it to someone else. She insinuated that he picked up the package. Another coworker told her that it was another gentleman that took the food. She immediately knew who it was and proceeded to ignore us while she dealt with an individual that came up to the desk. I asked to see a supervisor to which she pointed to the person next to her who was typing on the computer. That person never looked up to acknowledge us. She made a phone call and a gentleman came back with our food (how did she know who to call?). The hotel on a whole was ok, but this incidence will deter me from going back there. No apologies were given

Reservamos Decapolis estaba en mantenimiento nos trasladaron al Megapolis y pasamos por 3 habitaciones, una con elementos de pintura, otra con piso lavamanos toallas sábanas TODO SUCIO!! Y la última con el inodoro sucio!!!! Solo pudimos tener habitación a las 11pm!!!!Checking con fila de 2 horas!!!Fue una terrible experiencia realmente!!! Y salíamos a las 5 am!! The property is centrally located within walking distance to a diverse selection of local restaurants, pharmacy, grocery stores, and shopping areas, which is a plus. Their continental breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff, specially the young ladies lack customer service enthusiasim, they can come across very rude in their disposition as though bothered. I did not like the way they check for the guest breakfast and the entrance by room number, which for me I feel its a satefy concern when you travel alone. I suggest giving the host your last name as opposed to your room number. There are a lot of guest, and strangers amongst the population and giving out your room number out loud is an issue. She is also rude, if she can't manage the amount of rooms while maintaning the grace of a host, she should not be dealing with people per my observation and experience.

Something travelers should be aware of is that this hotel name and location is not easily recognized by taxis. They are puzzled when you give them the name of this hotel. One of the problems is that the hotel name is inset into a long dark hallway making it difficult to see and there are no obvious street side signs. Additionally, a big negative is that there are two flights of stairs from street level to the main doors. If you have a lot of luggage or heavy luggage, it is a chore to haul it all up these stairs to the lobby entrance level. Lastly, if you have a rented car, this location is hard to find by Google Maps and the streets are congested and somewhat of a circular maze. The hotel facilities are indeed nice and modern.
