Pool and atmosphere was great

We spent three nights here. It was a long traffic filled drive from Panama City. As a Wyndham Rewards member I was able to pre-register everything including our car from the email link they sent us ahead of time. We arrived at 2:15 and were instructed that registration would not open until 3 pm. No where to even park our car until then. There was no Wyndham Rewards reservation desk. We were told to wait in the very long line with the rest of the "mob" trying to register. They did not care that I pre-registered with their email link. After all of that frustration we were told at 4 pm that our room wasn't ready. Unbelievable. The bars all the time had long lines to get a drink. With the incredible number of people at the resort one bar service person could not handle the demand. Understandably, especially since the blender drinks were custom made. There were so many people at the resort that there was never an empty chair near any of the pools or even at the beach after 9 am in the morning. NEVER. Towels held every single chair by 9 am. Between the multitude of children in the pools and the incredible number of adults just wading, it literally was impossible to swim in any of the pools. They were nothing but "packed" wading pools. The smaller pool with a bar in the area of our room which was explained at check in to be a distinct benefit, was closed the entire time due to so called "chemical treatment". A fake reason not to keep it open.
