The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nice.. I stayed there 2 years ago and the room furniture seems to be a bit worn since then, but not terrible. Front desk staff were.not very friendly or helpful and they appeared.to have some challenges with English. You have to know a bit of spanish to communicate. The pool is clean and maintained daily, however it is quite small. The breakfast had a wide variety and an omlette bar. However a lot of pork products.and only one chicken or turkey dish. Also the food was mislabeled and pork was labeled as chicken which resulted in persons who don't eat pork for religious reasons, accidentally eating it. The host apologized but the guests were unsatisfied as this was a big deal for them but the hotel didnt try to make any amends.
