Friendly staff from the front desk attendants, to the restaurant staff to the housekeeping. Even with the language barriers. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and I appreciate it. Sufficient included breakfast buffet. Nice rooms. Housekeeping was good. Room was clean. Would stay again.

I checked in early and expected an early check in fee. It’s was 49$ . Then informed receptionist that we were leaving before breakfast the next day. I asked if I could enjoy the breakfast the day i checked in instead of check out day. Was told no. Breakfast cost us over $40. So we between the early fee and breakfast it doubled the cost of room . I understand policies but staff was pretty rigid and not trying to accommodate. In the room: it was clean. Showers fantastic! Terrible A/C, stuffy room. Beds were uncomfortable. We traveling to PC quite a bit and this hotel is off our short list for choices.

I was told there was a shuttle to the airport, but there was not. That was disappointing. However, the breakfast was one of the best I've ever seen in a hotel. Excellent

Reception desk was very accommodating and helped me check in earlier than 3:00 pm as I was visibly exhausted by the commute from the airport to the hotel. Breakfast was good, byt the yogurt…. (to die for with REAL FRESH strawberries )
