The staff was nice and the room was spacious and comfortable. There was a plate of fruit waiting for us which was really nice. The breakfast was delicious too! The taxi and tour group in the lobby was super helpful and took us to the airport and Casco Viejo.

property is central, front desk staff is friendly. rooms are very spacious, wooden floors (no carpet), very nice views of the panama skyline from my room. Machines in the gym seemed a little old and the light at the back of my bed didnt work properly but i wasnt staying in the room much in the evening so ultimately these things did not affect my stay in a significant way. It would have been nice to have a pool in the property like so many hotels in the city do but i suppose you cannot have everything. I still rate my stay to be excellent there.

Really nice rooms, good location, great breakfast with omelet station. One thing rhat I missed when booking is that there was no pool! I was shocked after check-in as wanted to chill by a pool but none. Ended up doing a spa day at another hotel and spent afternoon at their pool.

Most of the staff appeared warm. The breakfast options was not bad. I requested an eggless omlette but the chef still used the spatula from the other orders with egg to prepare my eggless order. The e-sim plan I had did not work while in Panama for some reason & to my luck, the hotel WiFi was not available. I was told the WiFi is being worked on for the duration of my stay. There was two front desk ladies who were extremely helpful in trying to improve my stay & they shared their personal Wi-Fi to help with requesting transportation & flight check-ins. The room was dirty & appeared to have not been dusted in ages. The bathroom had areas of what appeared to be mold. Videos were taken & shared with front desk staff

The staff was very helpful and polite. I was honestly say excellent service. The toilet wouldn't flush so we had to call a plumber. The carpet in the hallways need to be cleaned. The room was ok but could have been cleaned better. After hours into the night the bathroom would smell. The ac is cold in the day but hot at night. Breakfast was ok. The beds are worn and need to be replaced.

Ac did not work properly , I called and asked multiple times for room change they just continue to attempt to fix while with my kids in room and myself in pjs, WiFi did not work well, I travel here because of work and it was very hard to do so. Overall not the best experience and they do not listen to customer . Will not be staying here again

Try hotel is in a great location and the cost was excellent. I stayed in room 511 and the mattress is “caved in” in the middle, which made for a horrible night’s sleep

My stay was nothing short of amazing, room was superb, the staff was friendly, the hotel was located in the ideal spot and I want to thank the front desk clerk Javier he really made our stay so much more awesome; he was helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable and all with a smile his service (11/10), Also our server Jeny was splendid she truly made our dining experiences memorable. Overall Novotel is a 10/10 for me and definitely will recommend to others.

This was an excellent experience. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and very helpful and made excellent recommendations when it came to shopping and dinning. Lilia at the front desk was able to organize a tour for us which was amazing, also there was an issue with our hot water in the shower and it was quickly rectified by another staff member which speaks to the efficiency of them. The room was clean and included our basic needs which included a nice view of the city. Breakfast was amazing and love the variety of options especially the fruits which were fresh and delicious. The breakfast staff were courteous and very helpful I making sure the tables were always clear. Again a great experience staying here, location was excellent as the metro was 4 mins away and restaurants were only 5 mins walk away. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

The staff was excellent and some were bilingual so they were helpful and attentive. The housekeeping staff was also excellent. This occasion was our Anniversary and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home even before our arrival. The only downside I could think of was since my room was prepaid for they could have at least given me an early check in because I confirmed my check in the day before my arrival but otherwise we had a great time. Thanks Novotel Panama.

Excellent area. The staff were the best on all levels. Super friendly, always smiling, and willing to help with anything. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The only reason I did not gave them an excellent rating was because of the restaurant. Not a lot of choices on the menu and they were out of fish for a few days. The name Panama means abundance of fish, so there was no excuse to be out of fish. I was bored and raised there, so I know there is fish. Again, the staff was excellent.

The best thing from this is there staff: very friendly and ready to make your life easy. The Breakfast is very good with a omelet station and every day diferente hot breakfast. Inside is always clean, outside it's not that nice like in the pictures from the hotel that was a little disappointed for me. But I can't complain at all for the service, room and food so they make it up to be a very enjoyable vacation for us. In less than 5 minutes you can walk from the hotel to the metro station via Argentina, from there you can get to malls and even the airport!! So it's on a great location with a few options to eat right there.

Wonderful Staff, Good Location, but the Hotel Needs Some Love Novotel is very well located, clean, and comfortable overall. However, the property is starting to feel a little dated and could definitely benefit from some renovation and extra attention to bring it back to its full potential. The real highlight of this hotel is the staff. They are truly the heart and soul of the property. Everyone I encountered was extremely polite, welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful—from the reception team to the restaurant staff and even the chef preparing eggs at the breakfast station. It’s the people who make a hotel experience memorable, and the team here certainly did that for me. With some updates to the property, this hotel could be excellent. Bravo to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality!
