Old Root House, Lavant - a barn conversion that sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms

Very modern and clean rental with lots of space for relaxing and dinning. Comfortable beds with quality linen and towels; effective underfloor heating in main rooms and bathrooms Good quality bathrooms with plenty of hot water on tap Good parking Excellent quiet location but with very quick access to Goodwood ; Chichester and beyond plus numerous good eating places in the vicinity Well equipped kitchen but would be nice to have a coffee pod machine rather than a cafetiere plus drying up cloth would be useful when not using dish washer!

This has become our go to property for a base in Sussex to catch up with friends and family. Idyllic setting, beautifully designed accommodation with quality fittings and such lovely owners and staff at Henry Adam’s. Thank you for another great stay.

Excellent location, clean well heated property; plenty of space. Most features were good, but needs a TV update for a modern age

We had a lovely stay (two adults and three children). We will certainly come back to this cozy cottage.

We spent a wonderful Christmas holiday in a beautifully converted building. We were particularly pleased that there was a Christmas tree ready for us stood so that we could celebrate a lovely celebration with our son and his family.
