The room was clean and comfortable. Service was great, great breakfast options. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked the place so our daughter could swim but the pool was very cold, not heated, we could not swim and the hot tub was out of service.

Lobby area is extremely dilapidated, furniture torn and worn out. Rate may be good but extra charge for parking and airport shuttle were not expected. Stayed in a two bed suite. Beds were so high I couldn’t climb onto them and had to sleep on pullout signed. no vent in bathroom to defog mirror. Only plus for this hotel is excellent breakfast buffet.

Drains in the bathroom were clogged and drained slowly. There was no information in the room or on then TV with information about the hotel. ie where do i get ice for the room, where is the pool, what hours are various facilities open. I'm not happy about the high fee for guest parking.

For a pretty much full hotel this weekend, there was only one of three elevators working. This caused for guests to wait for an elevator over 15 to 20 minutes. Kids were coming out of the soaking wet and entering the elevator, which left the floor covered in water. Staff saw the wet floors in the elevator and didn't attempt to clean.

I like the location to the airport & the breakfast buffet. The hotel only had one elevator working the whole time. I had to ask for our room to be cleaned on the first day it took until 5pm for it to be cleaned unacceptable. This property advertised a heated pool however it was too cold to swim in if you have little ones the pool was 3ft. So they cannot swim it was too deep. The hot tub had way to much chlorine bleach in it. The whole pool area made your eyes burn. My husband saw the maintenance person pour a whole bottle of regular bleach into the hot tub. This area was unusable due to this that is a health hazard which causes respiratory issues. The people at the front desk did not seem very concerned when i addressed this with them. The whole trip there were teenagers & younger children running the hallways & there was fighting in the lobby where the police had to be called. This hotel was not worth the price i paid for the room especially when there were so many issues. I expected more from the Hilton brand. Pick another property

Would not stay again. This hotel is falling apart. Furniture peeling, unprofessional front desk staff. They look at you like you are a burden. Airport shuttle is not complimentary. 2 out of 3 elevators broken with a sign that says sorry if the elevator breaks you can take the stairs. Wonder if Hilton corporate know what's going on here or maybe they just don't care.

The property was clean but lacked amenities that were out of service. For example, the pool, hot tub and exercise facilities were all unavailable due to construction work. Parking was an extra $22 on the property. The charge for parking in the embassy suite lit seems excessive to us.

Hot tub was yellow and stunk. Elevators were slow and one was broken. Smelled of marijuana at all times of the day/night. Parking lot was dirty with alcoholic cans all over the place.

I found clothes from previous guests in drawers. The shower didn’t work and they did nothing about it but kept the incidental fee although it was already that way when we got there. Breakfast are was always overcrowded with limited seating, you either had to take breakfast back up to the room or wait around until someone was done. Many families ate standing. Setup of breakfast was spread throughout the area as well, not organized at all.

You know it’s going to be a bad stay when the lobby furniture is filthy and distressed. I can’t believe ES allows their logo on this place. The pillows were chunky and so uncomfortable. There are plenty of other hotel options close to the airport, don’t stay here.

This place is a certified dump. The furniture in the lobby is worn, beyond needing to be replaced. The fountain in the lobby had trash and licorice at the bottom, amongst other interesting things. The front desk worker had zero customer service skills. You have to pay to park, $22/night for a parking lot, crazy. Our first room had stains all over the carpet, giant gross stains, along with dog hair in clumps on the ground. Asked for a new room, and that one was a bit better, furniture was still gross and outdated. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our room was extremely dirty - we were wiping down surfaces ourselves - also the hotel is very old with a low roof that feel claustrophobic The staff was kind and helpful and the breakfast was really good However Hilton is really going down hill fast - this is our second Hilton stay in a month and we won’t go back anytime soon

The property looks good when you first walk in. Our room seemed clean until we saw hair in the drain and stains on the tables and furniture. I needs a major updating in the rooms. The elevators are down to one when it was working. Staff was great stay away from the pool!

The staff and service was awesome and the room was very clean but it was crawling with ants after the first night. They were coming out of the bathroom sink and outlets. They immediately sent someone up to help when we called them but even he admitted there's nothing they can do when they're coming in through the plumbing and outlets. Just suggested to run the water in the bathroom every few hours so my husband barely slept the second night because he kept getting up to kill the ants.

Upon our arrival one of the bed’s comforter was filthy. Our room was not cleaned or beds made. The bathroom was never cleaned. All that was done was we received clean towels. When I contacted the front desk I was assured the issues would addressed but that never happened. This has been the worst hotel stay ever.

Room was big and spacious. It was a warm day and we tried to turn the air in our room and it would not cool down it was so hot in our room. We couldn’t sleep because it was so hot and we set the cool on top. The beds are small and felt like you were sleeping on a piece of card board not comfy at all. Will not be staying at this embassy again was not a comfortable stay at all.

The AC in room didnt work well. We were to hot to sleep. Coffee was only available during breakfast in lobby. Beds and pillows were hard. The glass walled elevators were constantly out of order. Some front desk service staff were rude. They charged snacks to room without asking if we wanted to pay here. We booked with Hilton honors points and got no gift bag and others did.

The online booking was terrible. It would not allow me to modify once I realized it was wrong so I called the hotel directly. They indicated not to worry once there I could fix the issue and they said they would keep us in the room we booked on the first day and not move our room on the 2nd. When we arrived they said they could not do that. So we moved rooms on the 2nd day. I also told them the departure date was wrong. We left on Saturday and I specifically called to tell the desk we were checking out. We left and that night the hotel called me to ask if we were still in the room as our check out was Sunday!!!! It was a cluster the entire time. And, to add insult the rooms were poorly stocked with minimal supplies.

I’m usually very happy with Embassy suites. The breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable, however, the complementary snacks and drink was not up to par at all. They ran out of snacks. We asked to be filled, and it took them a long time to refil. We asked our room to be cleaned, was gone until three in the afternoon and still had not been cleaned. Otherwise, the stuff was very pleasant.

The first desk clerk was annoyed with us and passed us to a very sweet and extremely helpful. She had knowledge of shuttles to the cruise pirt as well. The shape of ALL the furniture is WORN and old. Overall experience was good. MAGGIE needs a promotion and a raise.

Great Staff, Terrible Facilities – Hilton Should Be Embarrassed We stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton from 3/27 to 4/1. The staff were helpful and responsive—maintenance came quickly (and often), and the location is excellent, right by the mall and lots of great restaurants. The made-to-order breakfast was a nice touch. But that’s where the positives end. The hotel itself is in seriously poor condition. Every single day, guests were getting stuck in the elevators—literally, daily. The pool was visibly dirty, and the spa had dirt floating on the foam. I took a photo of it because I couldn’t believe it. I wouldn't let my kids near the water. Our bathroom toilet clogged with just a small amount of toilet paper—twice. Maintenance had to fix it. The shower took ten minutes get the water luke warm each morning, and the in-room phone to call the front desk didn’t even work. Maintenance did fix that too. To top it off, our room’s door lock completely failed. After a late night out, we had to wait while the manager used special tools to break us back into our own room. And it happened the next morning as well. It feels like this hotel is being held together with duct tape and optimism. The staff are clearly doing their best, but the building is a mess. For a Hilton property—especially an Embassy Suites—this is not acceptable. Hilton should take a hard look at this location, because right now it’s running on reputation alone.

Room was not ready by 4 pm check in. We were needing to change drop off luggage and leave for event by 4:30, the front desk lady kept repeating the room was not ready and they could hold our luggage. After about 15 mins the lady “upgraded” us to a room that was ready. (It was the same room we had booked) Upon arriving to the room we had noticed that k cups provided had already been used, we were not using them but still informed the staff just as a heads up. Also, the toilet would not flush, it just kept filling with water. Called the front desk and they stated they would send maintenance up while we were out. After arriving back to our hotel around midnight we discovered maintenance had not come so we had maintenance in our room trying to fix our toilet at midnight. In the morning I went to shower, the shower and bathroom sink had zero hot water. The shower had extremely low water pressure. When switching the water from tub to shower the pressure was so low the water was just dripping and falling straight down from the shower head and not spraying out at all. Checked mutiple times to make sure shower was turned all the way on and switched from tub to shower a couple of times to try but tub pressure was significantly low as well.

FYI...The doors here slam very hard and VERY loud. I spent two nights forced to listen to constant slamming (in and out...in and out) from the room full of very loud teenagers next door to me. The front desk clerk chose to say "there were no other rooms to move you to" when I requested another room (See Photo). He very condescendingly told me "yea, sleep is important to everyone." The next day, when I mentioned I had immediately gone online after speaking to the front desk the night before and there was a choice of several rooms, I was then told that there were no rooms that were "THE TYPE OF ROOM I HAD BOOKED!" Showing their true priorities!!!! I was talked to in a condescending manner. My request for a resolution was ignored and I was basically told I didn't matter and wasn't important. This staff (and maybe that's their low standards?) could care less about their guests or their guests experience. They clearly weren't the slightest bit interested in changing my room, because it may have meant an upgrade (what a disappointment), even though it was late in the night and I was losing sleep due to the noise. The likelihood of them needed another room at that late hour was next to zero so it's disgraceful that they left me to just suffer when they in fact had other rooms available. I asked for a manager to reach out to me after I checked out. However, it's no surprise that I have heard from no one. I regret the choice to stay here.

Hotel was great but security for the parking is lacking as our car window was smashed and $2,000 worth of stuff was stolen. The manager was great but did mention that there is a homeless camp next door. If I knew this ahead of time I would not of chosen this hotel with long term parking.

Perfect spot for an over night stay between flights there is stuff to walk to locally for food and shopping needs and we also caught the train into Seattle with help from the hotel shuttle. We did struggle to get the shuttle to collect us from the airport as nobody answered the phone so did cost us an Uber but shuttle is easy enough to get once you are at the hotel so did drop us back at the airport the next day.

Love the convenience to Southcenter Mall and South Center Parkway. The Interurban walkway/trail has homeless population in woods next to it. Walking for exercise is a bit sketchy, and the trail by the RR tracks has trash and debris. It was a busy weekend with many sports tournaments so a lot of partying into the night. All in control, just noisy.

We had a fairly good experience. Tile by the pool is very slick. Our sofa bed had dirty sheets inside (crumbs and some sort of spill.) Front desk addressed the issue quickly. The restaurant food was delicious. Complementary drinks were nice!

This is the 4th time I have stayed at this hotel during my travels, and it’s great every time l. The only negative this time was that the refrigeration system went out and they weren’t serving any food, including breakfast, which is usually really good.

We had our granddaughter with us and had told her how wonderful it was to stay at this hotel. We were so disappointed the booths needed recovered in the worse way. It was hard to find a place to sit for the evening snacks which consisted of trail mix and pretzels, carrots and celery. The bus ran to the airport at the top of the hour which cost $9 per person. Embassy Suites Review Unfortunately, our stay at Embassy Suites was a major disappointment. We expected much more from the hotel, especially considering the price and reputation of the brand. There were ants along the walls throughout the hotel, which was very concerning. The pool was also much smaller than expected, and the water had a milky, cloudy appearance that made us uncomfortable using it. The spa was out of order, one of the elevators was broken, and even the parking lot gate was not working. Our room had its own set of problems. The door lock batteries died, leaving us locked out on the 8th floor. After getting a new key that didn’t solve the problem, we had to wait approximately 30–45 minutes before the issue was finally figured out. What made it more frustrating was that after being informed there was an issue, the employee still had to go check the door himself before going back to get the proper tools.
