We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. There are 2 outdoor spaces to hang out in. The snack shop has lots of choices. The breakfast buffet was very good. We would absolutely stay here again next time we visit Charlottesville.

Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping provided extras when requested and front desk took care of cleaning and any special requests. Breakfast was available for 5 hours and included chef making your individual meals. Dinner and bar were available. Staff was caring beyond belief. DO stay here.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant/bar were very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the outdoor fireplace on the chilly nights. The room was an average hotel room but was very clean and the beds were comfortable

Room was updated and clean with great views of the ponds out back. Lobby clean. Restaurant was very poor. One waitress trying to serve all tables was impossible. Food not received as ordered, and waitress so busy I’m didn’t want to send it back.

We stayed 2 nights this past week. It is very quiet. Rooms were spacious. Surroundings were quiet. They have a “restaurant “ area which is open for breakfast and dinner. Both you have to pay for. Very nice place. Would stay again.

Rooms are a little dated. Verizon service was weak in the room I had. I was on 3rd floor near elevator and was woken up by a lot of noise (slamming doors?) in the hallway at 3am. But it was ok overall. The lobby is nice.

Check in person was not pleasant. The room was nice. Bed was firm. Good towels. The bartender made up for the front desk guy 100%. Friendly, informative about the area, great pour! Hotel is near hospital but was quiet. Great walking path outside around lake in green space.

Staff was extremely rude. I purchased prepaid snacks and drinks for our stay and they delivered them on 2 of our 10 day stay. The manager Dawn Fuss was extremely RUDE when I attempted to get different snacks from the hotel store instead of the lunchables and other snacks that the hotel staff chose that I considered not edible.

Hotel was very good in all aspects except one. Breakfast, which costs $10/person was very poor. They ran out of almost everything. Potatoes were cold. No meats left although we asked the cook and he managed to cook up some bacon and sausage. 3 alices of bread, two muffins, 2 pieces/cubes of honey dew mellon. Not much else.

Everything was perfect with our stay! Cici was an amazing bartender and helped us find our way around! Our only downfall would be the restaurant not being open the whole weekend- and only Mon-Fri.
