Cute property with a nice hot tub after hiking Capital Reef. Our cabin had Adirondack chairs for a perfect place to enjoy the big sky & sunsets.

I’d look elsewhere to stay. The llamas and horses are cute, but I would have preferred a cleaner, better-maintained room. I would not recommend this to friends or family. The gap under the room door was big enough for a snake to slither into the room.

We reserved one of the luxury TPees that they advertise for our 32nd anniversary and boy was it a let down.We reserved it through a 3rd party and when we requested a change in rooms it cost us another 200.00 even though it was advertised on their web sight for less than the original room. The room smelled like it had been wet and the rugs were nasty ext. Ect. And my wife said she wasn't staying in it.The room we paid extra for was ok but it cost us wayyy more than it should have.

Clean rooms, excellent beds, and water pressure. The room faced the mountains and had the most spectacular view during sunset. This area is one of the few in the world where the lack of city light creates a darkness allowing an amazing view of the milky-way with stars from horizon to horizon.

Be prepared for only a handful of businesses to eat nearby. If you come during a black sky time, SPECTACULAR!! Great view from the room, although I wish they turned off the parking and flood lights at night in order to not light-pollute the experience. I bet it would have been amazing the view from the balcony. Good thing that a quick 5 min drive takes you to absolute darkness where you can almost touch the Milky Way!!
