Very satisfied with stay EXCEPT no elevator. 3 80+ year olds had to lug luggage up to 2nd floor which was difficult. Didn't occur to me to ask prior to booking. Would not stay again unless had room on first floor. If this was mentioned on Hotels.com, I missed it.

Very nice property. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They have a laundry , deli and small store right on the property. That is very convenient since most people have been on the road and just want convenience.

I love that it fit in with the environment. Small hotel and very friendly people with an excellent deli, cafe and general store. Heated pool and hot tub. Right on the edge of Capital Reef. Cute little town, too.

Pro’s - very clean. Attached general store and deli. Good breakfast - big, you could share. Will make you a box lunch to take in the park. Quiet. Outdoor pool & hot tub. Con’s - no breakfast but you can get a free coffee/hot chocolate from the deli. No elevator, but only 2 floors.

This little gem was just what we needed after a long travel day. There was a foodtruck in the parking lot that served great food, and a little store that was open early and stayed open until later evening. The front desk folks were kind and thoughtful and the beds were good. Loved the pool and hot tub!

Clean, older family hotel. There was a little damage to the tub in our room, but it did not leak and was not unsafe. It was just cosmetic. Staff was friendly and very helpful. There are no chain hotels in the area and from looking around. This might be the nicest hotel in the town.

Everything was new, including the carpet and modern furniture. Check-in was fast and easy. Friendly staff. Our room and the grounds were impeccably clean and neat. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Bonus perk was the delicious breakfast available at the Deli on the grounds. Great home fries. Sweet fruit garnish: an orange slice, a sliced strawberry, and a blackberry.

The walls are thin. Can hear your neighbors from above and next door. Across the street there was cabins available cost was much less. Thinking would have been less noise. Wish we would have stayed there. The location itself was near Capital Reef. No complaints of cleanliness or customer service. The store same property was convenient and had good bakery.

I've been on the road full time for 6 years. For the first time EVER, every employee from the front desk on through to the store, deli, etc., was so down to earth friendly and helpful. Even Las Vegas resorts could use a week of training here on true customer service. Well done and it's so pleasing to know this old school way of serving folks still exists.

We booked this last minute due to a change in National Park viewing plans. Very convenient location to Capitol Reef Park. Room was very clean & comfortable. Morning coffee at deli was excellent. Suggest you try cinnamon bun - price well worth it! Room price was very reasonable & it was nice to get away from chains.

Short stay to visit the national park, we all loved this place! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and quiet at night. Was not disturbed by any outside noise. The kids loved the pool. The market had everything you needed. There’s a small restaurant inside that served the best breakfast! I very much appreciated the laundrymat with affordable pricing to use the machines. Hope to visit again soon!

I love this place because it has nice breakfast and lunch options next to the motel. If you are staying in the motel you get free coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Everyone was happy and friendly. Beautiful surroundings, especially in fall.

A very nice option for Bryce. Torrey is a wonderful town!!! Love it. (Do skip the pre-made box lunch choice at the bakery. Awful)
