This is an older hotel that is currently undergoing some updates. The location was perfect after dropping my granddaughter at BYU. For the price point I was impressed by the comfortable bed, clean room and amazing front desk staff.

The hotel was deplorable!!! The amenities that were advertised were NOT available. No Pool, No Breakfast, No Ice, TV didn't work in room. Had to ask front desk twice for toilet paper Only had 1 clean towel available when asked for 2 extra towels No attempt to make this stay right. I will NEVER stay here again!!! Staff didn't care at all about all the problems, no TV--Sorry no Pool--Sorry; No Ice--Sorry; no breakfast--Sorry. No clean towels--Sorry; oh Sorry they didn't put toilet paper in your room--Sorry

Location is under remodeling and so parking is limited. Construction workers start nice an early so does the noise. We have stayed here several times with good results. We will stay again hoping the work will be done.
