Room dirty, stained sheets. Lock hasp broken on door. Very disappointing

The room was not bad but n0 remote for the TV and couldn't get the office was not open

Staff is friendly. Room was clean but just really run down. Needs replacement items and updating. Old furnishing, unclean carpet. Serves its purpose

Guy who check me in was rude totally made me cry I did nothing to him and was nice the whole time. He needs customer service skills

Parking was easy. Staff was not overly friendly. Cleanliness definitely needed some improvement. Hallway was grungy. The room itself was fairly clean other than the bath tub and there was a used tub of bath gel.
