Hotel was nice and clean but old. it was Memorial Day weekend so there were a lot of people at the hotel. Pool was smaller with no jacuzzi and breakfast was ok but not the best.

This is a nice motel located within walking distance of the BYU football stadium and the BYU campus. It shares a parking lot with another motel, and this one costs more because it's the better one, although both are fine. I like this place, I plan to stay again, and I recommend it to others. It's a decent place to stay.

Check in was easy with no hidden resort fees. One of the best room layouts I’ve seen. Bathroom divided with toilet/sink and second with shower/sink. Modern, relaxing room. Safe neighborhood with many options for dinner nearby.

Everything was great. Great room. Great breakfast. Easy parking. Nice front desk personnel. Smells good! Like fresh shampoo. Only thing lacking was the TV remote was a bit wonky. But that’s a small thing.

Went here for a two night stay with our family to drop our son off at BYU. The double bedroom was great! It was so nice having two separate bathrooms. One was shower/sink, other was toilet/sink. Complimentary breakfast was perfect! Waffles, hashbrowns, eggs and juices. Just what we wanted. Staff very friendly! Hope to someday stay here again! Perfect quick car ride to BYU.

Unfortunately I had a room right by the trash cans so it was loud on trash day in the early AM but other days it was loud due to staff dumping trash into large outdoor bin. I appreciated the air conditioning but the unit was so loud that we had to shut it off at night.

Room was clean andxrhe beds werent bad comfort wise. The room set up is a bit odd, rhe barhrrom is sllit up behind 2 doors. One has a sink and a tub/shower and the other has a sink and a toilet. Also, turning on the shower is a bit hard to figure out because it's not a normal switch. We had to call the front desk to figure out how to switch it to shower mode. TIP: If you are thinking about requesting late checkout dont book though a 3rd party app. I asked about late check out and was told that

The room had the worst bathroom we’ve ever had…the toilet room had a sink and a towel but nowhere to put the towel except a tiny shelf above the towel-needs a towel bar! The shower is ridiculous…trying to figure out how to get it started then the shower head offers a very poor water flow and temperature control. The room’s thermostat doesn’t work it’s either hot or cold. I would not stay at this site again.

The room was great. We loved the space and the layout. The split shower room and toilet room was interesting, but it actually works really well. The beds could have been more comfortable. The shower was hard to figure out at first, but we got it after playing with the faucet. I liked the sofa bed! Instead of a “traditional” sofa bed, it had a trundle bed underneath that pulled out. The hot breakfast was nice and the staff was so friendly and helpful! We needed some food before breakfast actually opened one morning and the night manager got us a bunch of stuff to take with us. The location was perfect for our convention at the Utah Valley Convention Center. It was right down the street and there are a bunch of Dinning options one street away.

The ladies at breakfast were very friendly and hard-working, as well as the cleaning and reception staff who were very attentive, only one tall man at the reception who was very inattentive, I liked everything else. Good place close to everything in Provo.

The desk staff was very friendly. Shared ideas on places to eat. After checkout I hike in the parking lot realizing I k ft my phone charger it was easy to fur ya to get back up to find ur. Thanks for the great stay. Great breakfast. Even as you began to run out of food they replaced it quickly. Would stay here again.

We were taking a 10 hour drive to spend Thanksgiving with my in-laws. About half way through the trip my son started to get very sick. When I checked in for the night I told the lady up front what was going on and she was able to get us another room that connected to the first room. Well during the night my daughter and I also got very sick. The front desk was so helpful and patient as we tried to figure it if we could leave on time/get a late checkout/or needing to stay another night. So friendly and kind and understanding of our awful situation.

We rolled in after midnight after an eight hour drive. The lady checking us in was friendly and she greeted us with a smile. The room was immaculate and interestingly unique. The toilet was separated from the shower/bath in its own room with a sink. That was great with the 5 of us needing to do different things in the bathrooms at the same time. The breakfast was good and the staff assisting were very helpful. This was by far one of our best stays at a hotel in years.

There was a funky smell coming from the sink and the television had a very limited amount of channels, but the room was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. We really enjoyed staying so close to everything we had going on that weekend
