Perfect condition (7 years old and very well maintained) excellent breakfast - different every day). Wonderful outside seating and fire pit with great views of the mountains- excellent early mourning spot to watch sun rise! Friendly and helpful staff.

Easiest checkin I’ve ever had. Very friendly front desk personnel. The pool was clean and maintained. The fire pit and bbq outside was great. The rooms were excellent. I only had one issue. I wasn’t familiar with the area and missed the turn into the hotel and had to do a u-turn. Other than that it was great ! A helpful tip is that there’s lots of parking in the back.

One of the cleanest Inn’s we have ever stayed at. The only problem we had was a scary red legged spider in the bathroom. Not the end of the world at all. We will stay here again on our return visit. Breakfast was great!!

I would've rated 5 star for cleanliness, but right inside our room by the front door was 2 kibbles of dog food, which must have been left from the prior guest. Otherwise, very clean, spacious room.

The hotel itself and staff is really good and welcoming, there was some dust on one of the furniture but everything else very clean, check out was at 12 which we loved, we stared to take things to our car about 11 and made several trips to the car when we tried to come back in our card for the doors stopped working so we had to go to the front desk to reactivate it so we can get to the rest of our stuff, very well equipped we really enjoyed our stay but also a hot tub would be nice.

The first room we had still had food in the fridge and the bed sheets were very wrinkled. The second room was fine but sheets still look very wrinkled. The room setup with kitchen and stove was great. Breakfast was good with cold brew and hard boiled eggs which I have not seen at other hotel breakfasts. Good variety of condiments for oatmeal.

Stayed here recently on the way home from a trip to southern Utah. Facility and rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly. Despite being busy the night I was there, it was quiet. I would certainly stay here again.

This was a very clean hotel. The rooms were large and spacious. My only issue was they tried placing us in a room with a connecting room where the lock was broken and anyone could’ve easily come into our room. They quickly moved us into a new room when we brought it to their attention. My only other complaint is the shower head in our bathroom was not functioning correctly and sprayed water all over the floor. The free breakfast was nice and convenient! Of course parking was included which helped with expenses as well.

Great, spotless-clean hotel with excellent amenities and great breakfast bar, but poorly located by the freeway: you’ll hear it from your room, all windows closed. It woke us up at 5:40, we thought we had left a window open.

There were really good things and not such a good thing about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and easy to use. Unfortunately, the rooms (I looked at the one next door as well) have an HVAC that is very noisy, even when it is not turned on. I did not sleep well because I had to use ear plugs and two pillows over my head - and I could still hear the HVAC system.

They overbooked the hotel and didn’t have our 2 bed/2 bath suite available. They also didn’t have any rooms that would accommodate our group. Their computers were down for the 3 days we were crammed in our room so I’m still waiting to see if we will receive any Marriott points as they would not provide any cash reimbursement. Really poorly managed on their end. The hotel itself was torn up in the lower hallway- plastic on carpet and wallpaper torn off. I never saw any workers- just the construction site sitting idle.

The biggest problem was the hotel. Their system was down so they could not give us key cards. And the one manager on duty was scrambling to let everybody in their rooms personally. I can’t blame him but I can’t believe Marriott the problem. Frustrating.

The local staff were nice and sounded accommodating, promising management would compensate us and follow up to our room being oversold and us being downgraded from a 2-bed/2 bath to a smaller room with only 1 bed/1 bath (not sufficient for our travel party nor what we had reserved). 10 days later, management has not responded to my multiple emails and communication. No points or compensation has shown up (not even the points from my regular stay have appeared). The hallways were torn up, the indoor pool was closed, breakfast was mediocre at best. I was disappointed as we typically have much better experiences with Residence Inn. It must be local management and lack of follow up. Maybe stay at the older north Provo property or try another suite hotel if visiting Provo?

The front counter person upon check-in was so very professional and nice. She even called my room once I got to my room to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Now that is service! When I was leaving to go have dinner the front counter person remembered my name and said “have a nice evening”. Great personal touch at this hotel.

When we booked the room it showed one way, when we arrived it was not what I paid for, I told the receptionist and she blamed hotels.com I called hotels.com and the said it wasn’t wrong, I stayed in the phone for 2h they said they will call me back to book a new hotel and that never happened, then the hotel Manager was rude as F**k and didn’t offer any solution whatsoever. Hotel Great, management and workers not so great.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The facilities are modern and very nice. Kitchen was great! We used the laundry facilities and they were clean and efficient---easy to pay with an app. We were happy they had hot breakfast options. There is a Target close by and many dining options. It is convenient to the freeway. We would stay here again.

At first as we pulled into the area around the hotel we were worried. It looked run down and an empty lot. But we found the hotel itself was very nice. We were pleasantly surprised. Our room was very, very nice. It was big, spacious and comfortable. We found it very clean! We would stay there again when we are back that way.

We were a family of 5 staying in one of the suites for 4 nights and were very pleased with our experience. The staff was SUPER nice and always greeted us kindly when we came in and out. Breakfast was great! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was great- steps away from a Target and a mall and just a few minutes drive to our daughter's apartment just off BYU campus.

The coffee at breakfast! Absolute best ever. Competent staff, friendly and helpful. facility was clean. Room was clean, Bed was comfortable. Everything was as it should be. Breakfasts were wonderful with plenty of protein and variety.
