The pool and hot tub were closed the elevators were not clean otherwise everything else was pretty much fine

I was told the pool and hot tub were in working order. When I got there and went to use them the hot tub was not working. That was the only reason I booked this hotel. I will not use ANY Americinn again.

It was clean but pool was freezing and hot tub was lukewarm.

Picked this for the hot tub, got there at 9 pm and was told it was closed or cleaning

Checked in online thinking it would save time, but when we got there, had to do the process all over. Very limited parking, after the concert, lot was full and had to park in the business lot next door, hoping we didn't get towed. Breakfast was edible at best, watery eggs, sausages were grey and only 4 left and only a few pieces of bacon left. They had no intention of refilling. Our carpet had a huge wet spot in front of the fridge, had to make sure we had shoes on.

Hot tub was out of order. Very dirty. Couldn’t hardly understand the workers- not good English. Very poor conditions in the building and there were other people complaining at the desk about numerous issues

The elevator did not work, there were no out of order signs, or alternate ADA accessible option

Breakfast was cold and hottub was down without anybody saying anything at check in.

Not a very nice run hotel. Had to wait to check in, even though we did it online. Got in our room and noticed crumbs under the bed. Must not of cleaned to well. The digital clock on the nite stand was full of dust. Funny odor in the hall ways too. Just didn’t feel clean. No Kleenex in the room either? I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Needs a whole update

First impression was a bit dated, the elevator carpet was disgusting and someone lost a long fingernail and it was on the floor. The breakfast had no fruit or healthy options. My shower gel container had nothing In it the tv had very few channels to choose from. But the bed was very comfortable but I was travelling by myself this time and the price was fair,

Apparently the hotel is under "renovations"? Idk... no mention from staff or website but its obvious pulling into the property it was under construction. The back parking area was partially blocked with construction dumpsters and old furniture. The lobby was full of cardboard boxes and hallway was littered with sheetrock debris and trash. My room has multiple holes in the walls where something use to hang. Started a shower and in the time it took to trun on water and undress it had filled with ankle deep water... slightly above lukewarm on full hot. Also noticed almost all corners had mold and even pubic hairs stuck on walls. Currently out to dinner, considering stopping at the Walmart down the road and purchasing a sleeping bag before i potentially bring bed bugs home with me. Hope the renovation goes well but the honest thing to do is inform guests beforehand.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, that doesn’t excuse them from cleaning and keeping up the rooms and property. The room wasn’t cleaned, the toilet had feces and was filthy. For the price and a Wyndham hotel, was very poor.

The bathroom was not clean. There were swipe marks and remnants of cleaner on the counter. There was a used facecloth from the previous guests still in the shower!!!!

When we got to the property, the room that we first got had Pee all around the toilet in the bathroom was nasty. The back of the beds had handprints on them like kids or sweaty people have been touching the back of the bed. The chair had a handprint of food going down, the garbage can had stuff in them. Went to the front and the guy switched my room we got in that room. It was a little bit better, but not much the bathroom still smell like pee. The garbage cans still were dirty when I say that I mean without the bag, they had nasty stuff in them. they sent somebody up, which I think was the wife of the owner to clean the bathroom. She cleaned around the toilet and around the floor, but the bathroom still smelled like pee the whole time. The husband came up with her when she cleaned it and asked me was it OK now when she was finished I would think with cleaning up it would’ve been OK, but it still had a very strong smell of pee like they did not fully clean the bathroom at all. For the price that you pay for this hotel it’s definitely not worth it. I would’ve paid a couple more dollars if I would’ve known this!! The pool was OK. The hot tub jets did not work. The staff was very friendly. I think it’s a family owned business. I just feel like they should not be a franchise name with the way they don’t Have a cleaning service it’s doing it themselves. Vary unsanitary place!!! Wish I would have known!!

Room was ok except for bathroom which was not very clean. Had some mold in the corners of the tub and empty container for body wash. Light in hallway of room burned out, informed front desk, was not fixed for our second night.

The room was very clean, spacious and great amenities. Staff was very nice and the overall stay was very good.

Room was very clean. Beds/bedding were soft and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast had a nice selection, should be something for everyone. Multiple restaurant choices within a mile or so. Enjoyed our evening, would stay again.

1 bed had a big dip in the middle the other bed the duvet was not clean. The shower curtain was bent and dent keep water off the floor. The tub didn't drain well. Some exercise equipment didn't work.

It's an older building in need of repairs.

Our room was the first room right when you walk in on 1st floor. We heard a thump every other second all night long. I am not sure if it was a washer or dryer or something but it was annoying. I am sure if we were in a different room it would have been fine.

Front deat clerk was awesome, very friendly. Beds comfy. Microwave didnt work, the door dont open. The TV didnt work well, it pixels alot. Till i logged into nextflx.

The bed was comfortable and cleanliness was fine. The breakfast was typical expected food. The ones person for check in was not at desk so we were stuck in breeze way for 5 minutes until we were let in (after midnight chrvk in). The check out never happened. I called the number that was on desk multiple times and no one came... waited 10 minutes. In just short staffed??? The only other thing was the AC was super loud every time it kicked on. Woke me up a few times. But... for the price i would stay here again.

The AC didn’t work, room was clean but things are falling apart, strong smell of weed in the hallway by service room. Front desk came to our room at midnight, opened our door as we were sleeping to tell us we were in the wrong room after already staying there 1 1/2 days! When asked for compensation after waking us up and wanting us to switch rooms at midnight, the front desk worker told me I should be ashamed of myself. Terrible customer service!

The staff was friendly though at check in the clerk was on his phone and made us wait for several minutes while he finished texting with someone. The breakfast was poor Bacon barely cooked. Only a couple slices of bead available. Scrambled eggs cut in square chunks. My wife and I would not stay there again.

Upon check in, the front desk was unable to find my reservation. Apparently they have to log into a different account to see reservations from here. The bed had been made and clean towels put out, but the room had clearly not been cleaned. Tub had hair and dirt in it. Window sill had leftover burnt incense. Hallways smelled very strongly of pot all evening. Went for breakfast one morning and there was no staff to be found. Why? There was none in the building. Checked the office, kitchen, laundry area, behind the desk, used their walkie to call-nothing. Someone called customer service and they told us to talk to the front desk…not one employee in the building. Another woman and I went into the kitchen to put the food out for other guests. She had been waiting to check in since 2am to check in and had to sleep in the lobby. Around 7:30, someone finally showed up and then disappeared for 45 minutes before coming back with a manager (guessing he was sleeping in an empty room). FYI, the pool is not a walk in pool. You must jump or use a ladder as there are not any stairs. The location is convenient and the staff are friendly…when they are there.

Terrible experience for myself and about 10 co-workers. I didnt not know they were also staying from a conference until we started talking about our stays. I attempted check-in at 3:30pm and my room was not cleaned/ready. Waited about 10 mins and got the room. Bathroom was dirty- mirror, hair on toilet, skicky floor. Rest of room looked mostly clean. I booked a 2nd room for 2 co-workers, they arrived at 7:30pm, was told their room was also not ready, and they sat in the lobby with a dozen other people being told the same thing. Hotel clerk/manager said they were short staffed, no housekeepers. I finally asked for a refund for the 2nd room, told them to stay elsewhere. Was given an email address to contact regards refund. Have not heard anything back. Ruined my experience staying at any Wyndham hotel. This one should be closed down if they want to salvage their reputation. Stories of how the other rooms looked are frightening. Stay somewhere else!

Stayed at this hotel recently — overall, it’s clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the experience was seriously let down by the front desk manager, Katie. She seemed completely out of it — slow to respond, confused by basic requests, and generally unhelpful. On top of that, she was clearly sick and still working, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. For a place that presents itself as a quality hotel, this kind of staff performance is disappointing. Management really needs to step in and raise the standards. A great stay can easily be ruined by poor service at the front desk.

Staffing was on training and took longer to check-in. Breakfast was nothing to rave about. We skipped and found a locally run cafe. Rooms were okay not exceptionally clean.

The check-in was professional and helpful. The room was terrific. I messaged my wife that per dollar spent, this is the best hotel that I've stayed in all year! The cleanliness and the comfort, the amenities of coffee, fridge, set up of chair, desk, tv, bathroom shower supplies ~ it was terrific! As a coffee-lover, I really appreciated being able to make myself coffee even during hours when the kitchen was not open. I also truly appreciated the excellent breakfasts at Wyndham/AmericInn of St. Cloud, too! Highly recommend this hotel to all!

The young lady “Katie” who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, up to date, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. I would wake up and get bacon, sausage, and cheese omelets for breakfast. I was there for work and this place was my home away from home. I am very pleased with my stay.

Staff could be friendlier and accommodating. Maybe it is the language barrier of the staff?

Staff was very friendly. The property was clean. Dislikes, elevator a little scary.

Great location for shopping. Reasonably priced hotel.

Easy access off highway. Breakfast was good, but slim pickins by 8:15.

Convenient location, easy parking, quiet area never heard any noise. Did not utilize the pool at all. Clean room. Staff was rarely at the front desk but they did have a bell for service if needed. We arrived for the breakfast a few minutes before the end time so mostly everything was gone as expected.

My stay here was super! Everything was so very clean and the location was walking distance to several shops, dining, and it was so peaceful.

Breakfast was terrible was out of everything right down to the juice did have coffee wasn’t wiped down was very disappointing said something front desk guy wasn’t willing to help him get caught up wouldn’t stay again

Would not return. Staff were not very friendly.. don’t expect hot breakfast.. they stop refilling well before 9 am ( we couldn’t get anymore at 8:30!) when we asked we were just told “find something else to eat” Hot tub Luke warm jets not working. Old shaky beds. Nicer hotels in the area for a little bit more!

This hotel had an elevator which was good since there were 3 floors. The shower was difficult to manage: the handle to adjust the water was difficult. They had a great breakfast.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. My only complaint is they stop serving breakfast at 9 AM, too early for someone on vacation.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. My only complaint is that they were unable to have a hot breakfast because their truck delivery did not arrive. To me this should warrant a discount or some sort of partial credit. Otherwise the room and hotel itself were great.
