This hotel has a lot of promise but really is not hitting the mark just yet. There’s seemingly so much to do and honestly, I would pay to get to attend a Super Bowl party here and hang out at the pool and watch the big screen! So, unfortunately when we got in the room, we noticed an old chew pouch in the middle of the carpet and then when changing to head to the pool we noticed how much hair was in the shower. Rough first impression but the bed was clean and SO comfortable. Seriously considering trying to purchase that comforter. BRING YIUR OWN POOL TOWELS. The towels provided at the pool are legitimate industrial kitchen towels, the kind with the single stripe through the middle. That was incredibly frustrating. And when you end up walking away still dripping wet, walk carefully. The pool area tiles are the most slippery I think I’ve ever experienced. My partner slipped and fell on their back even just slowly walking to the table, almost smashing their skull on the pole! There’s multiple rooms with pools, and a huge array of arcade games in the whole hotel. They’re setup for the game card system. However, half the games aren’t functional but will take credit off your card. And there’s no one around except the woman working alone to check in lines of guests, to ask for a refund of any type. This happened with multiple games. It was frustrating but on a positive note, they were also priced pretty cheap. $1 across the board

The hallways weren’t very clean the hot tub by the volleyball nets was disgusting. Dirty had green stuff all over hazy. The other hot tub was lukewarm. The staff didn’t know how to turn on the big screen to let us enjoy a Christmas movie on Christmas while sitting in the hot tub. The shower in our room was slippery. My daughter fell stepping into it.

The man working the front when I first checked in was not very welcoming and friendly. Sitting on his phone when I walked in and immediately after he finished checking me in he sat back down and pulled out his phone again. No thank you or simple “have a good night” even after I said both of those things to him. Although, when I checked out the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful! The other negative thing I experienced was the fact that there were toenail clippings on the floor of my room when I checked in. That was appalling getting to the hotel late and to look down at the floor before you crawl into bed and see toe nails on the floor…

Found a blood stain in our bed sheets and took multiple calls to front desk and twelve hours to get replaced also the cable was not in working in our room when front desk was notified i was told that "it would be made right on my bill at check out " they did not a little off the bill for the bloodied sheets but nothing for the cable not working "said it was beyond their control" but cable was working in other parts of the hotel Me and my family had a great time at the pools and rec areas and the food was great but not happy with the room accommodations .

We stayed here for my son’s birthday. Upon check in, we discovered it was not clean. We called the front desk, put on hold and then hung up on. We brought the video to the manager. They said that the room had been marked clean so they would talk to housekeeping and moved us to the adjacent room Later we needed blankets and sheets for the pull out, they said that we would have to go to the front desk for that. (A hotel we stayed in last week brought them to us, it used to be standard practice.) In the following days extra charges appeared in my checking account. I sent an email right away (I’ve never heard back). I tried calling. 1st day: no one ever answered. 2nd day: a woman told me that it must have been an accident from the new employees. There was no supervisor available to help that day and didn’t want to reverse the charges herself. I was upset at the double charge and unknown charges. We prepaid our room. They said Expedia never gave them the money so they charged us again. No notice. Being skeptical of the other charge and they wanted proof. (I had already emailed this.) They needed to review the proof and their records and then would get back to me. No one has followed up. I was reimbursed two weeks after. I should have listened to the previous reviews on here. The lack of customer service is appalling. The rooms have gone up in price as much as the experience has gone down. Save your money & a headache. Once they have your money, your problem is not their problem.

Check in was good. Our room that we had was for 6 peoples only have 4 towels. We did not have any pillows, fitted sheets, and blanket for the pull out bed. I called down to housekeeping and they never brought up. I had to go down and grab it myself. The floor was dirty and was not sweep well at all. Overall the hotel is loud and not a quite place to relax.

The room was in good condition. The layout of the hotel was strange and inconvenient. My key didn't work on the door I was instructed to enter through from parking lot. The door that did open (door 2) had zero indication of where to find the nearest elevator. After wondering and hunting I gave up a walked with luggage back up to the lobby in order to get to the floor my room was on. Staff was great though. Just strange layout and lack of good signage.

Good for family entertainment but not for business travelers. The set up is terrible. Floor plan is very choppy. The in room coffee maker worked only sometimes. The fan in the bathroom was disgusting and spitting hair onto the ceiling. The sink had a layer of grime between sink and countertop. Everything on the property is very spread out. It was worth a try but there is another property close by with a much more convenient set up for business travelers

It was great overall. I took 2 stars off because of the fact that the water pressure in the shower was horrific. The volume of the water coming out of the shower head was the same as the faucet. I was appalled.

We were woken up with multiple cars going through the hotel parking honking their horns for about 45 minutes to an hour. Police showed up. Front desk wouldn’t answer the phone. Would never return.

I have made 4 phone calls as I was billed more than I should have been. Each call resulting in them saying someone will call me back. NOBODY calls back!!! I even spoke to Brad who said he was the manager on site...he said he would look into it and call me back...guess how that went! I booked through Expedia and asked to be on a floor near my friends they changed my room type and rate without notifying me! Worst customer service ever!

The hotel was clean and nicely updated, bar/restaurant are very nice as was the staff there. Pool and hotub/game area very nice and clean. The heat in the room would go past the set temp and then the air conditioner would come on and freeze us. The hotel staff (except the bar staff and gentleman who was in a purple shirt we talked to after we checked in) really need to be instructed on what being in customer service means. When we checked in we were not informed of any of the amenities or time/locations, called for tv remote not working the next am and was told I could come and get a new one (I did say no and asked them to bring it to me which they reluctantly did,it was just after 6 am I was was not dressed to go out), told the front desk on check out about heat/ac in room told they would have someone look at it later no appologies. Not the level of service I expected for this $$ hotel.

Every place is short staffed so I can understand but was hoping to get towels and toilet paper brought to room and 4 hours after I requested front desk to bring it up nobody could manage to. In 4 hours! I’m a single mom with large party of kids and could not make it down to desk . Now I have to wait for them to fall asleep to get toilet paper and towels

Check in was good. Our room that we had was for 6 peoples only have 4 towels. We did not have any pillows, fitted sheets, and blanket for the pull out bed. I called down to housekeeping and they never brought up. I had to go down and grab it myself. The floor was dirty and was not sweep well at all. Overall the hotel is loud and not a quite place to relax.

The location is not attractive at all. We won’t be staying there again.

Room looked recently remodeled & was nice. Looks like a lot of construction going on to improve property. Bar/restaurant that is attached was not open due to construction. The hotel instead had a temporary portable bar set up in the lobby. Have stayed there in the past and their shuttle was able to drop us downtown to convention center, etc. However this time, it was parked with plowed snow around it and told they didn’t have one available.

Restaurant was understaffed and not enough food for the buffet that was offered. Children took over the hot tub pools and were throwing balls across the pools and jumping in and out of hot tub and pool, splashing and yelling. Hard for adults to relax in the hot tub or have infants in pools.

We greatly enjoyed our room and the accomodations. At check in the staff was very welcoming and did a great job. We were encouraged to checkout Legends because they have great food and live music. So, that\'s what we did. We arrived at Legends around 8:30pm and we were immediately seated. Upon being sat out server Joseph was there to take our order. Finally, at 9:10 all of our drinks and the appetizer were delivered (40 minutes after being ordered). We then asked if we could place our food order and Joseph told us that the kitchen just closed at 9. 😱 We had literally been waiting to order for 40 minutes and we\'re now just finding this out. I said, "we\'ve been waiting for you to come and get our order for over a half hour and now you\'re telling us that we can\'t order?" Joseph with zero remorse or apologies said he\'d grab his manager and just walked away. Mind you, we never asked to speak to a manager. The manager came over and was very kind. She offered to take the appetizer off our order. We gave Joseph our card and he returned with the slip to sign. Sure enough, he hadn\'t taken off the app and once again no remorse. Someone in our party saw him pointing at us and talking about us. It felt like he was shaming us for his poor service. We were celebrating my 40th birthday and it was such a a bummer to be treated so poorly. We were really hoping for the restaurant to be great because of the recommendation when we arrived at the hotel.

The shower is a bit cramped with the seat down, but it was nice to have a place to sit. There needs to be some shelving in the shower stall to set things (shampoo, soap rag) on. Everything else was good. Comfortable bed and pillows. Also, the food in the restaurant was very good. Looking forward to seeing it when the work is all done.
