The pool and hot tub were disqusting. The hot tub had so much foam when jets were on. A sign that the water chemicals were way off and dirty. Pool and tub both had a terrible smell.

The property and room were relatively clean. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. The price would indicate a higher quality of renovation but the AC and bathroom are very old and need updating. It took a long time to check us in at night. There’s no elevator so the disabled person in our party had to walk up the steps and it was hard to get luggage up and down because they didn’t have an available ground level room. Not sure it’s legal to not have a working elevator.

It's a nice quiet place, convenient to everything; gym is very small but the equipment was usable; I like that the hot tub is restricted to adults only after 10 PM.

The road noise is terrible. There’s no elevator so we had to make many trips up the stairs. I recently had knee surgery and stairs are still not very comfortable. The pool appears dirty but I believe it’s just stained. The exercise equipment is not working.

Average hotel, liked the hot tub being a bit away from the pool. Workout room needs some care - treadmill and weight equipment did not work. Shower was warm but not hot like every other hotel we have stayed in. Beds were comfy, plenty of pillows, very quiet and close to things to do.

The property was fine, other than hot tub did not work needed servicing, phone in room I was originally in and the room I got moved to did not work. Took me 1/2 hour to get the TV figured out because their direct TV box was not connected in the room I got moved to. I asked the front desk to move me because the people above me were making so much noise that I could not get to sleep.. Went to front desk at around 9: PM and asked to be moved there was a note saying that they would be back in 10 minutes I waited 25 minutes and still no one. I went back to original room and by 12:00 I again went to front desk and asked to be moved so I could get some sleep. I was moved and the rom was comped. There was a white plastic garbage bag full of garbage in the parking lot where i had to parked when I checked in at 4:00 and still there when I left at 8AM.

There was trash in the parking lot, even though there was a dumpster right there, and there were chicken bones around my bed and sauce from wings on the sheets and bedding. I had stayed there once before and it wasn’t like that so it was really unclean and gross even compared to the last time I was there I didn’t sleep at all

The staff is really the reason that I’m giving this a few stars here, the man at the front desk checked us in late and was still there the next morning and was SO kind and understanding. We slept fine, but woke up to a huge amount of humidity in the room, a massive spider, and a moldy ice container. Overall aside from these things the staff deserves all 5 stars.

Property is obviously older and kind of “tired”. Bathroom had rusty dark stains around the tub and tile, but everything was clean. Beds were very comfortable and our room was pretty quiet. They seemed understaffed - we had to call out to find someone to check in. However the staff members who we interacted with were very friendly and courteous.

This was one of the few hotels in St. Cloud that we could find on short notice. The staff was friendly and it was conveniently located. The hotel itself has definitely seen better days. The rooms were clean enough but quite run down.

My stay was OK, not great. The room was so hot that it was uncomfortable to be in. I had to run the air conditioner to cool it off. Not being able to control my own heat was very inconvenient. When I ran the air, it was so loud I couldn't hear the TV even at a high volume setting. I stayed 4 nights. My room was only cleaned once on my last night, and the bed was barely made. The sheets and pillows were not straightened, and the bed cover was crooked, hanging on the floor on one side. Coffee was not restocked, and several dirty towels were left on the floor. I only saw someone at the desk once, and that was at check-in, so I never had the opportunity to ask for more coffee or to adjust the heat. I was staying for work, so I just made do, as I wasn't able to choose a hotel myself.

Having a restaurant attached is a major convenience, especially when it's a very good one! The in-room AC unit was very noisy when running. Also the bathroom fan was a bit noisy, too. The stopper in the bathroom sink didn't work. Overall, I was satisfied. Just some little things to look at.

The people were great and I appreciate that you don’t need to clean the room every day. The air conditioning was annoying - blowing a lot really cold and then cycling off. I could hear the adjoining room TV very loudly - I don’t think they were blasting it - just bad sound insulation between rooms

This hotel got it right. For the many places we stay, the room was comfortable and clean. TV was correct height and desk chair matched the desk. If we recall, we even had a an armchair, but we might be wrong. Rooms should always include at least an armchair. What was nice was an attached restaurant which mde fantastic Pizza, the best we ever had. The breakfast was hot and tasty. Great start to our day.WiFi was great.

the lady at the front desk (when I checked in) was very helpful finding me a room on the ground floor -- it's difficult for me to carry luggage upstairs since I just had a back surgery. I so appreciated that.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Prompt to check in. I'd been having a long day, and she was very sympathetic to the situation. Just laughed it off with me. After my sister arrived, the front desk called to see if everything was good and if we needed anything. That's awesome, definitely will be going back.

Good value for the price. Room and hotel were clean. Breakfast was just about adequate. But that seems to be the case with many of these medium priced hotels now. There were two restaurant within walking distance which was nice after a day on the road.

They were super nice. I accidentally booked a handicap room and they were able to transfer me to a regular room. When I decided to stay another day they made sure to keep me in the same room. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. I would stay again.
