Days Inn by Wyndham St Cloud

Apparently this property was recently purchased and the new owners are working to make improvements. The breakfast was just apples and 2 choices of prepackaged mediocre pastries. It included coffee and juices. They need to make improvements in their breakfast options. The room was clean and adequate. Pool was closed for repairs. Overall it met our needs and it was a good lower cost options to some of the other hotels in the area. We would come back. Give them a try.

Dirty rooms and carpet, beds were so uncomfortable, the pool hasn't been open in a long time, they advertise a pool, ice machine not working. All the doors were not useable, except the main entrance which wasn't convenient for our late-night concert, we had to walk all the way around the building. An old dirty mattress and box spring were left on display by one of the doors we couldn't use. The worst hotel I've rented. So disappointed.

The first night room was FREEZING. Took hours to get warm. The pool Was closed. Breakfast was almost in existence. They had hostess coffee cake and juice. That’s all. The beds are the size of a twin. Booked a queen. And There was a HUGE spider in the bathroom

The pool has been renovating for more than a year. The ice machine is broken so you had to ask staff for ice. The "breakfast included" consisted of a muffin in a bag coffee or tea.

It was a decent place for the price. There is no elevator, but we were able to have a room on the main floor. The beds were too firm, I didn't sleep well. There is a fun sport bar across the street.

Was never told the pool was not working rooms not very clean could only enter and exit through main entrance halls smelt like Marijuana smoke people and employee's standiat front entrance smoking had to carry luggage through whole building and then upstairs cause no other entrances were available pool area looked like storage not construction most of the room door's looked like the were pried open

This place should be condemned! Our door would not lock, no hot water, filthy, mold, rust, broken AC, absolutely disgusting! No coffee or breakfast, everything is damaged and broken! Days Inn needs to take away this locations permit/license/franchise.

I would not stay here again and I would not recommend anyone else stay. When we got to the room there was absolutely no toilet paper. I used a tissue and it was the very last tissue in the box. The room was grimy and grunge. The shower didn’t look very clean so I did not shower, although I would have really liked to. I just couldn’t wait to get out of there. The entrance was run down and the front door was not accessible. They charge $100 deposit in addition to the room fee. The next morning they inspected the room before the $100 was returned. Gives you an idea of the clientele. Don’t stay there!

Hair in the sink, dirty toilet, building smelt like a barn, pool was closed, stains on floor, dirty bedskirt, had hanging car air freshers in the room, dirty windowsill, shower head broken, no water pressure. Would not recommend. Definitely get what you pay for.

If you’re thinking about staying here- don’t. The pictures are not an accurate description of what the hotel looks like. The hotel is dirty- my bedding had cigarette burns on it, our shower curtain had mold and blood spots, there was a leaky pipe behind the toilet so we were cleaning up water spills nightly. My pillowcases zipper was broken so it kept falling off- gross. There was hair in the bathtub from the guest before. The description of the hotel was inaccurate as well- we didn’t have a coffee maker, no ice anywhere in the hotel, the tv channels would go out. The pool and hot tub were closed for remodeling (probably permanently.) The breakfast offered was one type of packaged muffin, or an apple. The whole hotel smelled musty, our non-smoking room smelled like someone had smoked in it, and the A.C smelled gross. The whole hotel looked run down. I promise it is not worth it to save a couple of dollars.

Bathtub was black around the tub mat...I didn't even want to touch the mat to see what it looked like underneath... No elevator.... Very worn. Needs a lot of TLC to get this back in shape.

Absolutely nasty! Room wasn’t clean. Had dirty towels on floor, no clean towels, used soap, blood on sheets, no pillow cases, soda spilled in sink, toilet paper on floor, shower didn’t work at all. After shower didn’t worked asked for someone to come fix. 30 minutes later we were told we could get different room at 2am. That room was at least semi clean and had towels and non used soaps. Would never stay here again!!!! Nasty nasty nasty!!

The room had a smokey smell, the door latch was broken on door, the carpet had stains all around. One red spot. Room was facing the pack parking lot, it like there is stadium lights in parking lot. Room stayed lit even with drapes closed. Then there is a sports bar behind the parking lot, loud bad music had to have ac fan on to drown out the noise. No ice buckets, no coffee pot. Shower stall stained and dirty. Walking in he 2nd floor, a lot of rooms where open, the doors cracked open with the security locking lever. Never seen that before in any hotel/motel. Will not stay with Days inn again.

Building older not well maintained, but room was clean, but could use updating.

This motel is absolutely horrendous. There is only one entrance available to customers (fire hazard!), there was one working outlet, no AC, no TV, no internet service. The bathtub drain didnt drain, there was brown stains on the towels, litter all over the floor with sticky spots on the TV stand, we found blood on the sheets and another questionable stain. The pool was out of service. We booked 2 double beds and got 2 full size beds. The vending machines and coffee maker did not work, we had to call a number at the front desk for service. We left an hour after we came in. We want a refund. We were charged over $110 for a disgusting room. We have some photos of the room. This motel is a fraud and scams people out of money, what they advertise is absolutely nothing to what they offer. They should be shut down for the shambles this building is and what service they provide.

The website says they are pretty friendly, but they don't acetone pets. They were unwilling to help us get a refund. They also don't have working wi-fi or TVs. Some rooms don't have working heat.

The sink only had hot wayer. The cold handle just spun. The air conditioner was in the wall and you had to guess at the setting because all the buttons either had no labor or the buttons were missing. There was only one towel in our room and it was the thinnest towel I’ve ever seen. Just not a very good or clean experience. I would not advise anyone to stay here. Just an uncomfortable feeling.

Days Inn disappointed big-time. No place to park while checking in which was late at night. The lobby had an unpleasant smell. The room didn't smell, but it had been sloppily renovated; half-painted walls, blobs of filler in holes on the wall just painted over. The large picture just sat on the desk. There was no hair dryer but an unpainted outline where it probably had been. I sat at the desk and the chair seat wobbled. The furniture was sufficient but scratched up. The bed pillows were small and lumpy. There was just one hanger. And I was surprised when I came back to the room each evening that no fresh towels had been supplied, and no housekeeping during my whole stay. The "free breakfast" was coffee and hot water for tea, powdered sugar, powdered creamer, and an OJ dispenser. The food was wrapped packages of non-perishable muffin tops and pocket-size little loafs. A basket of apples. No fresh foods like scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, cereal, or substantial food. They had a mini fridge. They could stock some yogurt. The pool was closed for renovations (maybe do that after summer). The Wi-Fi was weak and slow and kept dropping. Each day, my room card wouldn't work and had to be reprogrammed. The A/C was a loud wall unit but it worked VERY well to make it cool and dry and the temp was easily adjustable. There was a mini fridge (freezer section didn't work) and microwave. The Roku TV was large and worked well. Most of all, the bed was comfortable which is why I stayed.

This property is in serious disrepair. The air conditioning unit kept tripping the breaker so I had to move to another room. That unit sounded like a jet engine but at least it worked. But the room reeked of fumes, either paint or

Amanda, was Very kind getting me settled in room. And then made sure I had what needed.

The stay was fine. My complaint is that they expect you to have $100 more then the expected cost and then claim to refund the amount after you check out but that process could take 5 "working" days to complete. Until then you are out $100 and are left to wonder if the stay was worth the actual cost. I say NO it's not that great and only rate it as okay, nothing more. My opinion might change once and even if I receive my deposit back. Right now I question that happening.

Nothing to like,they gave my room key to a guy they knew who knew me,and he stole over 500 dolloars of my stuff and charge me 20 dollars for the towels he Stole Im. Suing them!!!!!!

For the price I thought I was paying the rooms weren’t bad. There’s only one entrance to the building which i didn’t like. There’s no microwaves in the room. I really wasn’t that upset that I chose the rooms here, because money was tight and this place was a little cheaper than the surrounding hotels. The owner checked me in. Although I had already paid online through hotels.com he charged me for the rooms a second time. We were having a conversation about it later in the week and he tried blaming it on the new guy, like I didn’t remember that it was him that checked me in. He said he would return all of the money that he double charged me for both rooms. He ended up returning the money for one room. He didn’t return the $387 for the other room. This guy literally just stole Thanksgiving dinner off of my family’s table this year. I don’t know what I’m going to do.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Ice machine out of service but the staff got ice from a convenience store for us. No coffee maker in room. No collapsible platform to set the suitcase on. No extra linens in room. Asked for extra blanket for my mom. Water temperature in shower fluctuated several times from hot to warm to almost too cold to finish shower. Free breakfast was minimal-choices were coffee, juices, apples, and pre-packaged muffins. Staff stated it was under new ownership and apologized for inconveniences while updates were being made. Glad we were only there one night.

This is a gem in the rough! It is an old building that has been maintained with love. The shower is honestly the best shower I have had in a hotel in years. Instant hot water, and amazing pressure! The staff is friendly and professional, and really care! I look forward to being back with them in March!

This place was crap, they charged me for a deposit, they said would be back on my card after I checked out, which did not happen as it went from pending on my card to posted.

My name was lost in the shuffle. I was put in the wrong room. No towels, no shampoo, etc.... Woken up by a family that was given a key to the room. Embarrassing for all.

Our room looked at a Walmart parking lot. Disgusting! The motel was old and had a sink in the bedroom! It’s an old decrepit motel masquerading as a Days In. By Wyndham-trying to be high class but it’s a joke! Will never stay at Wyndam properties again!

Very clean, no deposit requested of us (after all, we don't look like the destructive type, both of us seniors), very professional and friendly staff. Great continental hot breakfast! Pool and hot tub were very clean and working! We used both shortly before midnite. Entire facility smelled nice and room was perfect! I give this property 10/10!

Close to where we wanted to go in that town. We had to wash down counters, table tops & light switches. These things were sticky or grimy.

Breakfast is a joke. Still advertising a pool, but hasn't been a working pool for 3 years. Large sign outside also advertising a water slide not there is no pool so how could there be a water slide?

Facility being remodeled with things ripped our of walls in rooms, not clean, only sheet and blanket on bed, smelled dirty. Would not consider Days Inn or Expedia again based on this visit.
