Looking for handicapped room with accessible shower. This place was advertised as such with 2 queen beds.the reality: 2 double beds. To access controls of wall AC one has to practically stand up on the bed to read and use control - A REAL PAIN. Shower present but a tub shower with glass doors very hard to use, no grab bars. Stayed because where do you go at 9pm.

Nice clean room, an excellent value for the money. I was pleasantly surprised by this motel. No loud customers and a peaceful stay. The bed was comfortable and staff was friendly as well. I would rate this motel a 4 1/2 stars only because of the weird power line that was a bit low in front of the room so you had to duck under if you wanted to go straight to the car and one piece that was missing was a microwave oven. Otherwise the bathroom was well stocked and it was impeccably clean throughout the room, the most important aspect for me.

Bugs and poor check-in. The guy at the front desk had a lot of trouble finding the reservation I made. Took a good 15 minutes of waiting in silence while we just wanted to check in and fall asleep. The bathroom floor was covered in dead bugs. The very large spider guilty of this massacre made his appearance too. Also, the tip of the bathroom door got stuck, so I had to use all my force to pop it back open. The thought of being stuck in bug graveyard with that spider still haunts me.

Great simple room that was perfect for a night where all I needed was a long, hot shower and good night sleep. No-frills but had everything I needed. Room had a refrigerator and microwave, which was nice although I didn’t use them. I would have preferred a coffee machine. Bed was comfortable, Shower worked great and everything was clean. Was a great value I would stay there again.

My comforter had blood stain on it, so I stripped the bed and found that there were loose hairs and multiple blood stains. Then the morning of check out there was a mouse on my desk. I would like a full refund

Booked a double bed and on arrival was told they only had a king. Then when we got to the riom it smelled like stale cigarettes and there was no heat. After driving over 4 hours to get there it was too late to find another place to stay. Slept with my clothes on and wound up getting a fever

It took a long time to check-in. The gentleman in the office seemed in over his head (I later learned he’s a new hire). He couldn’t find my online registration. After a lot of fumbling under the desk (presumably computer network-related) he finally did. The room was cramped and dingy-looking. It took a long time to establish a wifi connection. The phone in the room didn’t work. The bathroom sink took a long time to drain. Preparing to leave around 7 am, I realized I’d left something in the room and couldn’t open the door the the key card. I learned it had been deactivated, although check-out time is 11 am. I was given another and that didn’t work. Finally, the gentleman in the office opened the door with a conventional master key. This motel is in dire need of a makeover, although I doubt it’ll happen soon, if at all. It’s a classic example of “you get what you pay for."

Old old old. Fridge no microwave. Bed was lumpy and old. I got out of paying but a 40$ cash only deposit is unexpected and unacceptable. Will not repeat my stay.

The cable wasn't working in the first room I was in (another person had the same problem). The clerk and I fooled around with it (while on the phone with the cable company) for over an hour before he finally put me in another room around midnight. Another person was checking in while I was in office area, he went to his room and came back shortly after and said someone was already in that room. The motel has a $40 cash deposit rule, when I was checking out, the clerk didn't want to return my deposit because he didn't mark it down that I had paid the deposit. I assured him I did. First he only wanted to give me $20, but finally did give me $40.

The DuBois Manor Motel was a nice stay. The heating system is a little wonky and outdated, but works fine. The staff worked hard to resolve any issues I had. Would stay here again.

They DO NOT honor online reservations. I requested a non-smoking room since I'm allergic to smoke, they overbooked and gave our non-smoking room away we offered a smoking room but they wanted to up charge. Still waiting for a refund since we could not stay and had to find a different hotel. The man at the front desk was also extremely rude, so if you plan on staying here i highly suggest you think otherwise

First off, my reservation wasn't honored. They didn't have any double queen beds in non smoking rooms. Second he was very rude and did notice but complain about Expedia booking rooms for less than $100 a night. Due to no room being reserved, and the above mentioned, we had to find another hotel.

had everything I needed. was spot less clean and very comfy. price was very reasonable. anything you could want or need was close by. bed was firm but comfortable. had a pleasant decor, other people there very friendly, especially staff. plenty of HOT water. only down side pillows were quite small, needed bigger or more of them. will definitely stay there again if in area
