For the property to really excel the business owner needs to put in added effort to maintain the Housekeeping of the property including safety & Hygiene. The microwave was rusted internally with burn marks and not well maintained. That needs to be replaced immediately. Risk of Fire The rubbish bin in the communal was not emptied for the whole duration of my stay No adequate cutlery. No bin bags, washing up liquid scoring pad or clothes for wiping surfaces. The Housekeeping was shocking Communal kitchen & rest area was also used as a storage area to keeping bedding and other items. Not a good idea. The carpet in my room had wide spread stain at the entrance and looked dirty. I scared to walk barefoot. Sound insulation was not the greatest I could hear full blown conversations above my room, The advert should mention that the property is a multi storey building so customers know that there are stairs to climb. The front entrance lobby corridor has step which cannot be seen as the whole carpet is black thus creating an illusion. Owner should consider fitting high visibility markings at the edge. There is a potential risk of slip, trip & fall for the customers. There is presence of very good fire doors but they are slamming shut with brutal force creating a risk of trapped fingers which can lead to litigation Other than this, the property was in a convenient location to my needs and I didn't have an issue with parking. Close to shops and take away places. Perfect.

Parking was usually available roadside in front of the property.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I checked into The Residency Rooms Liverpool and was met with a terrible smell coming from the toilet, making the room unfit for habitation. I reported this immediately to Expedia, but the hotel was unresponsive and not answering calls from expedia. While Expedia eventually refunded the unused nights, the whole process was extremely stressful, and this property should not be listed on their site without proper checks. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

I was very disappointed the noise was really bad didnt sleep well because the bed was lumpy,and uncomfortable.

I had no communication from the hotel before arriving, do we arrived - it's not clearly signed as a hotel, it looks like terraced houses with keypads on the outside. There was no way of getting in, no one to speak to and they didn't answer the phone when I tried calling twice.
