This hotel is more like an extended stay but it was super neat, clean! The room had a small kitchen, full fridge and freezer with an ice maker in the room. Downstairs they had a little snack area. The front desk workers were chill and great. I would stay here again!

Nice, clean, new. Uncomfortable bed. They do not have breakfast. They have breakfast available! So for $7 one person in the room can get three items from the cooler in the lobby. Technically they did not lie.

Nice, newer hotel. Very small front desk. Reviews said beds were comfy, but I disagree. Tossed and turned all night. Didn't sleep well. Probably won't stay here again because of beds and no pool.

Comfortable, clean, and well stocked. They provide kitchen towel and small dish soap, built-in large shampoo and conditioner (instead of little miniatures.) It’s stuctured as an extended stay, with small kitchens and a laundry room but no restaurant or fitness center. If this meets your needs, I highly recommend.

This hotel has only been open two months -- everything was top notch - staff very friendly. Lots of restaurant options close by, coffee available downstairs. To have a recliner and icemaker/fridge in the room was great! Highly recommend.

At check in I was greeted by Liz with a smile and very welcoming. Even offered me water to drink. Which was very kind and thoughtful of her as it was very very hot out. I’ve never had such a great experience walking into a hotel like I did here. Stayed here a week and it was very quiet and safe. Staff was always providing me with what I needed when asked. Parking was easy. Rooms are VERY CLEAN!!! Even has an electric stove top and large fridge and a recliner. The whole staff was so welcoming and nice. Liz also greeted me on my way out. We need more people like Liz in this world as she treated me with such kindness and made my stay very comfortable. I was having such a hard week and just my brief interaction with Liz made me realize there is still genuinely kind people in this world. Thank you Liz for making my first stay at this hotel one of the best!

We stayed in a pet friendly room and we have to say it smelled bad. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom/shower were great. Kitchenette area was great too. Only complaint was that the room smelled like dog.

The property is new and very clean. Rooms have space and enjoyed having the kitchen sink and counter with refrigerator. Freeway close, but outside the city, Tucson. Staff always ready to answer a question and help. No added expenses for amenities. Free parking and plenty of it.

We had a pet room. My dog spent all evening sniffing and wanted to mark. This has never happened before in many, many hotel stays. The throws on the bed looked grungy. No utensils provided for the kitchenette but you could buy some in the lobby! No breakfast. Staff was indifferent

Brand new hotel and was just “okay”. Rooms comfortable but nothing special. Cheap finishes that will wear out quickly. Not very functional room. No light on one nightstand. No King Beds!!! Really? Kitchenette has no dishes, silverware or pans. What good is a two burner stovetop without a pan? Bottle opener is useless. Bottle has to be tilted 90 degrees to use then 1/4 of your drink runs out on the floor as you pop the top. Desk clerk basically reprimanded me for booking through a “third” party to get a cheap rate. If you don’t want to service 3rd party guests, then don’t advertise and sell there. Don’t “threaten” that you get what you pay for not extend me same courtesy as guest who books direct. Why would I pay $40 more to book directly? Sufficed for a couple night stay, but this won’t be my first choice for a long stay next time in town.

This was a great place for a quiet stay. Full-size refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, and two-burner stove top. Neither dinnerware nor cooking utensils are provided. The room had modern decor and plenty of electrical sockets. Housekeeping every four days, but supplies are readily available at all times. Paid breakfast is available.

I stayed here when the 17 was closed because of snow. The front desk was great, and I found out they had a guest laundry. Since I’d been camping and was unexpectedly stranded that was great news. Each room has a kitchenette and a full sized refrigerator. The bed was super comfortable and I slept great. Everything was clean, nice fluffy towels. Definitely recommend.

Front desk people generally no where to be found. Then once they would finally appear , they were not friendly. Train noise entire night. Expensive!!!!! And even when emergent situations arise and one has to check out early.......they refuse any kind of refund . This hotel is by far the WORST hotel we have ever stayed in. Very rude individuals work here. I would never recommend this facility to anyone!

we did not like the manager or staff. we are moving to texas and had all of our dogs and cat and they made us purchase another room on top of the room we rented and charged us pet deposits over 600 dollars for 2 days of stay. very rude and very disappointed.

This is a newer hotel in a growing area. The staff were very friendly. While this place was not immediately surrounded by many of the restaurants in the area, it is only a 2-3 minute drive away. We would stay there again.

The only food is at the desk pantry. A pint of icecream is 9.00, a soda is 4.00 a Jimmy dean sausage and biscuit is 400. the best part of all is you rent a kitchenette which has not one item to use. you must BUY all plastic cutlery. paper plates, bowls cups from the pantry, There are no pots pans or cooking items period. NEVER seen a kitchenet have zero items.
