Também poderia ter mais roupa de cama, no caso de alguém desejar usar o sofá-cama. Não sei os andares altos, mas ficamos no quarto andar, de frente, e o ruído da rua perduea por toda a noite.

Excelente custo benefício. Quarto grande, limpeza boa. Localização ótima. Embora não haja funcionário fisicamente na recepção, o contato via WhatsApp funciona perfeitamente (com respostas imediatas) e a entrada no prédio foi bem tranquila. Voltaria a me hospedar ctz.

No reception in building, no one to oriented us on where to go etc, the stove never worked we called them , gave us instruction but no show. The room ceiling had dry water spot, mold, the shower slippery for older people no handles, we had to find the personal to change towers, but we manager in our own pretty good , the wi-fi only work in the room

The overall apartment was fairly clean, but the couch had a number of stains on it and it did not look very clean. The towels are white, and they were a little bit dingy. The bathrooms did not have soap to wash your hands after you used the toilet, and the kitchen did not have a place dry any cups or pots and pans. It also did not include a towel in that area. The trash can under the kitchen sink was also quite small.

To be as subjective as I can, the issue I experienced may be a one off, however I was not pleased. This is a "staff-less" hotel. There is no front desk. Instead you are "supposed" to receive check in information in advance including a QR code to access the building as well as a PIN code to enter your room. No problem if this works. In my case the hotel did not contact me in advance. I ended up waiting outside the hotel for over 1 hour. I made contact with a number I found online, but I received no response. Eventually after a long time waiting I found someone to speak to and they admitted I had been marked as a "no-show" despite it being only 4pm on the day of arrival. Hence, they didn't send me any check-in information until long after check in time. They were apologetic but when asked why their "emergency contact" number is not responding, her response was that it was the wrong number and I shouldn't have contacted them, despite this being the number provided on their website. I don't know if this building is new and maybe they are finding their way and experiencing teething issues, but if the concept of "staff-less" hotels are increasing in popularity, they need to work with basic communication. The property itself is modern. However, road noise was a big issue. There is no noise insulation in the windows. Bring ear plugs!

Gostamos do hotel porém pelo valor achamos que poderiam melhorar em alguns pontos, como por exemplo o fato da nossa cama estar com um buraco de um lado, então não era muito confortável! Meu noivo ficou com o lado que tinha buraco e acordava todo quebrado. A geladeira tb estava fazendo barulho… mas no geral a localização é ótima, o quarta é bem grande e a cozinha é completa, embora a gente tenha id comer fora todos os dias rs a comunicação é somente online mas eles nos auxiliaram no que precisamos.

The property was ideal for us, conveniently located near shops and dining options. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. While there was some noise at night from the traffic outside, everything else was fantastic.

The Apartment was excellent, the bed was not so good and gave me some poor nights sleeping. We never received a hand basin plug although we requested one on the first night due to there not being one there. We requested help with the safe but nobody came and the same with the Tv promises were made but never happened.However we still loved the apartment and these were minor details we would still 100% stay there again. ( i miss it as i am writing this)

Utilizamos dois quartos, o que fica para a rua tem muito barulho, exceto na madrugada. Demais questões foram ótimas, com destaque para a atenção do pessoal, atentos o tempo todo a qualquer coisa que precisamos. Fazendo contatos para saber se estava tudo ok.

We loved the place itself it had a nice design. It was perfect for two, and could have accommodated one more adult. It was clean and the staff was very helpful and communicative, they really cared about how we were enjoying our stay and willing to help at any given notice. The location was quite convenient and close to many shops, restaurant, and grocery stores. The only thing we would mention about the place was that the bed could have been a bit more comfortable. Other than that we would stay here again.

A equipe de comunicação é muito proativa, respondem na hora pelo whatsapp, a localização é maravilhosa, fiz praticamente tudo a pé, o bairro é cheio de bares e restaurantes hypados (don julio, el preferido, rapanui). Um ponto bem negativo pra mim, pode ser que não seja pra você, é que por ficar numa avenida muito movimentada, tem barulho de automóveis o tempo todo e eu tenho sono leve foi bem complicado, depois fui acostumando, fora isso, a tampa da privada estava solta praticamente, e o box do banheiro só tem uma porta, molhando muito o banheiro quando toma banho, tivemos que comprar um tapete para não sair molhando o apartamento. De resto tivemos uma boa experiência, um 8,5/10.
A equipe de comunicação é muito proativa, respondem na hora pelo whatsapp, a localização é maravilhosa, fiz praticamente tudo a pé, o bairro é cheio de bares e restaurantes hypados (don julio, el preferido, rapanui). To be as subjective as I can, the issue I experienced may be a one off, however I was not pleased. This is a "staff-less" hotel. There is no front desk. Instead you are "supposed" to receive check in information in advance including a QR code to access the building as well as a PIN code to enter your room. No problem if this works. In my case the hotel did not contact me in advance. I ended up waiting outside the hotel for over 1 hour. I made contact with a number I found online, but I received no response. Eventually after a long time waiting I found someone to speak to and they admitted I had been marked as a "no-show" despite it being only 4pm on the day of arrival. Hence, they didn't send me any check-in information until long after check in time. They were apologetic but when asked why their "emergency contact" number is not responding, her response was that it was the wrong number and I shouldn't have contacted them, despite this being the number provided on their website. I don't know if this building is new and maybe they are finding their way and experiencing teething issues, but if the concept of "staff-less" hotels are increasing in popularity, they need to work with basic communication. The property itself is modern. However, road noise was a big issue. There is no noise insulation in the windows. Bring ear plugs!

Gostamos do hotel porém pelo valor achamos que poderiam melhorar em alguns pontos, como por exemplo o fato da nossa cama estar com um buraco de um lado, então não era muito confortável! Meu noivo ficou com o lado que tinha buraco e acordava todo quebrado. A geladeira tb estava fazendo barulho… mas no geral a localização é ótima, o quarta é bem grande e a cozinha é completa, embora a gente tenha id comer fora todos os dias rs a comunicação é somente online mas eles nos auxiliaram no que precisamos.

The towels arrived stained and didn’t feel clean. There was a leak from the shower that caused a bad smell in the bathroom throughout our stay. The couch was also heavily stained and quite dirty. There is a lot of noise coming from the street, which made it hard to relax. Additionally, there was no flexibility at all regarding late check-out. Other than that, the apartment is relatively spacious and modern.

The unit was spacious and rooftop pool very useful. Laundry facilities were a bonus. However the property was poorly stocked. Very little utensils or supplies to cook or clean the apartment. The toilet seat was broken and after a request to have repaired no one showed to fix it.

The overall apartment was fairly clean, but the couch had a number of stains on it and it did not look very clean. The towels are white, and they were a little bit dingy. The bathrooms did not have soap to wash your hands after you used the toilet, and the kitchen did not have a place dry any cups or pots and pans. It also did not include a towel in that area. The trash can under the kitchen sink was also quite small.
