The property had multiple construction material on site. The exercise room was full of construction material. So it was not available for use.The security door for the pool area was not secure. Any young child could have entered without parents knowledge. Also noticed customers pet popping on property and not cleaning up mess.

This was a terrible hotel. The room itself was passibly clean, But the pool aerea was filthy. There were paint cans and equipment that had been bought in an dumped right next to the emergency exit. The hot tub was disgusting there was so much dirt on the edges that you could drawn a lin ein it with your finger nail. THere was no chemicals in the hot tub (chlorine) and the water was a brownish color. Overall the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The hotel was run down, very unsanitary. I checked in and was given the wrong room. The front desk helper was professional to me but the conversation didn’t seem pleasant with the other person/people. I got a new room and looked at it and went to a different hotel. The bathroom was gross and there was mold around the shower/tub and the hotel was very run down. For how much was paid I expected a decent hotel and I got a run down motel experience.

I expected a really nice hotel based on the Ramada name, however I now see why the room price was so low. The outside appearance of the place is unappealing and unkept. The interior is worse. Paint is chipped and dirty in the stairwell and hallways. In the room was even worse. Walls had damage, frames around the mirrors didn’t even connect. Sink faucet was connected wrong so hot was cold and vice versa. Fans were dust and lint covered. AC unit was filthy and rattled so loud I couldn’t leave it on while in the room. Light shades were cracked and broken. Shower area was just disgusting. I didn’t even bother with a shower. This place needs a complete overhaul and makeover. The only good thing I will say is the gentleman who checked me in was very nice.

This was the worst Ramada I have ever stayed in. We booked two rooms and one had stained sheets in both beds. The other had stained bathroom curtain. Breakfast contained no eggs or meat. Just make yourself waffle and cereal. I’m shocked that Ramada would allow their sign on this hotel! My son left with his fiancée and did not stay the night.

The room they gave us had ants! We told the front desk, he came with a broom and swept them up. Didn't spray, didnt offer to move us, didnt even apologize! The ants of course, came back. They were on the bed and the floor! Again, we went up and told them and they did nothing! Finally we went up, he went to a room not far away from ours to where someone was living. She saod she knew about the ants, that it was a daily thing, like it was no big deal. I checked out and asked for a full refund. They tried to offer me half back. I was there for less than 4 hours! I still have yet to get my refund, even after i spoke with a representative via chat with Exepedia.

The beds were comfortable and it didn’t smell; however, it is really out dated, the breakfast was lacking, and the hot tub water was green but people were still in it. We found a petrified hamburger behind the tv stand so it would have been there a long time, it was stuck to the floor.

Rooms were somewhat noisy as there was a lot of traffic nearby and and above us and the fact that the fire alarm went off at 3:48 am and there was no reassuring or announcement of what set the alarms off. Also, the breakfast was pretty lame. Coffee and juice was OK, but only two types of cereal, two different fruits, some powdered mini donuts and a waffle maker.

Convenient location, the Motel itself was in need of updating the rooms. Furniture was old had cigarette burns in the chair, even though we were in a non-smoking room. The a window drapes did not seem to be secured to the window. This was a problem because we were on the first floor facing the parking lot.

The hotel was average. You get what you pay for. We didn't pay much and we didn't get much. However, everything about this place wanted you to leave as soon as possible. When we checked in - there are multiple signs telling you that you will pay extra for late check outs. Breakfast was supposed to be offered until 9am. But by 8:45, they had the tables all cleaned and chairs stacked on them, and most of the food taken away. We had until 9am. If it is such a hassle to feed us breakfast, take that off as an option. When we checked it, there was one person checking in a line of people and there were 5 people sitting on couch next to the front desk, not doing anything but just sitting there. They owned the hotel since one of them went into the back room, but they did nothing to help the line of customers. Very poor look for the property. Like I said, there were so many signs that told you that you had to be out by 11am. It's normal time for check out but they just seemed to be extremely antsy to get you out of the property.

Our room had a hole behind the door with a pipe showing through. The bathroom door did not shut you had to lift up on the handle to get it shut. The cabinet had a drawer missing with a huge hole and the bottom drawer would not stay shut. When I walked in to check in there were 4 employees behind the desk and at least 3 were all on there cell phone. I let them know about the bathroom door and all she said was sorry. Pool as ok hot tub was green I would not stay there again.

We were suppose to have an early check-in at 11am. We got there at noon. The guy at the front desk came out of the back room and immediately stated check-in is at 3pm. I told him we paid for early check-in and he rudely told us “No early check-ins.” Then walked away. The pool water was cloudy and something was floating on the top. The hot tub had a ring around the water level and the jets didn’t work. My son asked for another pillow and after the third person he was sent to, they said they do not give more pillows because people steal them. As for our room, the door was very hard to open as it was stuck shut and you had to really force the door to open and close it. The bathroom door was the same way. The carpet was stained but not dirty, if that makes sense. The refrigerator had no shelves and you couldn’t open the door very far because it would get stuck on the floor. (Warped) We ordered breakfast one morning from Denny’s and had it delivered, to which they did not send syrup or butter. My son went down to see if they had some of those syrup packets in the breakfast area and the front desk guy told him breakfast was closed. He asked if he could just get some syrup and the guy told him, “No, breakfast is closed.” This guy was more into his phone and did not like being disturbed while he was on it. We got all of our belongings out of the room by 10am and went back for our refrigerated stuff but we were locked out already! Checkout is at 11am, this was 10am!!

This is the third time I’ve stayed here since it came under new management. I am beyond impressed with the staff and the way they continue to improve on every aspect of the project. I am a very picky person but I also feel that I am very reasonable and understanding of what is going on with the improvement of a business. I know it is not the best place to spend the night according to many. I however find it very hard to find one better as far as location, accessibility and value. The young man who was on overnight was very accommodating and respectful. Also the young woman who was on during the day was also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again and I want to thank the staff for their excellent service!

I would not recommend staying here. They have a hidden security fee of $100. Where in Expedia’s advertisement or in my reservation does it say you will have to pay a $100 fee upon arrival. I was told the funds would be returned to my account in two days, as of this morning I have not received the funds back.

The same few people were sitting in their vehicles in the parking lot for hours, at all hours of the night. We got in at 1am in the morning and as we walked across the parking lot, the smell of weed was ridiculous. When we left for the baseball tournament at 7am, the same people were sitting in their vehicle. We arrived back to hotel about 7pm and there were people fighting in the parking lot, a vehicle had a smashed window. The room was less than clean. Dirty shower, smelled, and parts of the ceiling was falling down. The staff was friendly.

I would never stay here again. Came up for a concert and looked for a hotel semi close. NOT even close to the reviews on line! Musty, damp, water dripped from the sink straight to the floor! Drapes were dirty. Sheets WERE clean though. Came back from the concert to 4 police cars and a lobby full of policemen which probably confirmed our concerns of the "sketchy" people staying there

After a long day on the road, it was nice that the room was very clean. The staff was knowledgeable and accommodating to our large party. If you plan on eating breakfast there, get there early. They will run out of stuff. The hotel is right off the highway so it could be a bit noisy, but a gas station and Starbucks are right nearby. It is not a five-star hotel, but it was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is pretty rundown on the outside. Sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot. The inside wasn’t much better. The carpet is ripped up and falling apart. Multiple water stains on ceilings that had been “patched” and painted over. The beds were comfortable. The pool was clean, but no pool towels. The hot tub was green. The front desk people were not friendly at all. Glad we stayed for only one night! Not what I expected from a Ramada.

Great price and had 3 double beds in the room. Loved the cute dove toiletries. Clean towels and linen. Great beds and pillows. An ok breakfast I was expecting maybe eggs and sausages. Kids loved the biscuits and gravy and juice selection. Great location too.

I cancelled our 2nd night via an interaction between Expedia and the motel. Today I see i was charged over $200 for my stay and the quote was around $55/night. The TV did not work until the manager had to come around and reprogram it, about 5 hours after we got there. Breakfast was poor, NO coffee, urn was empty, plus only biscuits/gravy and waffles, no cereal choices. Never again for Ramada.

Conditions of property in very poor condition…paint peeling on exterior of building, lawn needed to be mowed, not very welcoming to say the least. Thank goodness the bed linen looked ok. Unfortunately the sink and shower drained very slowly. The previous night in Wyoming was wonderful for the same price! Breakfast horrible…cold greasy sausage.

Unfriendly staff. Dirty facility. Floors/carpets stained and disgusting. Breakfast items such as hard boiled eggs and the sausage and gravy in the warmers had been sitting out all night. The night staff was asleep still when we went down for breakfast at 0515. We had to wait for him to “set up”, though he’s the one that told us everything had been out overnight so I’m not sure what he had to set up. The above mentioned items were all room temperature.
