Horrible Experience! First, the pool was closed for maintenance, but I did not see anyone working on the pool for the entire 3 days that we were there. There was construction happening in the hallway/lobby area big holes in the wall, pipes laying in the hallway. Dirty hallways. The Continental breakfast consisted of Cereal, Yogurt, Bagels, and Toast. No eggs, or protein of any sort. I booked for two nights from Friday - Sunday. On Saturday my key card stopped working. Came to find out that they had me checking out on Saturday so they stopped my card access. When I got back into my room housekeeping had been there and made one bed, threw away a bag of our clothes (was later pulled from trash and given back) and moved all of our personal items around in the bathroom. The only lighting was two lamps and both of them kept coming unplugged and falling out of the loose outlets. The carpets were sticky and dirty. Homeless were lingering and using drugs both in the front and behind the hotel. (I have small children, so this was disturbing)
