La limpieza, la condición de la cama, el internet, las toallas, la sábanas, etc. estuvieron excelentes. El ruido de la calle no se percibe y el elevador facilita el acceso con tu maleta. Es una buena opción para hospedar a tu familia. La alberca (piscina) es pequeña pero siempre limpia. Parece un poco lejos de la Plaza Grande, pero aun así me volvería a hospedar.

Al menos mi habitación no era apta para mascotas, por lo demás sin detalle alguno, el hotel tiene lo esencial para una estancia tranquila y placentera, solo un detalle con el estacionamiento que si está retirado del hotel pero es seguro.

Muy bien instalaciones y limpieza, el personal amable. El detalle del estacionamiento, si bien tienen convenio con otro hotel a la vuelta de la calle, este cierra de 6 a 10 pm, aunque te ofrecen darte el servicio a en ese horario no siempre pueden cumplir. Si llevas carro toma en cuenta que habrá ocasiones en que no puedas disponer del estacionamiento en ese horario, aunque después de las 6 es tácitamente permitido estacionarse frente al hotel con el riesgo de que tengas que mover tu carro si la autoridad lo requiere.

Poor service, the hotel and the rooms are very dirty. The day of my arrival they didn’t had clean towels throughout the hotel, my family and I had to wait more than 2 hours to shower. The sheets of my bed were stained. We ended up moving to another hotel.

Las habitaciones muy limpias y comodas y esta perfectamente ubicada a minutos del centro y lugares de interes en la ciudad. Gracias tambien al personal en la recepcion que dio buenas recomendaciones de comida que mejoraron las vacaciones

Había una cucaracha en la habitación cuando llegamos y al reportarla a recepción nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada hasta el día siguiente que llegara la señora de la limpieza. Tuvimos que pedir una escoba y barrerla nosotros. Las almohadas son lo más incómodo. Gigantes y duras. Toda la familia durmió mal por ese motivo y amanecimos con dolor de cuello. Pagamos tarifa con desayuno incluido pero no había nadie que preparara alimentos así que nos mandaron a otro hotel a desayunar.

Por encima todo se veía bien, pero era sólo en apariencia porque al dormir en las camas amanecimos llenos de piquetes de chinches o pulgas.. no sabría decir con exactitud pero nos contamos alrededor de 25 piquetes cada uno.. chiquitos, rojos y dolorosos.. Horrible!!!!

The room was dirty. They put me in a different room and it was even worse with hair on the floor everywhere! I alerted the front desk and it took them 2 days to get someone to clean after I personally looked for the housekeeper. I have pictures of chunks of long hair throughout the bedroom and bathroom, even attached to the walls of the shower stall.

El lugar está súper bien ubicado, se ve que el edificio fue recientemente construido o restaurado y quedó lindo. La cama es muy cómoda y el aire acondicionado enfría muy bien. Desgraciadamente, por cuestiones del diseño, absolutamente todo se escucha, todos los ruidos de todas las habitaciones (puertas, pasos, etc.) se quedan encerrados en el átrio o patio central, lo que ocasiona que durante todo el día y toda la noche haya ruidos de los otros huéspedes, se complica mucho descansar. Es una lástima.

El establecimiento es perfecto para estancias cortas y si tienes planeado estar todo el dia fuera ya que aunque muy acogedora, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y se puede escuchar todo el ruido del piso en el que se encuentran quitando la sensación de privacidad además de que el ruido excesivo no ayuda para descansar

Hola nuestra experiencia fue muy buena es un hotel sencillo, hay una excelente relación precio y lo que ofrecen, el personal fue atento en todo momento desde la recepción, cocina y limpieza.. en todo lo que se les solicito nos apoyaron ..al final olvidamos una chAmarra la localizaron y la mandaron en el Didi que pagamos al aeropuerto ..así que solo tenemos buenas referencias y sin duda regresaremos a ese hotel

La habitación esta bien. Cama cómoda, amplia y buen tamaño de TV. El check in muy lento y el personal esta mucho en el celular, el recepcionista nocturno estaba acostado y dormido en el sillon los 3 dias que duro mi estadia, por lo que puede entrar cualquier persona al hotel.

It's conveniently located near downtown and close to public transportation routes. The place is clean and quiet, and the staff is incredibly polite and attentive. The only downside was the breakfast. Although I paid for it, the chef was unavailable during our stay. Instead, we were given a breakfast voucher to use at a nearby hotel, just a two-block walk away.

It's conveniently located near downtown and close to public transportation routes. The place is clean and quiet, and the staff is incredibly polite and attentive. The only downside was the breakfast. Although I paid for it, the chef was unavailable during our stay. Instead, we were given a breakfast voucher to use at a nearby hotel, just a two-block walk away.

Había una cucaracha en la habitación cuando llegamos y al reportarla a recepción nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada hasta el día siguiente que llegara la señora de la limpieza. Tuvimos que pedir una escoba y barrerla nosotros. Las almohadas son lo más incómodo. Gigantes y duras. Toda la familia durmió mal por ese motivo y amanecimos con dolor de cuello. Pagamos tarifa con desayuno incluido pero no había nadie que preparara alimentos así que nos mandaron a otro hotel a desayunar.

No dan agua. Hay que dejar la llave al salir, pero cuando regresas puede que no haya quien te la de. El día que llegamos no servía el elevador. No hay tazas reusables para tomar el café y no había café hecho en la mañana

Receptionist was very rude, my stay included breakfast and they were trying to charge me everyday, the shower was cold all the time and the water barely came out. They didn’t clean my room everyday.

Todos son muy amables y tienen una actitud de servicio increible empezando por el chico que está encargado de hacer los desayunos. En mi habitacion no tuve ningun detalle todo estuvo excelente y super centrico caminando.

The property is clean and beds are very confortable. My only two complains are: 1. the elevator was not working 2. the shower had not hot water at all, so we had to bathe in cold water and the water also pooled up, as the drain did not function properly.

The property was nice. The bedroom was clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly. The only thing was that the elevator wasn't working, but it shouldn't be an issue if you don't bring big luggage.
