Lovely just have your pool up and running.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff were friendly & helpful, the recent renovations felt fresh, the bed was comfortable, and the gym was well-equipped. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

From check in to check out it was a great stay. Staff was friendly and the pantry available was top notch!

Gym, Pool

Tossed and turned during our 8 day stay on uncomfortable mattresses. Amenities were nice. Pool was small but clean. Managers were helpful. Gave us a discount for the 1st night when there was no mattress for the pull out couch. Next day a new mattress was brought for couch. Stove top burners mostly worked.

Cozy 1 bedroom studio. Nice amenities including laundry facilty, gym and pool. Will definitely consider again when I'm in the area.

Good service, easy check in and out. Only stayed for one night headed down to Orlando for a cruise. Parking was hectic due to parking lot being paved but otherwise it was great.

The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful! Everything was clean, beds were clean, floor, pool, all clean. The property itself is fairly old feeling, nothing fancy at all, no ice machine. Overall for a cheap clean place to sleep it was decent.

Over-all well managed property. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and property is spotless.

It was ok for just a place to sleep on a long road trip, but the entire building smelled gross. There was garbage and linens on the floor in the hallway. The room wasn’t terrible, but floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned between guests. Also, someone left food in the fridge.

The hotel smelled in the elevator (a combo of pee and febreze) and the room smelled like sewer gas

We will put on the third floor and as soon as you stepped out of the elevator, it had a horrible odor of urine and feces. I immediately went down to the front desk to let the young lady know about it. Nothing was ever done, and my husband ended up talking to one of the janitors guys that worked there that were doing the cleaning. And he informed my husband that that was an elderly lady that lived on the floor and they have been there for a while and that she had used the restroom on the carpet quite a few times and that the hotel was aware of it. Now this was my second time staying there and the first time was absolutely wonderful. So that’s why I chose to stay there again. And had planned on staying there at least 3 to 4 more times because my son plays with the Jacksonville sharks and it was a pleasant place to stay. As well be close to where we need to be to get to his games. But after this last visit, I will not be staying there again. Because I feel that I paid too much money to have to walk into a hallway and smell that for over four days and absolutely nothing be done about it. And if you were already aware of the situation, then you shouldn’t have never put guest on that floor, much. And when I came and told you about it, you acted like you had no idea what I was talking about. Very disappointed with this last visit. So I will be looking for somewhere else to stay from here on out.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Quiet and felt like a safe area. Close to stores and restaurants. Kitchen feature was convenient and clean. Dishes, glassware , utensils and cooking pots and pans provided . Full size refrigerator , dishwasher and garbage disposal was great. Kitchen very clean. No bugs seen. Staff always cleaning the premises. Would stay again.

The room was very clean and well stocked to accommodate the whole family. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

There were roaches in our room hair all over our bath towels. When I called down to the front desk she told me she couldn’t switch rooms due to it being fully booked and to talk to the manager in the morning. I did and the manager said she will have to get with Expedia and call me and let me know. I still have not heard back from her. Very poor customer service and dirty hotel. Disappointing and then to not have any compensation is unacceptable!

Rooms are very noisy you can easily hear people walking and talking thru the walls. We were a late check in and I’m assuming the neighboring room did not like this and proceeded to party. Shouting, and playing loud music and stomping around

The hotel was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at. The only issue was the water pressure in the shower.

The AC was not working properly. The room was actually humid. The bed sheets were damp from the humidity.

The property was excellent. Very. Clean, bedding was amazing. I will definitely stay again. However, I don’t normally leave a bad review. Front desk agent Nicole displayed outstanding customer service. Then came Daniel!!!! He is the amputee of rude!!! Never have I been treated in a manner. He doesn’t represent this facility in a pleasant way. Hes just HORRIBLE!

The hotel itself was very clean, we were very disappointed because I booked this hotel way in advance for me and my family to accommodate us, and when we got there the front desk clerk tells us that they did not have the room that I chose which was the two queen beds I also called the day before to verify and to go ahead and ask them to take my payment because I chose the option to pay at the property I booked through hotel.com so they blame the issue on me booking through a third party, and which I do not believe I have used hotel.com for years and has always gotten what I booked now in the defense of when you're booking online it may not look exactly like what you chose when you get there but I always got whatever type of room I've asked for I feel like they didn't want to take accountability and then when I demanded that I needed at least the two beds because it was three of us and we do not sleep together one woman and two boys we want what we paid for and booked ,they told us that they could not accommodate that and either I took what you guys had or if I wanted a refund of course it was going to take 7 to 10 days for money to hit back on my card and I was very very disappointed because I saved the money for this trip and if I did not take the room that they had offered we would have had nowhere to stay and we drove 6 Plus hours to get there I feel like they should have at least offered us two rooms to accommodate because again it was not my fault .

The check-in process was messed up, I was assured it would be fixed the next day when I left. That was messed up. I spoke with my bank and come to find out they charged me twice for my room and twice for the deposit. I had called them to ask if they could check and see if that’s what happened and they assured me that’s not what happened, but it was indeed what happened. And to be talked to like I didn’t know what I was talking about was insulting to say the least. These people are not friendly or professional. Avoid.

Check-in took way too long, but otherwise my stay was great. The area around the hotel isn’t the best, but the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I’d consider staying here again.

I stay here whenever Im in town the location is perfect . close to downtown,the Avenues ,Towncenter and Southside . Clean quiet. And the staff is friendly and Helpful.Ms.Nicole is an Angel .I will defiantly return

La cuisine etait bien équipé. Très propre et personnel souriant et courtois. Un gros wow. La seule chose c'est qu'il n'y avait pas de déjeuner. J'y retournerai c'est certain.

Newly remodeled hotel with excellent kitchen facilities in room. Close to eatery places.

There is no regular creamer for coffee. They have a shelf stable PC creamer.

Bathroom hand wash soap was empty. Wanted to watch tv in the lobby area and they were not able to find the remote. No breakfast included and not even paying for it.

The renovations and total look of this hotel is amazing for the price. Even the bean to coffee machine was a nice touch on our stay. The room is equipped with everything you need and its very comfortable. I will be back for a Jaguars game next year is this same Hotel!
