Muliti-day stay... very clean with helpful and friendly staff. Housekeeping was very thorough, and overall a very pleasant stay. Cranberry muffins for breakfast, though? Ewwwwww!

The description on the hotel profile did not match the experience. There was no breakfast available, no restaurant was open, no room service and no turndown service. Coffee cart was available in the mornings. Coffee shop didn't offer much and didn't even have normal milk available. Room was nice but it could get quite loud from the hallway and noise from the roof top bar area. There is essentially minimal sound proofing and you can hear the neighbors. Overall, the experience was very poor compared to what was advertised.

Rooms and decor were lovely. Super nice touch with the high-end Dyson hair dryers. Very large tvs in room. Really enjoyed my two night stay.

Great hotel, if you're the only one in it. Let's start with the good: The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable. I wish there was a bit more shelf/closet space, but that's just nitpicking. The staff are nice, and happy to help. There was only one problem, but it was a very big problem: noise insulation between rooms is practically nonexistant. We stayed here for 10 nights. Our first night, we were below a family with at least one child, who spent a lot of time running around and dropping things on the floor until about 1:30am. Every thud came through clearly. Our second night, the hotel was hosting some sort of nightclub event at the rooftop restaurant. There was no parking for hotel guests, just a $15 valet (parking is normally free and plentiful). The lobby and elevators were crowded. Our floor had partygoers slamming doors, yelling and whistling in the hallways. We could hear the music from the event FOUR FLOORS ABOVE US. The noise was even worse than the previous night, and went until 2am. The next few nights were mostly quiet (though we could still hear a few quiet conversations through the walls, people walking above us, things falling on the floor, etc), until one morning the room next door start playing loud music and shouting at 9am. In short, we won't be back. We've stayed in a lot of hotels, and this one was far noisier than even some budget hotels. The rooftop event in particular was very disrespectful to the hotel guests.
