It was a great stay. Parking was free, easy and safe. Breakfast was great. The staff was incredible

Because of it was late checking in about 11pm, stuff didn't make smile and looks like not happy. Room is clean and enough space for fitting three people. Breakfast was good with hot meal and rice with Miso soup. Gym was not available under renovation unfortunately this time but Mitsuwa Marketplace is close from this hotel and want to come back this hotel for future chance.

Typical 3 star hotel with breakfast. Clean. It is quite far from the airport and the shuttle does not run on weekends. However, all the staff does not know this. We called before our stay to arrange it and the day of our stay and still found ourselves waiting for a shuttle that never arrived.

Breakfast buffet was delicious! Pancakes, oatmeal with walnuts and dried fruit yummy! Bed was comfortable, room and bathroom was very clean! Elevator slowwww!!!

The room was decent. Nothing fancy. Be careful though. . .they dont offer the airport shuttle on weekends. My Uber was $31.

We had a cancelled flight and decided to get a hotel room. I chose this property because of the good reviews and free airport shuttle. The shuttle never came to the airport, like other hotel shuttles did. We ended up paying for a taxi ride. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful also.

They advertised an airport shuttle and did not have one.

Overall, the stay was comfortable. Clean rooms equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. The TV channels weren't great. The elevators were slow. Breakfast was ok.

Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was great! The free shuttle to nearby airport was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Just wish the airport shuttle was available on the weekend. Everything else was great.

Breakfast options were good. My issues were that we requested a handicap room, & they put us on the 5th floor. Yes there was an elevator but if there would’ve been an emergency, it would’ve been next to impossible to get my friend out safely. I questioned this at check in & was brushed off. Then we get to the room & she can’t shower all weekend, because it’s not a handicap shower, & she’s unable to lift her legs to get over the edge of the bathtub to get into it to shower. Very frustrating. She mentioned this to the next person on shift, & he said there was a 1st floor room available, he didn’t know why she put us on the 5th. There were also no usb ports in the entire room, which I found very odd, outdated & inconvenient. The carpet in the hallway of the 5th floor are loose & wrinkled & dangerous for someone walking with a cane. I think the owners should reevaluate their definition of handicap accessible before there’s an emergency and potential lawsuit.

Stayed 2 nights, hotel was clean, friendly staff, quiet . Location was great for visiting the Mitsuwa Maketplace. The only real complaint is the beds are so hard. Pillows were good, but the beds are not comfortable.

The location of this hotel is central to others in the area. It's close to the highway on a very busy main street. Our room was on the first floor, across from the gym, next to a meeting room. It was very noisy, especially in the morning, where the same breakfast was available. The staff was friendly. There was limited maintenance staff available. I can't say it was great, or would I return there considering how many other places to stay were in the same location. It was just OK.

A very comfortable hotel with a well furnished bedroom and bathroom. The common areas were well maintained and the staff was helpful and polite. My internet access issue could not be resolved, which was my only unmet need.

Would stay here again, room was fairly spacious, clean, and clean smelling. Bed was comfortable.

Poor internet system. Bathtub had NO plug to take a bath. We switched rooms and same issue with bath tub.

While the property was very clean and the staff was friendly, there were a few of items that needed addressing. On the plus side, we loved that the bathroom products were Dove. We also appreciate the free parking, which is not a given in the Chicago area On the negative side, the security lock on the room door had been broken off, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Also the shower did not function correctly and needs the attention of a plumber. Some personal preference items that feel like they just didn't meet expectations for this chain were the toilet seat was very cheap and the mattresses were rather hard with no pillow top on top of steel frames that made noise as we moved.

Outdated hotel. Sort of dumpy. Breakfast is lacking. Many broken coffee machines. Tried to eat breakfast a bit before closing but they closed early and the front desk tried gaslighting me. The TVs only have cable and cannot stream Netflix or anything like that. Much better options and a lot more to choose from in the immediate/near area.

First impression: I arrived early and noticed a pretty empty lot. I decided to go in and ask if my room was ready around 1-1:30pm. The person at the desk did not greet me but also looked as tho I was a bother. They mentioned that my room was not ready and to come back at 3pm (check in time). No problem. But I was not impressed by their attitude. I shrugged this off. The time was 3:09pm when I made it back to the hotel. Someone else was behind the desk this time and I wanted to check in. They took awhile and when I asked, they finally told me my room wasn’t ready yet. They still had to make a phone call to the cleaners to check if the room was ready. Really? Check in was at 3pm. Check out was 11am. The parking lot was nearly empty. What the heck is going on? I let the man behind me check in as I waited if my room was clean (it clearly wasn't, but the person behind the desk was just buying time). And somehow that person behind me got checked in just fine. Interesting… after they left, I approached the desk once more to check in and they said it’s ready. Why couldn’t I have been moved to another room that was ready? Throughout the day, I was coming back and forth from the hotel and was never greeted. It was the same person who assisted me to check into my room. The only saving grace to this place was the complimentary breakfast, which was nicer than usual. The kitchen staff are kind and greeted us more than reception lol. Dead cockroach in elevator too.

Great location near highway and Mitsua Japanese grocer and food court. Pillows dont have a lot of support and the elevator is incredibly slow. I've stayed here twice and would keep doing so.

The hotel is a good place to stay at if you want a place that is a bit more quiet. It has a Mitsuwa in walking distance. Also the have complimentary breakfast which is actually pretty good. I go to that hotel each year for an event and it is very convenient.

This hotel is located my favorite Japanese grocery market. And rice is served for breakfast.
