새 시설로 깨끗합니다. 텐진/하카타역과 살짝 거리가 있지만, 걸어갈만도 하고요. 주변에 편의점, 마트, 음식점 등 있어서 편리해요. 무인 체크인/아웃도 무리 없었고요, 짐보관도 선착순으로 무인락커 이용이 가능해요. 재방문 용의 있네요~.

매우 깨끗하고 편의 시설이 잘 되어 있습니다. 1분거리에 큰편의점과 5분 거리에 마트가 있습니다. 더블침대2개로 4인가족이 이용하기 불편함이 없습니다. 주요상가 및 교통시설과 걸어서 15분 내ㆍ외로 가까운편입니다. 테라스에서의 강변뷰가 매우 상쾌합니다. 후쿠오카에 다시 온다면 꼭 다시 이용하겠습니다.

キャナルシティもすぐ近くにあり、博多駅からも徒歩15分ほどと便利な立地です。部屋はホテルというよりマンションの1室といった感じで、洗濯機(洗剤有り)がありとても助かりました。キッチンに、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、電気ケトル、鍋や皿などもあったのでちょっとしたものは手軽に食べられそうです。今回は2泊でしたが、洗濯もできるので長期滞在にも向いてるなと思います。

Spacious room with nice river view. White goods are very useful during stay with family. Two double beds with foldaway sofa is good also good two. Dishes, cutlery and pots and frypan are ready for small cooking. But, email for check in procedure and passcode is not clear explanation. And room free wifi password is provided upon request. I spent nice holiday with Alfacio riverside stay. And fast response through email was very good.

3박4일 일정 중 마지막 1박을 보냈습니다. 3명이 이용 하기에 객실은 넓고 아주 깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다. 위치는 캐널시티, 야나기바시 시장 도보 이동 가능했으며 2분거리 편의점도 편리했습니다. 체크인 시간이 오후 4시로 다소 늦은 편이었고, 체크아웃 시간은 오전 10시로 타 호텔에 비해 지낼수 있는 시간이 짧았습니다. 주택가 안에 있어 조용합니다. 캐널시티가 아주 가깝습니다.

他の口コミにあったような髪の毛等の清潔感も全く気にならず、とても綺麗で清楚が行き届いてる印象でした。設備にも大満足で、カップルで連泊で利用しましたが価格もリーズナブルで大変大満足でした。ありがとうございました。

성인 4명, 아기 1명 디럭스 스위트 객실 2박 이용했습니다. 체크인 때문에 걱정 많이 했는데 하루 전날 메일 잘 받아서 사전 체크인하고 체크인 당일에도 잘 들어갈 수 있었습니다. 객실은 사진에 보이는 그대로 넓고 좋았습니다만 쇼파가 너무 낡아 스프링이 느껴질 정도였어요 ㅠㅠ 그리고 바닥이 너무 지저분해서 아기가 조금만 걸어다녀도 발바닥이 까매졌어요 ㅠㅠ 그거보고 나니 너무 찝찝했습니다.. 바닥 청결에 신경 써주시고 쇼파만 바꿔주셔도 더 좋은 평가 받으실 수 있을 것 같습니다. 객실 넓고 방 분리 되어 있어 좋았고 테라스에서 보는 야경도 정말 좋았습니다. 가족여행으로는 정말 좋은 곳이었어요.

掃除は…イマイチだった。鏡に、歯磨き時に飛ばした歯磨き粉が点々と沢山ついていました。白い靴下が汚くなったり…床掃除も怪しい…（ ; ; ）でも、部屋が広いので従姉妹達と久々に楽しい時間を過ごす事が出来ました。 3日連泊でしたが、タオルは自分で洗濯の必要があり…梅雨も手伝って乾きませんでした。乾燥機を部屋に設置するか…タオル交換して欲しかった。

今回4泊させていただきましたが、とてもアクセスしやすく場所も部屋も最高でした。最初入室した時は髪の毛が多少落ちていたので、部屋にあった掃除機で掃除してから、入室させていただいたので清潔感という点では、少し下がりますが、掃除機があったことで、これは良しとしました。福岡は思い出の地なので、また訪問することがあればお世話になりたいと思います。

家族5人で宿泊。 6日間の連泊でとても快適に過ごせました！・施設の立地・部屋の広さと部屋数・設備の充実度・ホテルスタッフの対応（無人の為、電話対応）大変満足のいくものでした！以下はあえて、改善頂きたい点を記載させて頂きたいと思います。・使用頻度が高いせいかソファのシートがヘタっており、シートの中綿がペチャンコで、座るとスプリングが、お尻に当たりとても痛い！（自宅に有れば捨てるレベルの家具です）・清掃が雑。 ①浴室、洗面所の髪の毛（前の宿泊者の痕跡が多々ある気持ち悪い） ②床（フローリング）が汚い。掃除機があり使用したが、ベタつきが残り現地でクイックルワイパーを購入し使用した。外拭いた！？と思う程、真っ黒になった。使い捨てスリッパが有りそれを履けば良いかと思える以前の問題！ ③テーブルのベタつき。床と同じくです。持参したアルコールスプレーを使用し拭き上げると、真っ黒！私の宿泊した部屋901号室だけなのかもしれませんが、上記３点は本当に宿泊して良かったと思える、ホテルだからこそ改善して頂きたいです！福岡での思い出作りの大事な拠点として６日間過ごさせて頂きました。ありがとうございました！また、必ず宿泊させて頂きますので改善を期待しております。

The room was spacious for 5 people. The place was very quiet and peaceful. Easy access to enter the building and room. The distance to the Canal City is not too far. Walking distance to Tenjin and Green line towards Hakata station and Tenjin station. I would recommend this place for the place and the location.

最上階の広い部屋を利用させて頂きましたが、暖房が部屋のサイズに合って無い為、寒くて残念でしたね。部屋のサイズに合わせた空調の配置をお願いします。

This is my second stay at ALFACIO RIVERSIDE STAY HAKATA and definitely, if I have to visit Fukuoka again and have the opportunity - I would choose this place to stay again. Clean, quiet, safe, offers all the amenities for a stay. Perfectly equipped and maintained. With a view of the river. Wide space. Ideal location in the center of Hakata. Close to Canal City and about 10-15 minutes walking distance from Hakata. This gives many options for shopping and dining. There is also a budget supermarket across the river and 24-hour shops nearby. There is also a subway stop nearby to Canal City, as well as buses within a short distance.

This is my second stay at ALFACIO RIVERSIDE STAY HAKATA and definitely, if I have to visit Fukuoka again and have the opportunity - I would choose this place to stay again. 사진에서 확인했던대로 방도 넓고 8명이서 즐겁게 지내는데 너무 좋았습니다. 다만 걸어다닐때 많이 울리더라고요. 방음은 잘 안되는거같았어요 그점빼고는 4박5일동안 잘쉬다 가는것 같아요. 텐진거리 도보로 이동가능하고 캐널시티는 진짜 코앞이더라고요. 그리고 나카스강뷰도 볼수있어서 좋았습니다. 다음에도 방문하고 싶습니다.

家族5人で宿泊。 6日間の連泊でとても快適に過ごせました！・施設の立地・部屋の広さと部屋数・設備の充実度・ホテルスタッフの対応（無人の為、電話対応）大変満足のいくものでした！以下はあえて、改善頂きたい点を記載させて頂きたいと思います。・使用頻度が高いせいかソファのシートがヘタっており、シートの中綿がペチャンコで、座るとスプリングが、お尻に当たりとても痛い！（自宅に有れば捨てるレベルの家具です）・清掃が雑。 ①浴室、洗面所の髪の毛（前の宿泊者の痕跡が多々ある気持ち悪い） ②床（フローリング）が汚い。掃除機があり使用したが、ベタつきが残り現地でクイックルワイパーを購入し使用した。外拭いた！？と思う程、真っ黒になった。使い捨てスリッパが有りそれを履けば良いかと思える以前の問題！ ③テーブルのベタつき。床と同じくです。持参したアルコールスプレーを使用し拭き上げると、真っ黒！私の宿泊した部屋901号室だけなのかもしれませんが、上記３点は本当に宿泊して良かったと思える、ホテルだからこそ改善して頂きたいです！福岡での思い出作りの大事な拠点として６日間過ごさせて頂きました。ありがとうございました！また、必ず宿泊させて頂きますので改善を期待しております。

숙박 후기가 없었지만 설명으로는 괜찮아보여 예약했습니다. 체크인 하루 전 설명 안내가 왔지만 안내 메세지에 로비 출입 비밀번호는 없었고 안내가 연결된 링크도 제대로 열리지 않더군요. 출입문 앞에서 전화를 통해서 출입을 요청 했지만 기다리라는 말만 있고 담당자는 오거나 하지 않았습니다. 10분 정도 기다리다가 다행히도 다른 이용객이 출입할 때 들어가서 아이패드를 통하여 무인 체크인을 했지만 다른 일행들 기다리게 한 부분이 너무 미안했습니다. 출입문을 제외한 방 컨디션이나 크기 등 너무 만족스러웠어요, 3일 동안 만족하면서 사용했습니다. 에어컨, 냉장고, 세탁기 등 사용하기 편했습니다. (다만, 외국인을 위한 영어 설명문이 추가되면 좋을 것 같아요.) 출입문 이용, 무인 체크인 부분은 설명 부분에 좀 더 자세하게 안내해주면 다음 사용자들이 이용하기 좋을 것 같습니다.

建物玄関のオートロックの自動ドアのパスコード、チェックイン日の前日迄にメールされるとあったが、当日になってもメールが送られてこなくて、結局電話して確認しました。それ以外は、建物も比較的築年数も新しく、室内もとてもキレイでした。

チェックイン方法についての連絡が宿泊日の24時間前に届くとのことでしたが届かずに電話をしました。その後届いたSMSへのメッセージは、文章がバラバラに届き理解が難しく、肝心のURLもデッドリンクになっていましたので再度電話をしなくてはなりませんでした。このチェックイン方法の案内だけが良くなかったです。その他は全て快適でした！部屋はリフォームしたてでキレイでしたし、広めの1LDKという感じでした。洗濯機と洗剤まであったので、普段はしない洗濯をしました。給湯器のスイッチがどこにも見当たらず、部屋に設置してあるタブレットから連絡したところ、すぐにかけつけてくださいました。給湯器のスイッチはなく、お風呂の蛇口？のレバーを回して温度を調節できるとのことでした。このレバーが固かったために連絡したのでした。また、エアコンが2台ありましたがリモコンが1つしかなく、1つのリモコンで2つのエアコンを操作しました。 2泊しましたが、1泊目の清掃はなく、その代わりにタオル・スリッパ・歯ブラシは2泊分が置かれていました。私個人的には、清掃が不要なのでちょうど良かったです。福岡にちょくちょく行くことになりそうなので、また是非利用したいと思います。近所にある　一すじ　という中華店と　とりかわ大臣　という焼き鳥屋さんは美味しかったです。そういう案内が部屋のファイルにあると親切かなと思いました。

Our second stay at Alfacio Riverside Stay Hakata, but quality has dropped since the October management change. Self-check-in works fine until you need help. We found a bedside socket cracked with exposed live wires a clear safety hazard and the in-room tablet was dead. With no staff on site, contacting anyone meant submitting a digital form. A new note taped inside the toilet urged on-time checkout and reminded guests to sign out of Netflix/YouTube, yet our room had no smart TV or streaming service at all. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but basic safety and function failed. Once reliable, now neglected.

首先，入住體驗和其他人出現的問題一樣，就是收不到電郵通知大堂密碼。我收到入住check in no.,以為會一切順利，到達酒店門外後，需要密碼才能內進，當時是晚上差不多22:00，大堂內沒人，被罰站在外，結果要打電話去問，過程相當狼狽。我連續入住兩晚，每天的房間密碼會改，換句話說，要每天重新辦理入住手續，否則得不到當天房間密碼，不能回房間，相當麻煩。房間空間夠大，我喜歡住apartment，有家的感覺，露台視野一流，但有一隻活生生的巨大蜘蛛，我相信牠入住了很久，住402房的人要小心。整體性價比其實不錯的，樓下已有幾個停車場，比較適合自駕。

This is my second stay at ALFACIO RIVERSIDE STAY HAKATA and definitely, if I have to visit Fukuoka again and have the opportunity - I would choose this place to stay again. Clean, quiet, safe, offers all the amenities for a stay. Perfectly equipped and maintained. With a view of the river. Wide space. Ideal location in the center of Hakata. Close to Canal City and about 10-15 minutes walking distance from Hakata. This gives many options for shopping and dining. There is also a budget supermarket across the river and 24-hour shops nearby. There is also a subway stop nearby to Canal City, as well as buses within a short distance.

후쿠오카로 가족여행 처음이었는데 숙소가 제일 마음에들었어요.숙소 주변에맛집과가볼만한 곳이 근접에 있어서 너무 좋았구요. 참고로 다음 여행때도 숙소는 알파시오로 정했구요. 텐진과 히카타역도 가까이 있어서 도보로 움직이기도 좋았구요.밤에 야경도 너무좋구요.숙소에서 5분거리에 유명한 포장마차도 있구요. 거의 한국사람이 많아 여기가 일본인가 싶을정도 였구요. 이번여행중에 숙소 만족도가 최고입니다.
