Our stay was good. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. But I rented the room their because it had a pool. But they had closed the pool the night before. This was false advertisement. My granddaughter was looking forward to swimming. Should have given a partial refund.

My boyfriend and I were going on a day cruise from Kemah and decided to stay the night. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a jetted tub which was very nice except the water wouldn't stay in, had to plug it with a wash cloth. We slept in and missed breakfast but went for a swim in the heated pool and it was nice. Overall it was a great stay, I would recommend it if you're in the area 🙂

Indoor pool area was very hot. The side door to come inside to our room was not working, we had to call front desk to let us in our room. Breakfast was old, not fresh. We found dead bugs by the bed. The only plus was the lady who worked the front desk in the morning, who was very helpful and nice.

Our room smelled like cat urine, REALLY REALLY badly. When I complained to the employee on the screen she said she would mention it to the manager. The manager came with frebreeze. They never checked back in. On top of that smell, the AC smelled like mold and the bathroom had molded spots too. We killed a cockroach that ran across the desk my kid was eating at. The light outside the window flashed on and off all night like a strobe. They made a face the next day when we asked them to fix it. The pool was too cold to swim in, so we couldn’t even do that. The breakfast was just a granola bar and yogurt. I wouldn’t stay there again, it wasn’t even that affordable to justify the uncomfortable stay.

Overall, our room was everything we expected. It was very clean especially linens and towels. The "towel animals" in the lobby were different, but nice. Breakfast could have a little more variety...maybe some fresh fruit in addition to the granola bars, yogurt and drinks.

The rooms were large and updated. Liked the jetted tub. However the ac wasn’t working properly. The front desk guy came to look at it. He made some adjustments and it did come on but off and on every few minutes. It was loud and the constant on and off made it hard to sleep. The remote only worked sometimes as well. Overall for the price it was a decent room. Also ppl coming in all times during the night. That wasn’t the hotel’s fault but it was hard to get sleep.

The room was very big and had so much space for everything I needed. I really loved the little kitchen type area and all the counter space and mirrors for getting ready when needed. The bed was really comfortable and I am a very picky sleeper when it comes to beds. Easy check in and out. Very quiet area and no trouble.

We picked this property near the Johnson Space Center for an overnight stay. It was a basic motel/hotel option. The room was okay. We requested one with a jetted tub but did not use it as it looked dirty. We think they had repainted it when remodeling and the paint was chipping. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. I have no idea what the rooms look like, they close their lobby at 11:00 PM, our travel was delayed and we arrived after that. No staff on call, I tried calling the front desk 3 times. I had to find an alternate hotel for the first night. I planned to stay for the next night to finish out our booking, but found out that they had cancelled our reservation. Since they cancelled, I expected a refund, but I am still fighting with Expedia because they claim that they cannot reach hotel staff to authorize the refund.

Justin on the kiosk helped out on the checkin and extended check out. The only thing I didnt appreciate was when I was in the shower and someone banged on my door. I didnt answer because obvious reasons and they used a key to open the door. I had the extra inside lock on the door thank god so they couldnt open all the way. I had the room for 3 nights and this happened on the 2nd day. I figured it was housekeeping but it did annoy and scared me.They dont have an elevator for the second floor.

Front desk tried to charge us more for the room than what we paid online. Key cards did not work almost at all. The “free breakfast” was three cereal options, coffee and little snack granola bars. Ac placement was horrible and bath tub was not as advertised in pictures

Limited variety on breakfast and I had to make a $100 deposit which they stated was on my booking and when I went to the site I booked it didn’t contain that information at all. It was so late that I couldn’t argue and they made me wait 20 mins just to check over my room in the morning to give me my money back. Very inconvenient

It wasn’t very clean, that area could definitely use improvement. Staff was very nice and friendly in person, but we had an issue and nobody would answer the many times we called the front desk. Ended up just having to deal with it ourselves. I don’t think I would stay there again.

I was actually disappointed in my experience here. We were staying due to a procedure at the hospital nearby. When checking in they had me use a virtual “front desk”. There wasn’t a real person there. It was strange but whatever. We had a room on the side of the building and overall it was kind of run down in comparison to places we’ve stayed before. I chose this hotel based on its proximity to the doctor. Not based on anything else in the area. Breakfast? There was no breakfast so don’t get your hopes up and don’t choose this if you are budgeting for breakfast to be provided by the hotel. Also, they did not let us know at check in that there was going to be construction on the parking lot where our room was. There was literally a crew upending the parking lot right in front of our room. So we couldn’t park the next day by our room and there wasn’t much space anywhere else. It was really inconvenient. Check out was simple, we were told to just leave the key in the room.

I've never been anywhere that treated me like I was a teenager trying to rent a room. They charged me 100 CASH only deposit which of course I didnt have so I got to play party to their little ATM charge trap. No one works the lobby over night so you have to stay til after 9 if you want your money back and then before they give you your money back they go check the room to make sure you didn't spend all night burning sheets and punching holes in the already gross and rotting walls.

Great location for my family vacation. Was near the pier and NASA, only had to drive into the city because my family was wanting to go the museum. There is a great Waffle House nearby for one of your breakfast options. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Asked for a king bed and got a Queen. Old shower curtains. Breakfast items are activist yogurt, oj, coffee and granola bars - that’s it! Requires a cash deposit and had to wait for them to check the room out to receive the 100.00 cash deposit back and the same for the people checking in after us. Very dated. There was a cricket in our room that kept us awake. Under the bed. We selected this place for a 3 day stay to be close to the hospital for surgery. Had we known we would have gone elsewhere but we were already there. Would not recommend.

The room was clean. Staff is friendly. The breakfast could use some help. Not many choice options and the yogurt was expired. We decided to go to McDonalds for breakfast since it was mostly packaged donuts and honey buns or cereal (afraid to try the milk as not sure if fresh/expired). Other than that, not a bad place to stay.
