The kitchen was fully stocked with full size bags of coffee and all the fixings. They had 2 rooftop hot tubs which were clean and had plenty of towels. The only thing i would mention with the check in process is to state that you can only access the codes to punch in through the parking lot side, not the street side. Very clean! Love the Rocky Mountain products that were in the room. Loved our stay and did not want to leave. Will definitely be back!!!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Basecamp. The unit was spacious and would be ideal for a large group. The kitchen was fully stocked and very roomy. Everything in the unit appears to be brand new and super stylish. Being in the downtown area is definitely convenient. You are within easy walking distance to many reataurants and the grocery store. Unfortunately the hot tub was not quite ready but one the bath tub is very deep...so that worked for me. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely would stay again.

I love the size of the suite for a very reasonable price relative to a hotel room. The only downside was that the hot tub was not yet operational. I registered my complaint to the onsite staff that the cleaning crew needed to do a better job cleaning the floors. There were a lot of black scuff marks on the floor that appeared to be from hiking boots or some other rubber or petroleum based product. I recommended goo-gone.

Great location, nice and new, large smart TVs, firm beds, sheets are a little rough, parking can be tight. No outdoor communal space except for hot tub area, which we did not use. No elevators to get to second floor, if stairs are a problem for you make sure to book a ground floor unit. Access for room S107 is on the street side, which some people may not prefer.

Property and room were great. We enjoyed the hot tubs too! Location is awesome - right downtown so super close to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Check-in however is a pretty poor system. No reception or front desk agent. We called to inquire about early check-in, they said it's based on the cleaners. However when we arrived and asked the cleaners, they seemed confused and said it's not possible to check in early. I also had to help two other people with the online check-in process. It's not easy for older people who aren't tech savvy or visiting from another country and don't have data on their phones.

Property didn’t feel the safest around. Checkin was alright, staff didn’t really help us check in much earlier. Floors appeared clean but were super dirty. My baby who crawls had black knees, hand and feet from the dirty.

The property is very new and spacious. However, the 2nd floor suites are only accessible by stairs. No elevator so it will be hard to bring in the luggages. The over the head microwave is unconventionally too high. Extra linens for Sofa bed do not feel fresh and thoroughly cleaned. Fabric feels very dry and dusty. Remote control and TV are useless. Not setup for connection and remotes not working. Missing hand towels in the washrooms and not enough bath towels. We have to call the reception and pickup towels in the hot tub because no one is around to help us out.

There's no front desk at this location. The A/C is not working on a 33c day. The fan in bathroom is also broken. We hardly got any sleep the entire night cause it's so so hot and there’s no airflow.

The property was good and the apartment we rented was large and very well equipped. The beds were excellent. The site is situated in downtown so there is a short walk to everything there. The only other thing to know is that to get to the 2nd floor apartments you need to walk up a flight of stairs, other than that it was great.

Very nice stay. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen cookwares/utensils were pretty good quality and overall very clean. Only complaint would be the stairs. Stairs up to your suite and stairs up to your living space. If you're fit and/or do not have heavy luggage, then not an issue.

Beautiful suites right in the heart of Revelstoke. Our family had a 2 story, superior 2 bedroom unit with 2 and a half bathrooms. Lots of room for 4 adults and 2 children. The unit was on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. The mainstreet is 1 block away with coffee shops and restaurants. Parking was easy and we could park 2 vehicles. Very comfortable beds. We would absolutely stay here again.

Basecamp is right downtown with easy access to all shops and services. Parking onsite is plentiful, and the suite is well maintained. The only problem was check in as you have to do this online before arrival, as there may not be a person onsite. Had to go to another of their facilities to check in.

Great location in a quiet, friendly town. Hot Tub was good to relax in after a day of walking. Only negative was that the access code is sent via SMS and does not arrive if you have an international number, so we had to drive back to the main hotel on the other side of the town to get our code.

Really enjoyed the stay here. Located right in the middle of quite downtown Revelstoke we were a 1 minute walk from all of the best restuarants as well as liquor and cannabis stores and an ice cream shop. Will definitely continue to stay here when staying in Revelstoke

Can be noisy at night but that’s the price you pay to be right downtown. There are very few accommodations in revy that are as close to everything. Can’t beat the location. The suite could use either Venetian blinds or sheers. The suite faces right into a busy street so the only option for privacy were the blackout blinds. Could also use wall hooks and cubby shelves in order to make storage easier. Staff were very accomodating

This is a brand new hotel. Rooms are very nice, well decorated and very modern. It’s right downtown, so it’s convenient to get to downtown area. The space was really nice, clean, and bright. The only negative is if you plan to cook in your suite. There were enough plates and cutlery but not one serving bowl and only one frying pan.

Really enjoyed the suite we had which was for 2 people. Very quiet. Close to everything. Really like the ability to walk to shops, groceries and restaurants. We did cook most of our meals and wish we had another set of dishes. Just having 2 of everything is not enough.

Our stay was great. The accommodations and kitchen were perfect for our needs. Parking was a challenge with no spaces available the first day but as people filtered out we were able to get parking in the parkade area. Easy access to downtown restaurants and shops

Pricey but new construction and spotless. Nice 2 bedroom with ensuite in master and hallway bathroom with tub. Kitchen downstairs fully equipped. No need for pots or pans. Dishwasher, laundry washer and dryer with detergent available. TVs in each bedroom and one downstairs in kitchen/dining room with 1/2 bathroom. No lobby, self checkin fast reply by phone message. (Need cell phone)

Self check in. Husband isn’ta fan of that but it all went smoothly and no problems. Hot tubs were clean. Location good. Easy to find. Easy parking. Large room and great kitchenette. Tv did not work and no one was available to help fix it so we just skipped watching but wished that had worked.

liked excellent kitchen appliances in unit. didn't like that rjeu only provided 2 sets of plates and only 2 sets of cutlery which made using the dishwasher inneficient and too time and energy consuming.and therefore we had to wash by hand. The sink in the bathroom was too narrow; it was so narrow that I could not shave or wash my face above it without getting a lot of water on the floor; it was narrower than the pipes below it that protruded out farther from the wall

Modern suite in fabulous location. Great roof top hot tubs. Small open studio with a kitchen that we only used for breakfast. Nowhere to sit to put on/take off your ski boots except the bed. No dresser drawers cubbies or hooks for clothing storage. Had to live out of a suitcase on the floor inside the closet for a week. First floor units are on the street so you have to close the blinds all the time, felt like we were living in a cave. But would stay again if they put in storage for clothing (eg closet organizer and wall hooks) and bench to sit on to take off ski boots.

The check in was extremely rough. I went to one property and bucked my bags up and down two suitcases and was given the wrong direction. I then pleaded with the front desk person to come to see why I was misdirected. Then after several minutes she clarified I was at the wrong hotel. NO BATHROOM in Lobby. Bed was comfortable.
