Cameron Food & Beverage Director at the property was outstanding with service and gave helpful tips for moving around in the Syracuse area . The property has no pool anymore is the only drawback for us coming back again. We had a very nice stay and experience at Embassy Suites East Syracuse NY

Common areas of the hotel were clean. Bathtub needs resurfacing. The door of the room I stayed in had a piece of tape instead of a saddle. which made closing the door more difficult but not impossible. Toilet paper roll on dispenser had less than 1/4 left when we arrived. No extra rolls of toilet paper in room. Had to go to the front desk to get one. Ample free parking. Quiet hotel. Breakfast was good especially the fresh made omelets.

Rooms were great for the price and front desk staff was very friendly. The reason for a low rating is the pool was out of order and the bar closed really early. The bartender was not friendly and at 9:30pm for last call she told me and my husband we could only order 1 more drink but continued to serve others up until 10pm. Additionally, the included breakfast limits you to 1 omelette only which I have never heard of. I wouldn’t go back.
