This little house was an excellent in every way. The only rental I have ever walked in and it already felt nice and cool. This was very much appreciated with how hot it was outside. This rental was extremely clean even the washer and dryer. The kitchen and bedroom were very well appointed. I arrived home late every night and having a garage for car was very nice. The staff was extremely nice and helpful the one time I needed them before arriving.

The home was exactly as the pictures looked! The garage is detached which confused us at first, but it was fine once we realized where it was! It’s right behind the house and still incredibly convenient to have! We loved our stay! So comfortable and clean!

My sister and I were traveling to Boise to see my brother and this home was perfect for us. It was immaculately clean, everything is new, and it’s located right in between the airport and downtown. It was situated comfortably and had a very nice kitchen to cook in. The backyard is small but private and had a gas grill and table and chairs with a shade umbrella. We were very pleased with the layout it was an excellent use of the space.

Our grandson (15) bragged about ‘loving the layout, location, and comfort’ with easy access to Boise State, downtown, hiking (Table Rock), Bogus Basin (awesome views) and a local pizza hangout (LuLu’s). Our second time staying here. We love the home - everything is very clean. We also love having access to the garage. The only thing we have consistently not loved is the living room furniture. It is not very comfortable, it’s more for light conversation rather than lounging and relaxing. This stay we also had an issue with the code to the front door to get in. The property manager was responsive.

This was the perfect place to stay for our nieces graduation from Boise State. It was my daughter, 2 grand babies and I. The house set up was perfect as the two bedrooms were separated by the living areas. It made putting the babies to bed so easy. The house was lovely and well appointed in all aspects. The only thing I might comment on is the living furnishings were not super comfy... but they worked fine.We love the place and would stay again! My niece lives close by so it will be perfect for our next stay.Thank you

This house was fantastic. It is in a great location near the campus. One block away from the grocery store. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. The decor is really nice. The beds are super comfortable. I will definitely look to stay here again on a future trip to Boise.

This house was fantastic. It is in a great location near the campus. One block away from the grocery store. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. The decor is really nice. The beds are super comfortable. I will definitely look to stay here again on a future trip to Boise.

Our stay at Helen St was everything we could hope for. The house was just as pictured. It was very clean and comfortable for a weekend to celebrate our son's 40th. The 2nd bedroom was perfect for him to stay with us, (He lives in Boise) and have his own bathroom. The kitchen had all the pans and dishes needed to prepare our meals. The bag of coffee complete with a grinder and the welcome treats were a nice touch. Having the garage in the back was so nice since the street was pretty busy with other people parking there. Thank you for such a nice place to stay!

This is a very nice place to stay! The house is new and very quiet. It is as advertised. The only issues were with the dishes that were supposed to be clean, many were obviously dirty. The other is communication about parking. There is a two car garage that is accessible once you are inside. Don't park in the area by there or the neighbors will leave you a nasty note (I don't blame the neighbors).

I loved my stay at this property. The house was spotless clean and decorated so nicely. Beds were super comfortable and kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal. It was nice having the garage to park the car. The communication was terrific and the welcome gift was much appreciated. I will definitely be staying at this property again on Future trips to Boise.
