This place is delightful. It’s in an excellent location, very close to Calzada de Los Frailes and an easy walk to the bus station. The rooms are huge and the bed was so comfortable. Hot water is reliable, though not always needed. Yes, the breakfast is small but so many other things make up for it, and there are plenty of cafes nearby. You can refill your water bottle in the kitchen. Staff are very helpful and friendly! Light does come through the curtains in the bedrooms, an eye mask is a good idea.

Ideal hospedaje a 1 cuadra de la calzada de los frailes! Instalaciones limpias y muy bien cuidadas, pasillos amplios y áreas muy agradables! Su área de alberca es bonita! Bel hôtel bien entretenu et personnel gentil. Des chiens aboient beaucoup et ça peut perturber le sommeil, particulièrement pour les chambres de luxe qui font face à la rue. Les plus: la piscine, les hamacs, les espaces communs, l’eau à volonté. Les moins: pas de shampooing, pas vraiment d’endroit pour déposer nos valises, mais garde robe. Le petit déjeuner est sommaire; faux croissant, pomme, banane et café. Il n’y a pas de frigo dans les chambres, mais il y en a un grand que tout le monde peut utiliser. Les tours proposés par l’hôtel sont très abordables, particulièrement celui de Rio Lagartos et Las Coloradas. Le chauffeur est très gentil et parle très bien anglais. Il nous transporte en voiture 7 passagers et nous amène directement à ces endroits. *il ne faut pas être stressé en voiture, car il conduit vite et dépasse beaucoup.

Séjour parfait. Un hôtel extrêmement bien placé, équipé d’une piscine et espace détente dans un patio, tres agréable pour les pauses, et des chambres très spacieuses. Les équipes sont très accueillantes et très arrangeantes (organisation de sorties en collectivo depuis l’hôtel, lessive…). L’hôtel fonctionne en format b&b et permet d’utiliser le frigo et de cuisiner et propose un petit déjeuner simple mais très appréciable. Idéal en couple ou en famille. Un grand merci à Manuel et son équipe.

The provided breakfast was rolls and jam. The room was clean although we had some ants and tiny lizard. WiFi was good, the shared kitchen was great although a little beat up, common areas ample. A great place in a great location, good for a long stay. Loved Valladolid!

Fue un hospedaje cómodo y está bien situado, entre dos puntos céntricos turísticos de la ciudad; las instalaciones son muy lindas y el diseño es hermoso. Los puntos negativos en mi experiencia fueron que no limpiaron mi habitación durante toda mi estancia, por ende, no tuve toallas limpias y las hormigas estaban en toda la habitación , baño, cama y piso; considero que pudo haberse evitado si se hubiese limpiado cada mañana (aclaro que es de esperarse que haya hormigas debido a la hermosa vegetación del rededor). Otro punto en contra es que era difícil encontrar al personal encargado de la recepción, sin mencionar que me cobraron una cantidad diferente a la mencionada cuando llegué y si pagas con tarjeta, te cobran a ti la comisión. Por último, aunque la propiedad es hermosa, las casas de a lado hacen muchísimo ruido, queman basura y los perros pelean, ladran y aullan toda la noche, no pudimos dormir.

Noise is a problem everywhere. This one wasn't an exception for us. We were unfortunate to land in room 4, next to the pool washrooms: it seems to hold some pump that was regularly getting triggered, also overnight. On top of that, the door to our room's bathroom would not swing without hitting the floor, which made quite a noise when pushing to unstuck it and close it. Otherwise, the place is gorgeous, the staff is super nice and it's located 100m away from Calle de los Frailes.

La cama fue comoda, el cuarto fue grande, y generalmente el ambiente fue traquilo cual es necesitaba. Cuando regreso a Valladolid, Casa Pakal esta en lo mas alto de mi lista.

Good location - good be a touch confusing for some - but near nice restaurants, etc. Our room had a comfortable bed, the bathroom was serviceable. Communication could be better. They offer a breakfast and we were not told to pick up and wash our own dishes, but found out later when we got a talking to... This place is delightful. It’s in an excellent location, very close to Calzada de Los Frailes and an easy walk to the bus station. The rooms are huge and the bed was so comfortable. Hot water is reliable, though not always needed. Yes, the breakfast is small but so many other things make up for it, and there are plenty of cafes nearby. You can refill your water bottle in the kitchen. Staff are very helpful and friendly! Light does come through the curtains in the bedrooms, an eye mask is a good idea.

We liked staying in Casa Pakal. It was right on the Calz. des Los Frailes and therefore close to numerous restaurants and the Parque Sisal, where there is a light festival every evening about the history of Valladolid. The room and the general area were very clean. It was also quiet in general. At night, however, the dogs from the neighboring properties barked. The breakfast is very little. A few rolls, coffee, fruit and if you're lucky, cake.

This hotel is well located just a half block off the artisanal restaurant street. So many great choices for dinner. And two blocks the other way is the Convento de San Francisco where there is a sol y luminar every night. 50 pesos from the bus station

Bel hôtel bien entretenu et personnel gentil. Des chiens aboient beaucoup et ça peut perturber le sommeil, particulièrement pour les chambres de luxe qui font face à la rue. Les plus: la piscine, les hamacs, les espaces communs, l’eau à volonté. Les moins: pas de shampooing, pas vraiment d’endroit pour déposer nos valises, mais garde robe. Le petit déjeuner est sommaire; faux croissant, pomme, banane et café. Il n’y a pas de frigo dans les chambres, mais il y en a un grand que tout le monde peut utiliser. Les tours proposés par l’hôtel sont très abordables, particulièrement celui de Rio Lagartos et Las Coloradas. Le chauffeur est très gentil et parle très bien anglais. Il nous transporte en voiture 7 passagers et nous amène directement à ces endroits. *il ne faut pas être stressé en voiture, car il conduit vite et dépasse beaucoup.

The provided breakfast was rolls and jam. The room was clean although we had some ants and tiny lizard. WiFi was good, the shared kitchen was great although a little beat up, common areas ample. A great place in a great location, good for a long stay. Loved Valladolid!

Good location, comfortable bed. Breakfast sub par. A roll with jam and banana or apple. No extras. Milk for coffee first day, not the other two mornings. Shared kitchen and fridge ok. A bath mat for the shower would be appreciated as it is very slippery.

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms were clean and spacious and beds very comfortable. There are some really good restaurants and bars close by. A simple breakfast was included, there is a kitchen that guests are welcome to use. The pool looked very inviting but we were only staying a couple of nights so didn't get a chance to use
