It was good but it’s a budget motel! Room was ok but nothing special. None of the ice machines worked at all. Laundry seemed a bit old. Overall ok but it is what it is, a budget motel.

I was very surprised how updated and nice the room was I came in. The air conditioning was on the room was nice and cold because it was at least 95° outside. The only issues I had was the tile in the bathroom was loose or didn’t have grout in it so it kind of moved in a couple of them and the TV in the workout room didn’t work or had no signal or something like that bedroom needs a little bit more love

No mention of parking situation when booking. Arrived at property and was unable to park my pick up and trailer at property. Was told to park in dirt lot on corner, which was at least a1/4 mile from property. Unacceptable and they refused to issue a refund, telling me it’s my problem because it was prepaid. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

The only saving grace here was the front management. Think it is family owned. My low ratings are due to the noise and mess from their remodeling the rooms. Housekeeping should have lists of checkouts, instead of just walking in every room. With time and training, could be a nice place.

The manager was horrible, she was yelling at us. The linen was nasty and was never changed. Hair, black crumbs of dirt and brown stuff all over the linen. I had roaches in my room. I asked could someone change the linen, management told me if i wanted them changed to change them myself. She called the police on us. She said, we were cursing her and we wouldnt leave the property. She laughed at us and said you will not get a refund we already have your money and you not getting it back. It was AWFUL i will NEVER stay at that place again. I will sleep on the streets first. This is the worst motel i have EVER stayed in. Please look at your sheets as soon as you arrive if you stay there. Management refused to look at the pics we took of the bed sheets. I sprayed disinfectant spray on the mattress and put the clean sheets on. I did not sleep under the blanket nor the bed spread because it wasnt clean either. Check the pics out for yourself.

Check in was fine-the young woman who helped my daughter and I check in was very nice. The property was a mix of smoking and non-smoking apparently, because the smell of smoke permeated most everything. Upon entering our room the smell of air freshener was overpowering. The room had essentially no furniture outside of a bed and chest of drawers. The floor was sticky, so I made sure my daughter kept her shoes on. After a long day of traveling all we wanted was a shower, some food and to crash in bed. My daughter used the bathroom and after she flushed some liquid seeped out from the base of the toilet. We spent three minutes in the room and decided we needed to find somewhere else to stay. Hoping for a refund but it isn't looking likely.

It was a little noisy. We had a door between rooms in the other room. There was a little baby crying until 10 o'clock. They put us in a smoking room and I had ordered a non-smoking room. It was OK. It didn't smell too bad otherwise it was a nice place. The road out in front needs to be repaired.

The receptionist during my stay was very friendly and helpful. Upon entering the hotel the smell of weed would hit you in the face. My first room I had reeked of weed smell and the sheets were stained. I was moved to another room on the first floor and the smell was gone. The blanket on the bed did have holes in it. Overall the stay was ok, but I will not be staying there again.

Internet doesn’t reach the end rooms. Staff told me I had to troubleshoot ourselves. Eventually figured out that the internet only reached the middle rooms but they were not helpful in getting a new room. WiFi and TV stops working every time there was a thunderstorm (everyday). Drilling or some similar noise would wake us up at night. It was around 2-7 A.M. on a Friday and Saturday. We stayed for about 2.5 weeks and had to ask for toilet paper once (we left the do not disturb sign on the entire time). Staff was on the phone with someone and didn’t think I could hear her, but she was making fun of us just for asking for toilet paper. The same staff member was the same one who tried to say we didn’t know what we were talking about when we told her there were issues with our devices connecting to the wifi.

Definitely a no frills stay. Room has the bare minimum, two cups for water, an ice bucket, two bars of soap and two towels. No coffee maker. Small fridge and microwave. No clock. Our bed didn’t even have a blanket on the bed! Luckily, we sleep hot so it was fine. Front desk staff did the bare minimum. I travel with dogs and booked this hotel specifically for their no charge pet policy. I booked a suite for the extra space and was informed dogs are not allowed in suites. So she moved us to a regular room. Building has a bit of deferred maintenance- rooms reflect that. Bed was comfortable, three small pillows provided, luckily again we travel with our own. Not a bad stay, but don’t expect much. Next time I pass through I’ll look for something different.

We enjoyed the stay. The dayshift manager and her partner were fabulous people, very polite, fun and helpful with suggestions and engagement. The hotel was clean, with towels and blankets when asked and supported our large party well. Bathrooms and showers were clean, no mildew, or mold. And there were no bedbugs or filth in the mattress. The hall had a faint salt water smell, but not as badly as i have seen in other near beach hotels. Some of the surrounding hotels were kind of rough, making this a bit of a bargain gem for what would probably be more expensive otherwise. The day shift staff made the trip. All in all a good stay.

We stayed in 214, the room had a smell, nothing lysol couldn't handle but It was very clean. The staff Doug and Julia are extremely friendly they talked like we've known each other forever ❤️ Met the owner he's a great man and stands on business. Parking is great and you'll be close to everything within minutes. Overall experience 10/10

Don’t pick the smoking room!!! As soon as we opened the door it smelled like someone just left out smoking and we had to get incense to burn all night so i could breathe… then a roach crawled on the bed😮‍💨 other than that it was ok… location was good

when got off elevator, there was vomit by elevator. also there was a smell of marajonia on 2nd floor. also the floor above us sounded like baby elephants running back & forth. but the good thing about staying here was the access to the many places to go to.

I stay was overall ok. But there were some amenities that was not available, but was listed on Hotels.com. For example, A Continental Breakfast was advertised but wasn't available. The hotel was said to have a pool but it did not. But overall, the stay was ok for the price.

It was really stressful! So this is our first time in Mississippi I had booked for me and my husband for a weekend getaway! They gave me so much problems first when I booked it I placed an insurance fee so if anything happens I would get my refund! Well something did happen in our personal life that had us wanting to cancel the booking so when I canceled it I was expecting my money back just to find out that they canceled my insurance fee and when I called them they told me that “I CANCELED MY FEE SO I WOULDNT BE ABLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK” and it was the Indian lady so I figured she was the owner because she seemed to be handling majority of the things that go on there! So she made sure to not even go out her way to help because something serious happened! When we arrived there the hotel looked bad and wasn’t really clean like they made it seem and the day after we got up to go get breakfast and there was literally NOTHING! NO FOOD! no eggs just waffles cereal and cheap yogurt and some nasty looking soup out of a can in a crockpot! I was so upset after I asked why they didn’t have eggs they said oh the franchise doesn’t require it! So I was like okay! That night we were trying to make the bed and I found some type of orange bug 🐛 in the bed and on the sink!! When I tell you I thank god my husband was with me because I freaked out so bad and I hate bugs so I told him to hurry up and grab it and toss it! I’m so disappointed yall please NEVER GO THERE! That was the worst hotel
