Management was horrible and we were lied to on the pool being open. The pool was closed so we asked for a refund. They claimed they will give a refund for one night and we haven't had it.

I have stayed at this property many times and never had an issue until now. We were in a room close to the elevator which is usually not a problem but the doors on both elevators were not adjusted properly to slow down on closing and made a loud banging noise making it hard to get a good nights rest.

Front door and pool door in the back works but the side door don't and my room had brown stains in the sink and since my husband and I already got situated we didn't take another room when I t was offered by front desk but I did ask were they lacking housekeeping and yes they are so I cleaned the bathroom myself with the cleaning products front desk offered and was told I would get a discount off my room

We was on 3rd floor. The elevator door closest to rooms slams shut so getting sleep was almost impossible. Told staff but they didnt seem to care. The staff have a personality of a wet mop. The lady cleaning lobby was super friendly and nice. If you stay do not get a room anywhere close to elevator.

It was a decent hotel but the photos are very exaggerated. Photos make it look much more upscale than actual. Pool was very small and in the back of the hotel, basically in the parking lot. Doesn’t seem to have any good window views from this hotel. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Good breakfast.

The location was great. You have so many dining and entertainment options right across the street which is beachside. This room was clean and renovated. The problem was roaches crawling late at night from under the pictures on the wall. We asked the custodian to spray our room so we could sleep.

The hotel was nice, the staff was friendly and help us a lot. The ladies that work with the breakfast were very nice and helpful. I'm giving one star in cleaning because one of the bed has urine on it and it wasn't until my son lay down when we realized that the mattress was a mess full of pee. Although the staff helped getting us waterproof shower curtains we prefer to get our inflatable mattress. Staff needed to pay more attention to details. I was expecting a free stay but at least they granted a discount for the inconvenience. I'll never stay in this hotel Although our experience overall was good. Customer service makes the difference since the mattress situation was very disappointing.

I did not like the way the shower door open. I should not have had to enter the shower by the side of the toilet. The door i was to use was stuck and would not open. Also the lounge couch was stained badly. could not use it. Did not know what those stains where.

Newly renovated room, clean environment, nicely appointed. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. My only complaint would be that there was not an ice machine on every floor, but that’s no big deal. It was close to dining snd close to the beach.

family trip , room was really big with 2 beds and a sofa bed . we had a window overlooking the beach . the space in the room was excellent . the beds are always comfortable . everything was clean . pool was nice .

Reservation was for 6 so pull-out bed was needed. We arrived late and tired. Pulled out sofa bed and there was no bedding and bathroom only had 4 towels. Had to go downstairs to request sheets and towels. Towel bar in bathroom was rusted and room felt humid making it feel not super clean.

The room they gave me was not what I had originally ordered. I ordered a room with a king bed, and they gave me a room with two queen beds. When got in the room and cut the air conditioner on, it made a loud rattling noise which was very horrible. I made a complaint to one of the front dest employees and they told me that they would send maintenance but, maintenance never showed. So, they end up calling the room, I answered, they told us to come back downstairs to pick another room key for a different room. The hallways smelled very horrible and the elevator kept getting stuck. My husband and I had never been to Mississippi, and it was our first time coming to celebrate our 11th year wedding anniversary this experience was very horrible and heartbreaking because that was not what expected to experience on first trip to Mississippi. We both were very disappointed. I will not return to this hotel on any of my future trips to Mississippi.😔

Property staff was very friendly, property was clean, room was clean and bed was very comfy well at least in 419 I can confirm it was! The breakfast was yummy and now I want to purchase a pancake making machine like theirs. We will definitely stay at this facility again.

Was told breakfast was till 11 and then the lady came around at 915 to say we are closing in 10. The kids had not eaten and had to buy them breakfast. Don’t say breakfast serve till 11 and shut it down at 915.
