Not the easiest access to parking but otheerwise, fine.

It was fine, nothing horrible, nothing great. But the non-smoking room smelled like smoke, the rooms were hot, the pool was broken, the breakfast options were dismal. We had a clean room and shower for our night's stay, so it worked.

Very quiet. The kids loved the waffles and muffins. I would have liked a healthier breakfast. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, housekeeping didn’t enter our room for the 4 days of our stay. We took out our own trash, made our beds, and had to go looking for clean towels. The outside pool was closed even though the temperatures were in the high 80s and 90s.

I was not happy to find out that the pool had already been shut down for the season when we arrived. But the employee was very friendly and we decided to stay. He let us look the room over first to make sure we approved of the cleanliness and even got my husband a cup of coffee.

Didnt like the hill with parking's spots

Faux wood floor creaked in a couple spots. This hotel didn't have any ground floor as it sits on a hill, which may not be easy for senior citizens or disabled. Bathroom was not well lit.

It was nice and clean. The staff was really nice. Had a good breakfast of waffles, cereal, fruit cups, juice, coffee and milk. The kids were excited because we was going to build a raft like Tom Sawyer and use it in the pool. Needless to say that didn’t happen because the pool was out of order. Something to do with the pumps not working.

When we arrived, we were put on the 3rd floor, but this Super 8 does not have an elevator. So, I had to walk my suitcase, as well as my 79 year old father's bag, up three flights of stairs. We were put next to two rooms under construction. They were very quiet, but there was still a cloud of dust in the hallway. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly! The comforters on the beds looked like they were leftovers from the 70's. Lastly, when I was using the shower, I noticed that someone's shower sponge as still hanging from the curtain. Not sure how long it had been there.

This hotel was right on our route. It has a good restaurant across the street, which we had breakfast at. It was very quiet. It is on a hillside, however, and not the best if you're handicapped. You cannot pull up to front entrance. Rather, you park and walk up a ramp.

The whole place smells musty and moldy, worse in the rooms. The first room actually had mold growing on the curtain. She showed us 3 more rooms and they all smelled. I can’t believe people stay there, probably sick in the morning. We had to leave, it was awful.

You are getting a good value for the money you pay here. I've always felt this is a reliably clean and decent place to stay that is just a couple minutes a way from everything the town has to offer. The pool was open bright and early for us when we asked for towels at the counter, there was always someone at the front desk if we needed assistance, and although there is only one window, the staff member was efficient with the check-in process. There was some noticeable water staining on one of the corners of a ceiling, otherwise the room was well cleaned and offered plenty of space. The only deal-breaker could be the breakfast. It's a few cereals to choose from and packaged blueberry muffins. In our case, we were never planning on eating breakfast at the hotel, so it's a non-issue. When it comes to weighing all of that out, and my overall experience? I plan on returning at least once a year to this location as long as the rates remain reasonable and the staff remains friendly! We land somewhere in the 4-5 out of 5 star range. Great stay.

The rooms were just dirty feeling all over. The floor felt sticky. Had to keep shoes on the entire time. The desk chair seat had stains in the fabric that were gross. I found a dead baby cockroach in the bathroom. I will not stay at a Super 8 ever again.

Room was horrendous, dirty floors, mold on bed skirt and in shower. Sink could not be turned off, water running constantly. Bed sheets are not that great and bed not that comfortable. Everytime you walk in it smelled like curry. Will need stay there again

There is mold in the bathtub and the chair in the room had stains all over on the cushion.

Staff was very polite and helpful. The property had an overall odor of mildew. The room was marginally clean. The floors were clean and the bathroom was spotless. The beds were a different story. Spots/stains on the bedspread and hairs on the sheets when we pulled them back. I received what I paid for. Low price and low quality.

Filthiest hotel I have ever seen. Trash under beds, urine on the toilet and mystery brown smears on wall and floor. Just digusting. Hotel smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking. They said they were having trouble with cleaning staff. Hopefully they get better help.

Close to attractions. Very noisy rooms and highway. No breakfast for a gluten free person.

This super eight is very convenient if you’re cutting through Missouri in this area. It’s reasonably clean and the room I’m in is comfortable. At this price point I’m pretty happy. All I needed was a safe clean quiet place to stay. No one was at the counter when I arrived and when I did he tried to put me in a different room than I booked. English is not his first language but he got the message I wasn’t happy and changed me to what I had booked. The parking lot is pretty tight, but it was relatively empty when I arrived so parking was not a problem. Overnight to morning update. The shower was nice but leaked out into the hall. Poor drainage. There was a cockroach that I killed scurrying along up by the roof above the tv. Whatever room was above me has ZERO sound dampening below it as it was super noisy until @11:30…. I had just fallen asleep when the alarm clock went off at exactly midnight. A good yank from the wall and it was silent and off. (Frustration?) The breakfast, including fresh coffee was not out until 6:15 and it was very limited. Waffles, cold cereal and now finally fresh coffee. As you can see by my pictures even the small fridge is empty. Some of us are on a tight schedule so with what’s mentioned above this hotel fails, regardless of pricing, for me ever to stay at again. And I’ll be headed back from Canada in about a week on the same route… Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere is my recommendation. See my yelp and google reviews. Limited space here.

Loved the location. Place was clean and good for the money; however, the appearance is shabby. The tub had unsightly punctures, the linen holes and overall sad vibes.

It was just a quick stop at night for longer trip. The price seemed a little high for the room. Beds were comfortable. Room needs updating. Little things like no Kleenex in box and stained floors caused me to rate the stay as I did. It was a safe area.

We had a terrible experience! Remote didnt work ,signed up on line and confirmed but had no record of it. Table lamps flickered when on. No glasses to get a drink. No tub safety strips, husband fell taking a shower. Pillows over stuffed so neck set too high. Door didnt close unless you pulled hard and then to get out I had to yank on it. Outside door didnt work prop open to get in cards ididnt let you in No one at desk had to yell to get registered Bery poor experience

Our room had a broken lock on the main door. We killed small bugs in the bathroom. The bathroom door had a caved in part and didn't close all the way. All of the surfaces were dirty and dusty in the room. The furniture was old, dirty, had holes and was uncomfortable. There is no listing for the TV so couldn't be sure what channels were available. Aside from waffles, the only breakfast items were blueberry muffins, fruit cups and cereal. The cereals were Corn Flakes and Fruit Loops.

The best part of our stay was the staff. They were very nice. They always had a smile on their face. The hotel is a little dated. It felt like I was back in the 70’s. The halls were not air conditioned and there was no elevator. Granted there is only 3 floors. The sink did not have a stopper. The price was the best in the area. I’m not sure if I would stay there again.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms and hallways. Nice outside appearance.

Only one issue: When we arrived and got to our room, the air conditioner control was stuck on 74 degrees. Reported to front desk clerk. He quickly moved us to another room which has a working control on the a/c. Room was very clean.

Very customer friendly, went above and beyond expectations

This was our 2nd year staying at this location. It is a clean, safe friendly place to lay our heads. We dont go on vacation to stay at fancy hotels, so this suits our needs. Staff is friendly, and attentive. There was a tornado warning while we were there, and they went door to door making sure we all got to safety in the basement hall.

They needed a 100 dollar deposit we left the room clean other then making the beds. My deposit was never returned.

I booked this hotel because I needed a place to stay along my route on the same day. When I arrived there was a sign on the front desk stating the lobby staff had stepped out for a few minutes and to call the number on the sign. I called the number on the sign which rang the front desk phone. I waited in the lobby for nearly 30 minutes before I gave up then went across the street to the Motel 6 where I was able to get a room within a few minutes. Pretty upset by this as it was a non-cancel policy through Hotels.com. Will try to seek restitution through my bank.

Staff is amazing and friendly

Staff was inappropriate and not helpful. They tried making me pay double for a room that was never checked into. After trying multiple times to each out to the manager and request a refund, they finally agreed mistakes were made that a refund would be issued. However I still have not been issued a refund. They are now only "looking into the matter" months later.

It was directly in my line of travel for the night. Great location for me.

I liked the proximity to the main highway (Ave. of the Saints) and the room was what I was expecting. The front desk staff was very courteous and welcoming. The breakfast wasn't much, but it was included. The surrounding area around the property looked run down and a little unsafe.

Close to the highway and main road. Location is next to a Cracker Barrel and Wendy's so no problem if you need to eat just cross the parking lot. Check in was easy, staff was polite. Room was clean, love that there's a strong exhaust fan in the bathroom. If I am in the area again, definitely would stay in this hotel. Parking was tricky late at night, they had part of the lot roped off and at the back the spaces were tight.

Nice hotel at a good price. Mr. Modi, the manager, was very friendly and clearly wanted us to have a good experience. He was there for both our check-in and check-out. The hotel is minutes from the historic district and we would definitely stay there again.

Great value for one night stay. After a long drive it was awesome to be able walk into the Huckleberry Park area directly behind the hotel.

Clean and comfortable. Area attractions were only minutes away. There was a nice park just behind the motel. Staff were pleasant and accommodating.

This motel was nice for a quick stop along the road. Breakfast options were very limited compared to other Super 8 motels that we have stayed in.

Philip was very courteous and beyond helpful!! The pool had still not passed inspection during my JULY stay, that was disappointing. Overall the property looks dated, but was clean and inexpensive, and service was good. A piece of bread and maybe a toaster for the breakfast service would have been appreciated. And actual fruit is always my choice over fruit cups.

Served the purpose. AC was too noisy. Breakfast was pretty dismal. But it wasn't expensive so it worked out ok.
