Very satisfied overall. Slightly shabby in some ways but what can you expect at the price. It was very clean, beds comfortable, and nice staff. Pool was closed for maintenance but since I didn’t even realize they had one, it wasn’t a big deal.

Horrible matress!! Told upon check in that my husband had a bad back and requested a rollaway bed matress could be laid on the floor. Tried to charge us$15 for it, ao. Rejected it. Original room we were supposed to take had a broken and completely cracked window...1st floor. Pool closed for renovation.

The staff was overly nice and had coffee in the morning I wish they would add something else to go with it The rooms were basic but clean I just needed to spend the night anyway in the pool was broken big disappointment there

Well to start the pool is probably permanently closed. The card keys didn’t work for anyone.the staff had to then unlock your door each time you left. During the day it was safe, but after 8pm I would not recommend the neighbors around the motel it was shady with night walkers and drug dealing looked to be going on. The price of $65 with taxes roughly was not bad for an overnight stay, I believe off season it’s $20 cheaper (winter time). Single males or couples with older children it would be fine. The room we had needed a revamp, but for the cost that’s what I expected. Tub was not clean and a broken drain plug, chips through the tub everywhere and water was not hot but was not cold either. It’s about 7mins from downtown Hannibal.

The beds were comfortable, so sleep was good. There was no shampoo or conditioner and there was stuff on the bathroom door, not sure what it was. The pool was broken and the hall floors were pretty dirty. It was fine for the price though.

It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and even stopped in for a second night on our way back from visiting my grandson in Indiana. The pool was not working, but they were working on it. I would be glad to stay there next year on our trip to visit family. Hannibal is a great place to visit.

The website and the website Expedia and the hotel sign says there is an indoor pool. The indoor pool was closed and looked very very clean and untouched for a long time. The front desk lady told me it is closed for cleaning and I asked when is the cleaning and she said she didn’t know when it would happen at all but that it had to be closed for cleaning. The fridge was dirty and not cleaned, the floors weren’t mopped and the bathroom door was damaged and missing its outside layer of covering. There was no breakfast. Also when I arrived the front desk lady was smoking outside and I went inside and the paper at the front desk says to call the number on this sheet when you arrive. I called and she asked me if I needed to be checked in over the phone. I’m not sure that’s terrible customer service or anything but I would firgure since I walked right by her with my dog and two kids that i would need to be checked in considering I’ve never been there before. But she did come in and check us in and was very friendly and kind. She informed me I booked a smoking room and Expedia did not have that listed when I booked the room but that is when I discovered why the hotel had a smoke smell to it. She put us in a non smoking room upon my request and was very helpful to us in the matters she could help us with. Overall the hotel is not clean and smells of smoke and also has a pool advertised and you don’t get to enjoy the beautiful pool at all making my stay here not good.

Pool was closed with no advance warning. They did accommodate us with pool access at another hotel pool but was very inconvenient.

This hotel was a disappointment across the board. The room was not clean (literal pile of dirt under the A/C unit on the floor). Our sheets and comforter had cigarette burns in them even though it was a non-smoking room. The only reason i gave it more than 1 star is that the person who checked us in was nice. The person working the next morning couldn't be bothered to get off her video call to do her job. All i needed was a place for my family to crash for the night during a long road trip and I still would not recommend this place at all.

Unfortunately, my room smelled of cigarette smoke and was a non-smoking room. The floor was also filthy. My white socks that will not come clean now or proof of that. A cover sheet on my bed was ripped and stained. The pool was closed for repairs. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The room was very clean. Bedding smelt fresh and clean. No carpet on the floor!!! That’s always a bonus for me. If in the area I would stay again.

Shower head worked poorly, tub drained slow, hair on towels by sink and on floor, also in the bathtub and on the beds. Carpet in hallways very stained and smelled of cigarette smoke walking down hallways. Positive was the beds were comfortable.

Nobody at front desk. Walls and ceiling in disrepair. Refrigerator had been defrosted very recently and had leaked a lake of water all over the floor which we had to clean up. We found out then how filthy the floof was. The mattress was cheap and like sleeping on a piece of plywood. I didn't rate it terrible because the room was at least a warm place out of the cold.

Comfortable and inexpensive place to spend the night on a road trip to Iowa. Staff was friendly, rooms are clean, good safe parking lot.

Older hotel but very clean and beds were comfortable. I don’t like to spend a lot of money to stay somewhere when you’re just going to shower and sleep in that room. This fit the bill. Staff were pleasant would stay here again.

Ok for an overnight stay, definitely nothing special. Generally clean. Beds are very, very firm. Toilet was very short and not securely fastened to the floor. Could nbe a problem for those with knee replacements or who have trouble getteing up from sitting. Easy access with many stores and restaurants nearby.

The Internet was to slow, and I had to use my on Phone for the Internet. Everything else is good.

I was pleasantly surprised with this location! The room was very spacious and very clean! The beds were super comfortable too! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Even when we were leaving, the owner thanked us for coming and shook our hands on the way out! Only reason this wasn't a 5 star rating was because the pool/hot tub was under repair.

The nicest Motel 6 I’ve been to. The front desk worker was friendly and the room was clean. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was that we couldn’t control the temperature in our room (at least, there wasn’t an obvious way to). However, a fan was provided.

If you want a good nights sleep look elsewhere. the walls are so thin you can hear everything in the adjoining and above rooms. and i mean everything and out in the hallways. the pillows are like lumpy rocks and the bed pretty hard. as far as the staff goes everyone i dealt with was very friendly and accomodating

One thing I will mention is the walls must be thin because you can hear everything through them. People coughing people walking. It was loud like they were almost in the same room.

Hotel was okay. Could hear others, walls must be thin but it didn't bother me. Was hardly at hotel anyway, was there for sleep and shower, didn't spend time there. Internet was very bad, little to no connection.

Front desk staff are cordial, its convenient to stay in as I work close by but am from out of town. The beds are comfortable, the room is always clean, but the place could use an upgrade. Not bad for the price though.

Clean, easy check in, convenient location. Mattress was not very comfortable. Noise from upstairs guests late night and early morning.

The building is older and showing its age. It is noisy within the building; you can hear everything. The hall is not well lit.

Staff was practically non existent. Walked in and had to use a phone to get someone to come to the front desk for check in. Called down for towels on the second day and man at the desk yelled at me that he was busy but working on it. Extremely aggressive and rude. Facility is in poor condition and not clean.

The staff are usually extremely nice and accommodating. This time, not so much. We have a senior and puppy graet danes, and this was the puppy's first road trip. When we got to the hotel, she was super excited, and jumped up on the bed and peed. I went to the desk clerk and asked for a new flat sheet and blanket, but apparently they only have 1 blanket per bed. When we went to check out. She kept $25 of my pet deposit, "because there is pee on the floor". I explained to her how they were great danes and when they drink, they dribble everywhere, and thats what was on the floor. She didnt care. Ill probably find a new motel the next time we go there. Besides that, the pool is never open.

There was trash everywhere in the parking lot people hanging out smoking weed and drinking beer. We seen a cop drive-through two or three times. The room was semi clean and the. Lady at the desk was not friendly at all would not stay there again.

Hannibal Motel 6 has always been very accommodating when we have special requests. The people at the front desk are so kind and courteous. I'm sure we will continue staying at this location when we travel to or through this are. We appreciate you.

It took 2 hours to check, because they couldn't seem to give us a key that worked. Finally got in 2nd room after 2 tries. The Tv had no volume (had to wait for maintenance, new phone no wall plug in, therefore no dial tone. The lounge is not open, there is no buffet breakfast like the pictures on internet, not even coffee in the lobby. There was a pool and it was usable. The main lady at check in acted like she as on drugs. The other lady standing there had a shorter top on which did not cover her very large belly hanging out. Not a good first impression for a new customer checking in. We had stayed here before and loved the place and its amenities. Would not recommmend to anyone or stay again myself.

You are supposed to use the phone to call someone to the front desk, It was 5:00 pm, 3 people waiting to check in and no one would answer the phone. When she finally did come to the front desk, she was very curt. The hotel lighting was so dim, I felt like I was in a casino. The linens must be 20 years old. I did have my husband check for bedbugs, and there were none, thank God. Tried to sleep and finally just left at 4:00 am

This was a nice and comfortable hotel. Parking was easy and the rooms were good size for a Motel 6. The location was very easy to get to and down the street from everything. I will definitely be sttaying here again when in the area.

The motel is conveniently located near stores, restaurants and gas stations. It sits back off the main roadway so you don't hear any traffic. The room and bathroom were clean. Some of the sheets were slightly stained, but otherwise the room was nice. I would stay here again.

It was easy to find, ample parking and a restaurant next door.

Not that anyone should ever have to stop in that town, but if you do, this was super clean and convenient to the highway and places to eat. Not really much to do in the town at night, so it doesnt really matter that it wasnt walkable to much of anything

Nice, quiet and private area with restaurant too! Plus close to all ares of interest and shopping.

No breakfast

This was a nice and comfortable hotel. Parking was easy and the rooms were good size for a Motel 6. The location was very easy to get to and down the street from everything. I will definitely be sttaying here again when in the area.

Photos are far out of date; all lobby furniture pictured is gone. Pool hasn’t been open in two years, which is not conveyed anywhere online except in reviews. Room was clean, quiet, and pleasant, though would have appreciated more than a small bar of soap in the shower.

Stayed here a couple times. Great staff, great breakfast place next door. Clean rooms and comfortable bed.

Not a bad stay for the price. This is an economy motel. No shampoo, no coffee maker, but there was coffee in foyer. The bed was comfortable, the pillow was not. Overall a good stay at a great price.

It wasn't expensive. It wasn't fancy, but it was clean and cheaper than most in the area. I would stay again. The restaurant next door, Logue's, was so good.
