This is the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. The hotel lobby smelled like mold. The room smelled so bad I had get my own room air freshener. The fridge smelled like vomit. I spoke to the front desk regarding the issue. One person said they would notify maintenance. The second person said they would notify housekeeping. Issue was never resolved. The toilet seat wouldn't stay up. It took over 10 minutes for the hot water to heat up just to take a shower. The trash in the bathroom near the lobby was overflowing for two days in a row. The paper towel holder was never refilled in the lobby bathroom during the entire three day stay. There was no offer of compensation for the nasty conditions. Breakfast was served every morning and kept clean and well stocked. The washer and dryer worked well.

You get what you pay for. Cheap room, lower quality. The room smelled of marijuana. You can tell people vaped in the rooms. The room could use a full wipe down, not just the “most touched surfaces”. Have extra pillows and blankets available in the closet.

The room was run down with abundant broken fixtures and ill-maintained. The walls had gouges, the door closer was missing, the card lock was loose and hesitated to work. 2 minutes trying both cards to open the door. No tissues. No reading chair other than a decrepit wobbly wooden desk chair. The closet doors were stained and didn't function well. Guests were smoking (both tobacco and marijuana) in the hallway. No manager on desk in a.m. Finally, they do not plow their parking lot. Adjacent lots were plowed, but not this one.
