I had 2 nights booked. I checked in and made a note that I would arrive late or early AM. I arrived at 8am and they did not have my room. They listed me as a no show. After explaining the situaton the desk told me they would call when they figured it out. No call by 10:30. I went down to the desk and they told me I was a no show and if I wanted my room it would be double the booked rate. The desk manager with a tone asked "would you like the room or not? With no time to find another location I accepted with complaint. I asked for copies of the receipts and the desk manager said she would credit the no show and printed a copy. Next morning they reversed the credit, and the higher one night charge and kept the billing the same as originally booked. They must have realized the total original booking was more expensive than 1 night. I was surprised of the change since I thought they were helping me out for the inconvenience but I was wrong. The whole situation was unfortunate and they could have handled it better.
