The standard twin room was compact, but adequate. The air conditioning was very good. There was little space to store cases in the room. Breakfast was excellent and staff were polite and helpful. The pool bar was good for cold drinks and snacks. The hôtel does not serve alcoholic drinks. The location is wonderful-very central and just a short walk to the souks and main square. I would not recommend booking an airport transfer through the hotel as it is very easy (and cheaper) to book one through the taxi office, just outside the airport.

This hotel and spa is a beautiful hidden oasis set right in the middle of the chaotic market. The building is gorgeous, the open-air pool cool and wonderful, and the food is excellent. A highlight was the kind and helpful staff, who did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and fun. One warning for those who go to bed early - the restaurant has live music every night, and it is very loud from the adjacent rooms until just after 10 pm

Palais Moulay is a convenient place to stay. It’s located very close to many of the popular attractions in the area. Staff was very friendly most times we interacted with them, and the breakfast had a large selection of options from local Moroccan breakfast foods to assorted breakfast pastries, buffet style. I’d suggest walking down the street to get some Sfenj instead. The room as clean, for the most part and the amenities got the job done. Making this still a good budget option for someone who is ok with a less than great stay. At the time of our check in, we had no towels in our room, there was toilet paper in the toilet and there was a large dark stain on the flat sheet for the bed. However, the room had water damage under the air conditioner, which leaked the whole time we were there. Staff was informed and we were told it was fixed. The solution seemed to be just turning it off, which is how we found it when we returned to our room. Twice I had to request towels because they were not left in our room. (First on check in) The second time staff seemed shocked we would even be asking for towels. We waited over two hours, went back to the desk and were informed they had no towels, and had to wait till they came back. We aren’t the type of people who need towels cleaned daily. All the towels in our room were hanging to dry when we left. Overall you can do much better, but this is cheap and conveniently located

Amazing place to stay located right in the center of the market. Majority of the staff are very helpful, except for a few. We had taken two rooms and one of the room had issues with AC. A great experience staying in a location well connected to all the attractions, pickup points to activities and right in the market place. Downside, there is no room service provided and that’s a bit annoying.
